Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Leckeres, komplettes Frühstück, Sauberkeit der Zimmer, bequemes Bett und ausreichend großes Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Uns hat sich der Vorteil und der damit verbundene Preisaufschlag eines "Superior"-Zimmers nicht erschlossen: Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof gelegen. Jedes Gespräch, aus dem Innenhof oder aus dem gegenübergelegenen Zimmertrakt konnte wörtlich verstanden werden. Es hat sehr gestört, wenn sich andere Hotelgäste frühmorgens unterhalten haben. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und hätten uns einen sicheren Abstellplatz dafür gewünscht. Die Kompensation mit einem 5 Euro-Gutschein für den Entfall der täglichen Zimmerreinigung fällt sehr mager aus.

Het restaurant was gesloten in het weekend, doorverwezen naar een ander restaurant wat ook gesloten was. Er miste een waterkoker, wel was er een koffiezetapparaat

Gern jederzeit wieder, ein wirklich schönes Hotel

Äußerst kompetentes und freundliches Personal

Leider wurde nicht an das Willkommens-Geschenk (0.7L Wasserflasche) gedacht. Darüber hinaus waren die Seifen-/Shampoospender festgedreht und zT leer.

Trotz einiger Minuspunkte würden wir wiederkommen, weil die Lage und das Umfeld stimmig sind.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend bis üppig, das Zimmer o.k. Angenehm war die Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Das Bett war kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei Einzelbetten, die gerne "wanderten".

An der Rezeption ging es manchmal ein wenig "ruppig" zu. Die Frühstücksräume waren beim Frühstück oftmals über Gebühr belegt, das Personal gestresst, die Parkplatzsituation einem solchen Haus nicht angemessen.

Werden dieses Hotel wieder wählen

Hotel sehr schön, sehr sauber , Lage außerhalb Bremens aber gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen wenn das Auto stehen bleiben sollte . Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielfältig. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus was uns gut gefallen hat !

Schade das wir ( Gruppe von 4 Paaren) abends nichts zu essen und trinken bekommen konnten .. waren dann immer auswärts essen und haben uns etwas zu trinken für das abendliche Plaudern mitgebracht ( Rewe ,mit guter Auswahl direkt um die Ecke)

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Uns hat alles super gefallen: die hervorragende Lage mit Straßenbahnanbindung, das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das Ambiente und die Ruhe im Haus, das außergewöhnlich leckere Frühstück, die zweckmäßige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Parkplätze am Haus usw....

Ich habe eine Dusche vermisst. Mit Badewannen habe ich (83 Jahre) leider große Schwierigkeiten. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Ein super Hotel, was wir nicht erwartet hatten.

Wir suchten nur nach einem Hotel in der Nähe unseres Wettkampfbades in Bremen gesucht und dieses fantastische Hotel gefunden, das wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werden, wenn's das nächste Mal nach Bremen geht.

Lovely spacious hotel with amazing breakfast and free parking.

Fresh modern rooms which are a good size. Free parking. Amazing breakfast with a huge selection.

Loud construction work started on the hallway which meant the end of sleeping in.

Deutlich gestiegener Preis bei schlechterem Service

Für mich seit Jahren bekanntes Hotel. Schöner neuer Umbau. Ebenso der neu gestaltete Frühstücksbereich.

Es wurde der Aufforderung für Reparatur in meinem Bad trotz 3 maliger Aufforderung nicht nachgekommen. Das bin ich hier nicht gewohnt. Wenn man dann noch das deutlich gestiegene Preisniveau berücksichtigt ist das sehr ärgerlich. Als ich beim Checkout darauf hingewiesen habe erfolgte nur eine halbherzige Entschuldigung. Das ist mehr als schade.

Tolles Hotel mit einer sehr freundlichen Mannschaft für den etwas größeren Geldbeutel

Das ganze Hotel wurde renoviert und macht nun einen sehr guten, modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und lecker.

