THE HOME: Blue Heaven is a classic Caribbean Cottage featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large great room including a full kitchen on the main floor; on the lower level there is a laundry room with free washer and dryer, and a third bathroom. (See our floorplan in the photo section).
THE POOL: You'll love the huge 14' X 40' private, heated swimming pool. It doesn't get any better than this!
FAMILY FRIENDLINESS: Blue Heaven is made for families. We provide a crib and a highchair. Plus, with piles of pool toys and games, your kids will be entertained rain or shine. We provide five bikes and two scooters so your family can have some family fun biking around Judith's Fancy.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN: With a poolside kitchen/bar area with Weber gas grill and multiple seating areas, you'll have endless family fun playing Giant Yahtzee or Enormous Jenga.
LOCATION ON THE ISLAND: On the north shore, mid-island in Estate Judith's Fancy, our home is minutes from Christiansted where you can visit shops and great restaurants. It is close to grocery stores and all necessities, but sits in a safe, gated community where you can walk to the shore and do some fantastic beach combing.

DIVING: Are you a scuba diver? "The Wall" - a 3,000-foot drop-off offshore at Cane Bay is a premier dive site known around the world. In fact, on St. Croix, you can do almost any kind of diving on St. Croix - night diving, deep diving, pier diving, wreck diving, drift diving, and, of course, open water diving.
POINTS OF INTEREST: The east end of the island is arid, with cactus and succulents, while the west end contains a rain forest, making the biodiversity on St. Croix amazing. Don't forget to visit the far east end of the island, Point Udall. It is the easternmost tip of the U.S.
FOOD AND RESTAURANTS: All of the every items you need--groceries and gasoline--are two minutes away. One of our favorite restaurants, The X Spot, is within walking distance. Others are just a quick 5-minute drive: Blues Backyard BBQ and the Palms are both excellent. Blues has live music in a relaxed outdoor setting Wednesday through Friday nights. (Check out their Facebook page to see who is playing.) There are too many restaurants to list, but ask Patty, and she'll give you the foodie lowdown.
OUR VIEW: Feel like kicking back and just chillin' for a day? You'll also love hanging out on the deck poolside, soaking in the view of the Caribbean Sea. Want an even better view? Climb our hill to The Perch for a getaway like no other. Grab some wine. The perch is a fantastic place to see the sun setting over the hills to the west. If you are very lucky, you'll even see a whale or two breaching in the crystal waters of the Caribbean sea. (Check out the Whale Watching STX Facebook page to see film footage.)
THE WEATHER: The weather on St. Croix ranges from amazingly great, 75 degrees (F) and sunny, to incredibly nice, 85 degrees (F) and sunny. Occasionally, there's a rain cloud that passes over, but in typical Caribbean fashion, the rains are usually quick and welcomed!
THE FUN: There are so many different things to do on the St. Croix. (Search Google for 101 Things to Do on St. Croix.) From snorkeling and scuba to hiking and sailing, sunbathing, beach-combing, visiting historic sites, birding, and walking, you'll never run out of new adventures. We have stayed at this property numerous times. It is our home away from home in St. Croix. Great location, excellent communication from the owners and the maintenance person, great rates. We already have our December trip planned and can't wait to get back down for another fun filled family vacation.

It had a great setup; neighbors far enough away it felt like no one else around. Pool was great as was the Patio. I would recommend this rental to anyone it was wonderful. Would have not enjoyed the vacation as much if we stayed in a hotel!

First of all, Patty is the best host ever! The owner is very helpful and responsive. This is a casual beach house with an incredible outdoor space. It is a great value! The location in Judith’s Fancy is convenient to everywhere on the island.
We were leaving right when the Crowdstrike debacle was happening and many were left stranded. Patty generously let us come back to the property for another night!

We were expecting a very nice place from the pictures on the site and when we arrived the place exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in the door you felt comfortable and like you were at a home away from home and that was worth every penny spent although for being such a great property it was very reasonably priced. Check in and check out instruction were very clear and easy with the rules of the house house and what the renter expected out of us clearly communicated and that was mostly make your self at home and have fun and that was what we did easily. The ammenities were great with an awesome outside pool and bbq area that made the time spent at the house feel like you were not missing out on anything on the island. Through out the stay the property owners were very helpful offering recomendations and making sure that every little thing was to our satisfaction. There was a tiny techinical issue and they went above and beyond to make sure that it did not affect our stay in any way dealing with any problems swiftly made us feel like they had made it thier priority that we had a great vacation. I can not say enough about the property in this small review to express how relaxed and how much enjoyment we had on our trip! Even the little things that made the place great was the interactive map where guest could pin there favorite place on the island was fun and informative. Overall i would give this place an 11 out of ten stars if i could!!!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views every morning waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean below and the island around us.
The property itself is beautifully maintained and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. We loved lounging by the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day at the nearby beaches. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals.
The host was awesome and incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay! They provided us with excellent recommendations for activities and dining and when our flight home was cancelled, helped find alternative ways for us to get home!
Overall, our experience at this rental exceeded my expectations. The combination of stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and the refreshing pool made it the perfect place for a getaway. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely loved Al's Judith's Fancy property. The indoor/outdoor living made the place perfect for the two of us. We read, hung out in the pool, watched island-themed movies, and toured the island. While the weather was hot, the house was situated well to catch the breezes and large almond trees shaded the deck. The house had amenities galore from great coffee to books about St. Croix to an enviable DVD collection. And the air-conditioned bedrooms meant good sleep. Any small problems were immediately addressed by Troy, the local concierge. And finally, the house's central location made sight-seeing on both ends of the island easy!

