Wir kommen wieder

Manche der jungen Damen waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, wirkten teilweise jedoch ein wenig hilflos. Sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Service. Vielleicht braucht es mehr Hilfe bei der Einschulung.

Uns hat‘s sehr sehr gut gefallen :-))

Supertolles, modernes Hotel. ALLES sehr unkompliziert. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Frühstück prima. Nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wer mit offenem Fenster schläft, muß den Lärm der naheliegenden Autobahn in Kauf nehmen.

Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer: Das Zimmer war für uns zu kalt im Dezember. Die Deckenheizung ist viel zu lahm, was besonders beim Duschen als sehr kalt empfunden wurde.

Frühstück und Restaurant sehr gut! Die Lage ebenfalls

Die Zimmer sind etwas verbaut. Dusche separat und viel zu groß. Für den verschwendeten Platz hätte ich lieber einen Schrank mehr gehabt. Für 2 Personen mit Gepäck (Skiklamotten) ist das Doppelzimmer zu eng! Zu wenig Platz. Tresor fehlte. Unüblich für 4 Sterne! Ansonsten super!

Bei großen Veranstaltungen im Haus für Hotelaufenthalte so nicht empfehlenswert.

Habe nach sehr guten Erfahrungen bereits zum 2. Mal dort gebucht. Essen Zimmer und Frühstück sind wirklich gut. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten ums Haus und in der Tiefgarage.

Diesmal mehrtägiges riesiges Firmenevent im Hotel. Alle Hotelbereiche waren überfüllt, insbesondere im Foyer, Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich war es abends und morgens extrem laut und beengt, überall standen Menschengruppen. Für normale Hotelgäste eine Zumutung. Bei Buchung erwarte ich darüber eine Information damit ich rechtzeitig stornieren kann. Statt Zimmerpreis aufgrund der erheblichenEinschränkungen für normale Hotelgäste nach unten anzupassen wurde stattdessen der Preis, vmtl. auslastungsbedingt, sogar angehoben. Schade, auch da erwarte ich eine Anpassung.

- new hotel, everything new and clean - friendly and professional staff - good beds! - very quiet room (despite ongoing professional event downstairs) - location is good for business, and sufficiently close to downtown Feldkirch if travelling by car - Feldkirch was festive and romantic at night - safe car park at hotel

The price of the hotel is high for what it offers.

The room was clean. The location of the hotel is good, the parking lot is big enough. The breakfast was buffet and good.

The room was smaller than I expected. There were no slippers in the room. I asked the staff for needle and thread but they did not help.There was a lot of noise from other rooms. We woke up very early because the door in the corridor opened and closed very hard.

It was clean and the lobby and working space was modern

The receptionist was so unprofessional and she was so nervous about her job. Moreover, there was no equimpment in the room such as electric kettel or mineral water. Also the room was so small and you could only sleep there and there was no space to sit like a chair.

The hotel has all the amenities that ypu would expect in a good hotel. Comfy beds, good internet. Very nice touch with the night guiding lights, in case you wake up and need to go to the bathroom ypu don't need to turn on the light.

The options for breakfast were ok, but I think that the quality / price ratio was not to great. It should have been a little cheaper.
