In town for a real estate conference so traveling with all business professionals that needed space to work and get ready. Almost every room had a bathroom and the kitchen/living room dinning areas are perfect for relaxing over a big dinner or focused work time.

Ken and Trudy were exceptional hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean and very professionally maintained. The property was immaculate. The house was completely set up to meet everyones needs. We were able to walk to the football stadium which was so important. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was the weather. And Ken had no control over that!!!!

This house was as advertised for 4 adults and 3 teenagers in town for a lacrosse tournament. The bed I slept in was amazing, and echoed by the other people in our group. The backyard was great with the hot tub and putting green. We were very close to the stadium and other places to eat. Getting an uber was easy and we enjoyed a local bar about 1/4 mile away to watch football. Kens communication was spot on. We would/will stay there again,

What an awesome house! Proximity to stadium is perfect. Great kitchen, cool game room, and a nice back yard. Place is very clean and has everything you need. Perfect place to hang out with friends and family! Ken was fantastic and checked with us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

My extended family, 7 adults 3 teens, were in town for a football game at AT&T stadium. This house was absolutely perfect. .7 Mike walk to the stadium. Great open floor plan, backyard and game room. Everyone was able to be together all the time without feeling crowded at all. Ken was great!

Home is perfect location for anything and everything DFW. In town for Rangers game, and house only blocks away from stadium. Very clean and neatly decorated. Plenty of everything you might need during stay. Upstairs game room fun during heat of day. Hot tub and putting green in back yard with awesome view of Cowboys stadium for evening relaxing. Lots of great restaurants nearby, plus easy access to highway to Ft. Worth or Dallas. Owner very easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

Arlington TX - Modern Houses & Great Location
We needed 2 houses to host the families (adults & teenagers) coming to DFW for a reunion. The goal was to find 2 upscale houses in close proximity to one another. I doubt that one could find 2 houses better than (Magnolia & Boho Cowboy).
Ken is an attentive host and has two beautiful properties that I recommend without hesitation!

Over all the stay was a 4.5 Star. Things that were an issue for us was not having that 5th bathroom to accommodate each bedroom. We couldn’t fit anyone of our vehicles in garage and there is no street parking or any other parking available. So that made it difficult for us. One of the employees said the ceiling fan made noise all night and in the master bathroom there was some kind of water dripping noise also. Lastly, the late check in time and early check out time made us feel cheated from enjoying your beautiful home. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again if you would have us. Over all it was great.

Wonderful stay!
We had a family reunion at the house and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time playing cards, ski ball tournaments, golf in the backyard, and hot tub at night! Large family meals at the long table and hangout time in the game room and living room. Thank you Ken for a great home to have our reunion! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Arlington
This property was perfect for our group of coworkers. It's proximity to our job site was perfect and they layout of the house lent itself perfectly to the needs of our group. Ken was an fantastic host. He was very attentive and helpful with anything that came up. We could not have found a more effective spot to spend 3wks in the Arlington area.

Exceptional!
I’ve stayed in dozens of short term rentals (many of them luxury) and admittedly, I am not easy to please but this home far exceeded even my expectations. Ken was easy to communicate with, the home is exceptionally well maintained and clean and the view of the Cowboys stadium, for me, was the cherry on top. My young children absolutely loved the putting green and other activities outside and literally cried when having to leave the amazing game room upstairs - they would’ve been content just staying in this home the entire trip. Thanks much, Ken! We’ll be back!

Best Home Ever!
When we booked a home for the Cowboys game with our kids, we were just looking for something close (ish) to the stadium and a kid friendly home. The skee ball table, foosball table, mini golf, hot tub, corn hole, and more drew us right in! Arriving to the home, we were blown away how close we actually were to the stadium and 6 flags! The home was modern, cozy, spacious and definitely family friendly! With 4 bathrooms, we were all able to get ready and enjoy our mornings! The information left for us was beyond helpful! The owners were gracious and happy to help with all of our needs. Would definitely love to go again!

The house was fabulous and everything was just as described. Well appointed and equipped.
We enjoyed spending our weekend with friends to attend the Army game at Globe Life. We spent most of our time hanging out at the house playing games and using the hot tub. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the owner responded immediately. If we come to a game in Arlington in the future, we will definitely rent the location again!

Awesome House
We stayed at Ken's property for a friends birthday and it did not disappoint. The house was very nice and clearly well taken care of. The house was clean and it was obvious he put a lot of thought into making sure the house had activities for everyone of all ages. Ken was also great with communicating and very accommodating for our group.