It started out a little rocky with us not being able to check in on time, but Patty made up for it with a gift card to Rhythms. THANKS! The house and the neighborhood were great; beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed being able to grill out and take evening swims to cool off from the day. However there were a few things to mention such as we couldn't find an air pump for the bike tires (which were very low) and the cleaning fee could be worked out a little differently. There is a cleaning charge, but we are asked to do laundry, take out the trash, and do the dishes before we leave. I think it would be better to incorporate the charge into the nights stay then people (we) wouldn't have done what was asked of us so grudgingly. Other than those few minor things the place was great! We are still giving it 5 stars!! Thanks Patty!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Blue Heaven. Looks just like the pics and the pool is so nice to relax in at the end of the day. It's in a great location and we enjoyed riding the bikes down to the beach. Patty was great to start communicating a few days before our stay and through out the time there. We would definitely stay here again.

Judith's Fancy is everything as advertised and more! The location is perfect. The development is nice and quiet, yet centrally located so it is easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Multiple grocery stores are close by for supplies. It is also very close to the Christiansted. The home itself is very clean with multiple amenities. We enjoyed walking daily through the neighborhood, dinner by the pool and swimming in the evening. It was our first time to St. Croix and we all wished we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait until we are able to return!!

The home was nice and spacious. Pool area is nice with lots of seating. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and spent lots of hours playing games there while the kids swam. The view of the ocean was amazing and we felt very safe in the community. We would definitely stay here again.

We checked into the property pretty easily. On the hill, thr views were cool. Pool was clean. Access to bikes are there. House itself was spacious. Bathrooms need some updating but still useful. There was a very detailed book of everything about the property. A/C units in the rooms and fans in the living room and kitchen were useful. Also the property owner has items to use to go to the beach including recommended local sunscreen to protect the reefs.

We loved this place. The location was excellent, as we were not far from many places on the island. The pool in the backyard was a great place to relax with the family. The scenery was spectacular! We enjoyed riding the bikes around the subdivision.We cooked hotdogs on the bbq pit. We cooked breakfast every morning. We loved snorkeling and hiking on the island!

Blue haven was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location central island that was only 30 minutes at most from anything we wanted. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and clean. The private pool was extra bonus so we could cool off privacy after a long day of fun. Definitely recommend this location, and the host Patty was very responsive and helpful!

The spacious patio and pool area are perfect for a large group, and the ocean view is beautiful. Blue Heaven is conveniently located very near downtown Christiansted, Salt River and Cane Bay as well as two grocery stores, which comes in handy during a month-long stay! Patty (property manager) and Troy (handyman) were friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a blast and would definitely recommend Blue Heaven for a perfect island get-away!

We absolutely loved Blue Heaven! Everything was accurate on the listing and photos- but the online images and info don’t do it justice. We had two adults and one teen in our group. Navigation from the airport was a breeze, as was check in. The home was clean, beds were comfy, and Patty thought of everything. We rarely needed anything that was not already provided, other than food and drink. The AC in the bedrooms was ice cold and ocean breezes kept the rest of the home comfortable. Most of our time at the home was spent on the deck and pool area- amazing views, plenty of room, and the pool was so clean and refreshing. We were awed by the views and sunsets from the “perch” area!
We grilled out a few times, enjoyed some card games on a rainy day and strolled to the beach when we weren’t out exploring St Croix. We loved the extra touches such as the “flag your fave map” and coffee station. We didn’t turn the TV on at all, but tons of movies and comfy seats are there for enjoying a flick. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. We never felt insecure at all during our stay or traveling around the island. People are friendly, temps were perfect, and driving on the left was so easy. We were less than 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to see, and just a couple of miles or less from necessities like gas and groceries.
Patty was such an amazing hostess and responded quickly with the one minor issue we had (window needed repair after a storm). She was also a wealth of information for activities and tips about the island.
We will be back for sure and will recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting St. Croix!

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location, the house, the pool, and the view! We hiked along the beach this trip and also used the bikes to ride around the neighborhood. This is a nice, safe family location. Our grandkids loved the pool, and we sat outside every night to wind down and stargaze. We will definitely stay here again.

