“This place is eclectic and comfortable. Great internet and multiple TVs for binge-watching. We loved the outdoor fireplace for cocktails. The trails are a hop, skip, and a jump away. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to make a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. A favorite feature the record player. My kids have ever used one the records on-site are a fun mix! “Absolutely as pictured, delightful, light-hearted townhouse with lovely natural light and cozy outdoor spaces. Dream kitchen appliances and island made at home meals so enjoyable. Great coffee shops and all of Old Town are an easy walk. Even after staying for over 30 days we did not want to leave! An awesome home base for Colorado and Wyoming adventures, or movie nights in. We very much enjoyed our two-week vacation in Ft Collins. Lovely unit with interesting aviation themed decor. Lapis lazuli blue tile in the kitchen and baths is gorgeous. Beds were very comfortable, not too firm or too soft. Nice kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were very clean. Loved the hot tub and was pleased with how it is maintained. Very clean, easy to use. Wonderful quiet neighborhood.

Very nice condo neighborhood- close to downtown restaurants, breweries, bars, bike/running trails. Well supplied kitchen.
Basically two master bedrooms on 2nd floor. 3rd floor balcony with hot tub, table, kitchenette, and outdoor fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication was great with Stacy throughout the pre-stay and through the stay. Property was as described and suited our family well for the most part. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of televisions, and the hot top was an added treat. The kitchen was equipped for light meals, carry-in meals but not for big family meals that we typically cook. It had all you needed for cocktails, wine, mixed drinks, etc. but not many juice/milk glasses. I had inquired about this before arriving and had been assured that there would be adequate kitchen supplies. I was glad we had brought our own electric griddle. It also lacked adequate towels, pot holders, dish rags, etc. to adequately clean the kitchen. The house manual clearing stated that we were not to wash linens/towels that they would provide extras if asked. But, when we did, they said it was peak season and that they couldn't provide any, thus, we were to wash our own. The only other concern was that there was a massive outbreak of some sort of bug in the neighborhood and the house was full of bugs. We tried to stay on top of them and shared our concern with the landlord. They were apologetic and said they had called an exterminator to take care of the problem once we left. All that being said, the owners insisted they would correct all these concerns and, if they did/do, then it is a place well-worth staying at. The location is great for a day in Estes Park, a river float trip, downtown shopping, etc. Just go prepared!

We were worried about six of us staying in a one bedroom/one bathroom but the main room is much larger than it looks in the pictures and it worked out great. The location was perfect as we were so close to our daughter’s art show and so many restaurants and shops.

The property itself was nice. But from the time we checked in we had a huge issue with earwigs. Our first night there we must have killed 30 of them. I notified our contact person and she had someone come out to spray. It continued to be an issue and I asked if there was a vacuum on site to clean them up. The earwigs continued to be an issue. They were on the walls, ground, kitchen counters, showers and in my daughter’s bed. I made the contact person aware the day of check out and suggested the home needs more than a “spray”. Her response was, “thanks, I’ll let my team know.” Extremely disappointed in how it was handled. We were quite disgusted overall with the place.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Great location and within walking distance to Old Town, New Belgium Brewery and Poudre bike trail. Super clean and cute townhouse. Loved the hot tub. Also, loved that they have a 10pm quiet curfew. If we ever return to Fort Collins, we will definitely book this townhouse again.

This place was great! Very clean and well stocked which was super nice. The location is great and plenty of space. Please consider providing more towels. Women with lots of hair need more than one towel to shower:) otherwise would certainly stay here again!

My husband surprised me with a weekend away with some of my best friends for my birthday and booked this property. We had a wonderful stay, the property was very clean, the hot tub was great, the location was fabulous (less than $10 to get an Uber into town or a 20 minute walk if you prefer). We really didn’t want for anything and there were some really lovely touches - the decor is very stylish, the welcome soft drinks and chocolates were great, the hairdryers and hot brushes were a very nice surprise. I would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it.

We and our adult children spent Christmas week together in this comfortable, stylish and fun townhome. Our very first impression was how clean and modern the space was and we found the beds to be very comfortable, the kitchen to have what we needed to cook meals for our group, and the location was so convenient for visiting Old Town, running for groceries, and hopping on the highway to Denver and RMNP. . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. Stacy was a great host and we would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting our son and his wife.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All the bedrooms featured a tv and two nightstands, one on each side (many only have one). The cabinets and closets were free of unecessary clutter. Very clean and nice.

We loved our time at this townhome and it was close to Old Town and the bike trails. The home is very, very clean and well equipped for relaxing and recharging after a long day. We loved the kitchen and even ate in a few nights while on the road. Thanks for having such a great property in a lovely area. We hope to stay again when we come to town.

Very comfortable for 2 families. The 2 king bed suites with their own bathrooms were great. The kitchen was very spacious and clean. Was a great location right near the old town restaurants and breweries. The fireplace didn’t work and didn’t end up getting to use it. Also low stock of towels but they gave us some the next day when requested.
