Ótima estadia!

Staff muito simpático e sempre disponível. Os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos. O pequeno-almoço também estava muito bom. Ficámos uma noite e correu tudo bem. Deixámos o carro junto ao hotel, no parque de estacionamento público. No hotel, demos a matrícula do carro e pagámos o valor, uma vez que o têm acordo com o parque (fica mais barato).

Perfect location in the centre of Covilha for sightseeing, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel rooms were attractive, welcoming and very clean.

Great hotel

The staff is friendly and speaks english. Booking and checking in and out process was smooth and fast. Clean room and facilities, comfortable bed.

Great value for money

I really liked the big bedroom, and the big bed. The bed linens were excellent. Location was excellent, with really good windows and drapes to keep the noise out. There was free parking across the street. The breakfast included in the price was downstairs at the restaurant and was excellent. I highly recommend for a few nights stay.

Will stay again, paying extra for a bigger room is worth it, if you like a more 'comfortable' room

Helpful reception staff and they were happy to help, not just doing their job. I like the variety of shops and eateries in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop directly across the road, if needed to get to other areas of the city.

On our previous visit (2 months earlier) breakfast had much more variety. Although breakfast was open for more than another hour, the hot food had only one 'past its best' portion left and there was two of us. Despite visiting the hot food more than 4 times, making it clear we were not going to eat what was there, there was no replenishment..... I'm sure if we asked we would have been accommodated, but we didn't like to ask. At least 7 others came into breakfast after us... none of them took the hot food either. Saying this, what we did eat was perfectly decent, but I had hot milk with my cereal as there was no cold milk to be seen (again, I probably could have got some if I asked).

The sheets had visible stains and hairs. The shower, was also, not so clean. After reading the reviews, I was expecting a more pleasant stay.

Would use again.

Excellent central location to old part of town. 30-40minutes walk to bus/ rail station. Pleasant cafes nearby.

Shower curtain. Suggest modernising.... smells a bit after more than one use. Hot room, old air con system- noisy and not very effective.
