We appreciated the location and proximity of the Town home to downtown Fort Collins and especially to the Poudre River Trail. We enjoyed many long walks ( 8 to 10) miles as well as our hikes into the surrounding mountains. The restaurants were all enjoyable. The Town Home design and features suited us very well. The roof top space was particularly welcome in the early mornings and evenings after the sun went down. Thank you.

The location and house were wonderful. We had an amazing time. Unfortunately it was during a heat wave, but the house gave us comfort to relax and cool down!

Trains kept me awake throughout the night. Nice kitchen and living room

This condo was cute and in a good location. Unfortunately there were so many spiders, moths and earwigs in this house. We found them in our bed, in my clothes that I set on chair, literally everywhere. I’ve stayed in much nicer for way less and didn’t have to worry about bugs. The washer was moldy too.

Property was clean, comfortable and close to downtown. Nice walking path for people and dogs. Area still being developed.
The property manager, Stacy, was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

We stayed in Fort Collins over Spring break to visit our college student and LOVED this modern home. King beds in every room was a big plus and its location was great! We’d definitely stay there again.

We had a great time and this unit is nice. Only thing to mention is it needed a little deeper clean as it was dust around items not moved. Lastly the seating to watch TV or movies in the family room is not good. You have to look sid ways to see the tv.

Great place! Very spacious, new and clean. Great for group and family.
Couple of worn areas with blinds.
Downstairs can feel a bit cold with cement floors and couch and other seating a bit uncomfortable.
Still great place and will stay again given chance.

We stayed at this property while touring Colorado State. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to downtown Fort Collins. We would definitely stay at this place again on future trips. You can hear the train on occasion but not a deal breaker!

Overall very nice. A little smaller than what pictures portray but fine for our needs. The area was nice but there were lots of homeless folks. Walking along the Poudre Riverwalk wasn’t really possible due to homeless (with knives!)

We had a very nice stay at the condo while we dropped our son off at CSU. It was clean, spacious, very comfortable and close to the university and Old Town. Communication with Stacy was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I missed out.
Because my husband and I both got COVID the day before we were to depart for Fort Collins, neither of us were able to enjoy what I heard from the rest of the family was a great experience. My son, his partner and three older teens stayed and loved the place. My son shared these thoughts: great space, comfy beds, convenience to shopping and restaurants and a great brewpub, awesome outdoor patio on the 3rd level, guitar available for our family guitar pickers easy cleanup procedures, and an assortment of games for all ages. I will try to rent this unit at some point in the future.

Nice place, frustrating service
The house was nice, just as advertised. Loved the rooftop deck. Low review as the listing stated there was a travel crib available, I confirmed a few days before there would be a crib, and we showed up with an over tired baby and there was no crib, and no fast solution to fix the problem. My husband went out at midnight to buy a new crib. They did eventually reimburse this cost and kept the new crib at the listing, however it created a very stressful first day of our vacation.

Great location and loved the rooftop deck!
Stayed here with three girlfriends for a 50th birthday celebration. The place is very cute and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We loved that we were a 4 minute drive to downtown Fort Collins and probably a 20 minute walk. The rooftop deck was great for cool mornings and evenings with the fire pit helping us stay warm. I would definitely recommend this place for a group of friends or family.

We needed a home base for an event and this place was phenomenal. Stacy was great and it was so nice to have a comfortable place and laundry! Highly recommend. (Starbucks is two minutes away haha)

Perfection
My family had a great time in this property. The pictures are accurate - it really is swanky! It’s close to everything and is walking distance from the breweries. We actually never used the top deck because there’s too much fun to be had in Old Town at night! I would definitely book this property again.
