This place was exceptionally & uniquely decorated and stocked with every bedroom, bathroom & kitchen essential you could ever need while on vacation. Great patio space as well with beautiful lighting in the trees at night. You can feel the amount of care & detail that was put into this property from the moment you walk in. It has so much character. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed while listening to the record player they have available for use (another unique & lovely addition) & a walk through call from the host, Rick. Antique Row shopping is around the corner/walking distance along with several restaurants. The property is perfectly located with all the shopping streets (Clematis Sreet/City Place) within a short distance. Peanut Island snorkeling is a short 15 min drive as well. The hosts are so kind & attentiveness. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone & will definitely book again during our next stay in the West Palm Beach area!

Absolutely loved staying at this property and look forward to the next visit. They had everything you could need and the courtyard and interior are just divine. The location is central if you’re exploring the palm beaches. Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a lovely stay at this charming property. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, PGA National and the airport. Beautifully decorated inside and out, we enjoyed morning coffee outside in the garden and evenings sitting comfortably in the living room watching movies or listening to records. Located near numerous golf communities we were able to visit and golf with numerous friends from Connecticut. Rick and Teri were attentive hosts. We will certainly rent here again.

Beautiful home in a very convenient area close to the south bridge. The courtyard garden was amazing and homeowners were more than accommodating. We would stay here again.

Everything was beautiful. The owner Rick was beyond helpful and service oriented. The area is perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved walking to nearby restaurants and also to the intercostal. I would highly recommend.

This lovely home had everything we could possibly need for our visit. With a designer flair, it was like stepping into a magazine. It was a great home base, conveniently located to West Palm Beach dining, Palm Beach area and other destinations. We also enjoyed a short walk to the intercostal waterway trail and wandering Antique Row. Mornings with coffee in the courtyard were a perfect start to the day. Rick was extremely helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this rental.

This adorable 100 year old home in the heart of the Antique district is a rare find. Adorable patio and a perfect entertainment home with ample space. The rooms were a little tight, but very comfortable beds. The owner Rick is very on hands and accommodating with attention to detail to make you stay in WPB perfect. -Thank you Lauren

Highly recommend this hidden gem on a quiet street in Antique Row. Convenient to restaurants, beach and key attractions in both West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. Décor is like stepping into a design studio. Lovely, secluded patio in a natural setting. Historical home has its quirks like squeaky floors but don’t let that be a detractor; adds to the charm. Owners are “hands on;” provided an introduction and walk-thru of the home by phone upon arrival and were available if needed. Perfect for one or two couples.

We had a pleasant time at this home. It was absolutely clean, everything in perfect working order. Quiet neighborhood, loved the privacy of the yard outside with all the plants. The large walk-in shower was great. Beds & sofa are super comfortable. Rick & Teri were friendly and easy to communicate with. Appreciate all the things they provided, felt like home. You can tell how much effort and care they put into maintaining and decorating this property, it's so nice and inviting. We will definitely return.

My husband and I are snowbirds. During these months, we like to travel and do some volunteer work for the PGA tour. We are always looking for an affordable house that will allow us to discover new areas of Florida and feel like at home. Nick and Teri 's house is a Bijou of this historic and quiet neighbourhood. Perfectly decorated and with great taste. When inside, you can feel the past, enjoy the collectibles and appreciate the renovations. It feels somehow smaller and a bit darker inside the house than what you see on the photos. We would have liked to get a little more counter space and storage in the kitchen. The landscaping and the patio furniture also reflect the period. The garden area is inviting but planes take off or land every 2 or 3 minutes and the chairs are mostly uncomfortable. Please be aware, that there is no live TV (only streaming) and that a surveillance camera is installed in the garden. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and Teri and Nick were great hosts. This is a really nice place for a short period of time.

Everything about our stay in this lovely property was fantastic. The homeowner made the check-in process very easy, and was available for any questions during our entire stay. The property has all the amenities, great decor and comfort level. It was as photographed, so it did not disappoint at all. Location is very convenient to the airport and to Antique Row and downtown, yet on a quiet and beautiful residential street. We would definitely come back. *****

Great stay!

Rick was very helpful in managing the process and helping us reschedule our stay when a family emergency prevented us from going when we originally intended. The property was pristine and very well- located, close to restaurants, shops, and only a few minutes to the beach. We loved the decor of the house and how well-stocked it was — the kitchen has everything you could want, there were beach towels, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc. These owners take pride in their property and it really shows. I would definitely book again. Great experience overall!

A little gem!

This is a charming cottage with lots of wonderful amenities such as great beds, linens, fabulous shower, outdoor gas grill, comfy furniture in living quarters and a functional kitchen. The best reason to stay here is Rick, the host and owner. He was quick to respond to our needs and very kind when our departure was delayed a day. He really cares about the experience you have in the home. He is wonderful. My one negative would be the outdoor patio. We found the patio furniture uncomfortable and the noise from airplanes, which take off very close to the cottage, hard to deal with. In short, we were very happy for a month and would recommend.

You can do no better than this historic home, totally and carefully renovated, with exquisite details and amenities. With a lovely and private outdoor patio with plants and soft seating, an interior designed by a talented designer, appointed by someone who thinks of literally everything, this stay wraps you in luxury and love. Your hosts, Rick and Teri, have taste, heart, warmth, and an eye for hospitality. The downside of this cottage is that it is so comfortable, beautiful,, and full of interesting things to discover on its shelves, etageres, crannies that you don't want to leave! We were there for four nights. Each day, we pulled ourselves away after mid day to explore Palm Beach, but we gratefully returned early in the night. Rick is lightening fast in returning text questions and he is a marvelous host. We travel a lot, first class. We are seniors and discriminating. I can tell you that this cottage is WAY more interesting, warm, fun, and inviting than any of the big expensive Palm Beach hotels, where the only perk is if you want to "see and be seen." Skip it. Take this five star cottage. You can do no better! Andrea

Wow! Just Wow! Quite simply the very best! Immaculate, tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail. Fresh cut flowers upon arrival, a beautiful start each morning with coffee in the garden, and a fabulous evening backdrop for afternoon cocktails. Walking distance to the fabulous Antique Row, great cafes and a quick drive all the fabulous shops on fashionable Worth Avenue! Host was extremely thoughtful; a great communicator...just a text away, and provided us with a detailed list for restaurants and points of interest in the area. *We were welcomed with fresh cut flowers, an immaculately clean property, beautiful bed linens. Amenities to spare. Comfort in every room. Perfect location. *Only one bathroom which was not a problem for us at all, especially with the large marble shower, rain head and hand held spray. *Photos of this property are stunning but they don’t BEGIN to depict the loveliness of this quaint well-appointed home. *Future guests will be so impressed with the beauty of this charming home, filled with a mix of tropical and antique decor. The owners have a superb knack for curating a mix of furnishings/accessories. We are already planning our next visit to Palm Beach and will definitely be staying at this property. Great value. Lovely owners.

Excellent communication with very nice owner. Spacious and clean bungalow was perfect, as our adult son ended up staying with us. Nice bikes available to use during stay. We sat out on the large patio with table, chairs + umbrella. Walk to Antique Row (just at the corner), local restaurants, or along the Intercoastal. Quick drive from WPB over bridge to Palm Beach. We will be back!

What a darling little bungalow. It is an old house maintaining architectural features with modern upgrades. Super clean . Rick was a great host and check in was seamless. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, books to read, laundry soap, hair dryers, bikes and anything else we might have needed! Would love to return and stay again!