A lovely Caribbean home with all the comforts, and a view. There were six of us, two teenage boys, parents and grand parents, space for all. We enjoyed early morning walks along the beach near the house, and then Cane Bay and Rainbow were our favorite beaches. The boys enjoyed snorkeling for the first time, and we had a fun evening out at the Palms Restaurant at Pelican Cove, with Satirday might fire dancing. A memorable vacation for all.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is great for walking or riding bikes. The ocean view from the back yard is nice and we enjoyed the pool almost every night. The onsite property manager was attentive and very nice. The location on the island is convenient. We are already booking out next trip!!

Okay... where do we start? First, our flights got moved around and we landed maybe 6 hours earlier than we were supposed to. I contacted Patty after landing and we were granted early access to the house. We quickly drop off our luggage and got out of the maintenance crews way. Super grateful for this as our rental was full and we couldnt do any grocery shopping with our luggage. Pro tip: don't show up early lol if we had shown up on time we would have seen all of the goods already in the fridge and pantry cabinets!! We have never rented a house with so much already on hand and it was great. From sugar and coffee filters, trash bags and laundry detergent, there was a wide variety of items that we are used to purchasing for the week readily available. Also, the amount of bath and pool towels!!! The linen closet was stocked to the max. Patty as a site manager was the best. Very prompt responses to all our questions. Once we were settled in I believe by the 2nd day we had everything sorted out and I didn't have to bother her anymore. The pictures do NOT do the property justice!! The house is on the corner but is higher than the street (which we saw like 3 cars drive down anyways) so you're not really looking into anyone else's yards and no one is really watching you swim and hang out. It is so open but also so private. Some days the pool was so warm I felt like I was getting into a bath. It was awesome. We loved watching the clouds basically form over the island at night, random rain during the day which never lasted long, quiet late night bike rides to the beach, the hermit crabs (some quite large!!!) crawling around the property (check out behind the plastic cabinet in the corner of the bar area and under the stairs going to the laundry room!!), the morning rescue of hermit crabs that fell into the pool at night, watching the sunset while grilling at the bar. IT WAS A DREAM. We have already decided when we return to St Croix there is no other property that we would want to rent. The location of the property puts you in a great spot for anything on the island. Honestly I could go on and on but I'll just end it now with if you're thinking about renting this house, just book it!! Now!!

The pool was amazing and always warm- great for a first thing in the morning or end of day swim. We always started our day on the deck with the views, the breeze, and the quiet.
The house was as presented and suited is very well! We felt right at home and did not find ourselves in need of anything as is often the case in VRBO rentals. It was truly a home and had all of the creature comforts- from kitchenware to scissors, beach towels to bath towels and in between. We appreciated that it was family-friendly and we weren't scared the kids would break anything..loved the plastic ware, plentiful supplies, and durable floors.
The location was quiet and had great views and a nice beach to walk on and explore. It's not "in town" but we did our research and knew what to expect. Driving was a breeze.
Patty was super responsive and helpful and answered all of our questions before and during our trip.
Look through all of the pictures. If you're ok with the outside being more.fancy than the inside, you'll love it. Only wish we had more time.

Perfect home away from home! Spacious, room for 10, 5 adults & 5 teens, we loved the outdoor cooking & eating area, the pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing after a busy day at the beach or excursions. The hosts were available with prompt response to any concerns we had. Whatever was lacking was immediately addressed.

We then we’re able to eat dinner outside and view the pink and teal sunsets and then star gaze on the deck. After two incredibly hard years then pandemic gave to our family we could not have loved our stay at blue Heaven anymore. It’s spacious, has good outside to inside flow, the bedrooms all have AC, and the neighborhood is idyllic and close to town. 5 stars all around.

Best vacation ever
We had the best time at “Blue Heaven” in St Croix. Patty & Al were wonderful hosts and their place is absolutely perfect. From the breathtaking view of the Caribbean to the nice warm pool, we had so much fun. We took time to explore area favorites like Buck Island for snorkeling to Point Udall for hiking. The restaurant’s are fantastic, Rhythm’s at Rainbiw Beach was our favorite. When it rained, it only lasted a few minutes, back to Sunny gorgeous weather. Stargazing at night was amazing. We would highly recommend this home for a very special experience on St Croix. Just remember to drive on the left side of the road, that’s the rule in St Croix.

The kitchen area is perfect with its 6 burner gas stove and large island work area for indoor gatherings. The double doors that lead to the patio with its long table for family meals and visiting is just steps away from the fabulous heated swimming pool! The outdoor kitchen is just as nice for grilling & visiting too!

We loved this property - from the pool to the bikes. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation with a great view in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I am in love with St Croix! There is so much to do. I especially like that it wasn't commercialized at all! Patty is a great host. Thank you Patty for everything! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute there and already planning when we can come back. Trust me - just book it!!