Erholung pur

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind modern mit Kaffee und Teebereiter ausgestattet. Alle Steckdosen haben einen USB Anschluss. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und sorgen für einen tiefen und erholsamen Schlaf, das Bad ist modern und recht groß. Einen kleinen Wehrmutstropfen gabe es bezüglich der hellhörigkeit. Das Frühstück ist sagenhaft gut und sehr abwechslungsreich

I can strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was dog friendly. Free parking. Breakfast was great. HUGE variety of foods. Simply great.

I expected one big bed, but there were two single beds. When I asked to change I got another room with the same beds!? But since everyone was so charming it didn’t matter.

Very good

It is a very nice hotel with a beautiful room. It was clean and the bed was great. The bathroom was clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was great. A lot of options. The hotel had free parking.

I was there in the summer and it was very hot in my room. Airco or at least a ventilator would have been nice. Opening the window was not a possibility because of the mosquitos. Other than that, it was a great stay and would visit again.

lovely hotel all round

excellent family room with plenty of space even with the sofa bed open. very nice shower room [grandson commented larger than his bedroom at home] wifi operated with no connectivity issues. complimentary water and more in mini bar appreciated as it was a very hot, humid night. the breakfast options were excellent and set us up a treat for our onward travel. all the staff we connected with were very helpful

absolutely nothing 'not to like'. as this was literally an overnight stay as part of our long journey we were not able to experience all the facilities offered which is a 'minus' point but on our part

Exceptional

Amazingly comforable hotel in a wonderful location surrounded by green everywhere. Connection to the city centre was without any troubles, approachable by both car or a public transportation. The stuff was exceptionally wonderful, each of the stuff members helped us, were very friendly and doing their job with wonderful precision and even more amazing approach to the guests. Hospitality on another level. We may have experienced breakfast in a restaurant Victorian, little snacks and drinks in a Winter garden and wonderful 3 course dinner and drinks in a restaurant Chalet - IT WAS AMAZING. I cannot find any negatives.

I feel if we have ssame room and outside temperature is above 30, the night would not be pleasant...better insulation or Airco, would be a case...(roof top room)

Exceptional

The hotel had left a welcome pack for our dog- water bowl, a toy and dog treats. Very stylish property in a nice area. The food at the restaurant dinner time was delicious.

Outstanding service at our arrival. Breakfast was the best in a long time by a long shot. Comfortable and clean. Even though they are renovating, it doesn't bother at all. Loved it.

Morning reception did not speak English. Found it to be slightly odd as I haven't had the issue anywhere for the past 20years.

Acceptable for an overnight business trip where you dont need dinner/room service.

Breakfast was ok

Room size for double was not as advertised - certainly not 25m2. Staff were inattentive at best, incompetent at worst. We asked at check-in if dinner was available - they said yes at the restaurant. We went to restaurant 1 hour later and was advised it was full and we couldn't eat til past 9:30pm (too late) and room service would also have same delay. Not sure why we weren't advised of this at check-in or advised to book. On checkout, staff tried to charge us again for pre-paid accomodations.

Hoping to go back there.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and couldn't do enough for us, especially in the morning when the lift failed, one member of staff helped me carry the luggage down the stairs from the top floor. The quality of the food in the restaurant was superb and we'd be more than happy to stay there again.

The lit not working when we left made it hard for us to get ourselves, our luggage, and our dog down to the reception especially as my partner has some disabilities.

A very bad hotel for a very high price. Not worth €180,-..

The location was good for me and the staff was friendly.

The room for which I paid €180,- is super old and falls apart.. They put the heating so high that I’m having a headache from it. The window opens but even then it stays unbearably hot. At the breakfast you have to fight for a table when you come at 7:30 as they have too few places. I also happened to find an almost empty buffet. I really expect more for €180,- …. I have stayed in 5 star hotels for a lower price than this which were much better. This hotel ain’t worth €180,- . It’s honestly ridiculous.
