Located in the Hibernation Station community of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, this luxurious pet-friendly, 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom cabin rental can accommodate up to 33 guests. Picture windows frame beautiful views, custom furnishings can be found throughout, and quality spaces impress every time at this large group Pigeon Forge lodge. Splash in the private indoor pool, host movie nights in the theater with a projector, play pool and arcade games in the rec room, and lounge in the living room in front of the fireplace (electric, no heat). You can also watch entertainment on the big screen TV or connect to the free and fast Wi-Fi.
Outside, soak aching muscles in the steamy hot tub, light the charcoal grill for a cookout in the Smokies, and sip moonshine in the rockers on multiple decks. Back inside, you can cook full meals in the chef's kitchen that features stone countertops, an island with bar seating, and ace appliances. The dining table invites guests to eat together, and everyone can spread out into the living room and onto the decks if they wish.

The swimming pool was cool all the time a the last day we didn’t have water for majority of the day.

We specifically chose to stay at this location because of the pool. We checked online reviews closely before choosing this cabin. There was a recent review that stated the pool was not working. We reached out last week to confirm that the pool was working. We were told that it was and that there was no issue with it. Clearly this was incorrect. Apparently no attempt was made to correct the problem or to make sure that new guests were aware of the pool malfunction. We contacted the company at 6:30 on Friday evening when we checked in to let them know of the issues we had. There was also a leak above the pool table.
The maintenance technician did not arrive at our cabin until Saturday at 4:30 pm. He found the pool room HVAC not working at all, and the water level was below the required level to initiate the heater. He added a hose to fill up the pool. However, by this time in our trip, it was too late for the pool to heat up. He confirmed the water temperature to be 62 degrees. The air temperature in the pool room was below 50 degrees. The door for the pool room says it’s maintained to be 83-85 degrees.
I realize things like this can happen and we otherwise had a great trip with our family. The cabin is nice but customer service is lacking. The company offered a $100 gift certificate for a future stay but for the price you pay to stay at the property, it’s a joke. We do not plan to stay at any properties this company has in the future.

We rented this beautiful cabin for an early Christmas gathering for us to be able to see our kids & grandkids all at the same time, we went with the expectations of being able to swim in the indoor pool (dehumifier was broken) it was hot as a sauna in the pool room, we wanted to have a family nite watching movies on the theatre which would not connect to internet bcuz the wifi was not working in that room nor was it working in the living room! I was very frustrated bcuz when talking to customer service on our 2nd day there about wifi issues i got multiple different answers & even had someone come out to look at it, which basically he came in toting his gun on his side, listened to what my problem was then never once looked for himself at the tv or the router, he proceeded to tell me that the people on the phone did not have a clue about anything they said & to never talk to them about problems. He was supposed to have another guy come out bcuz he accused me of messing up the IP address for the whole system bcuz i reset the router per instructions of customer service which no one came!! We loved the cabin however the Company leaves much to be desired!! It is very frustrating when you pay that kind of money out & things dont work as they claim to on the website! I even had a lady attempt to call back & twll me that the wifi was out in the whole area of cabins & was being worked on which a complete lie bcuz our phones connected & so did all of the bedroom tv's

Cabin was great. Need to work on the Wi-Fi and movie room because you can’t watch a movie in the theater without Wi-Fi .

Our Internet did not work for 2.5 days of the 3 day stay. Strike out!
We were refunded $400 for our inconvenience. I would highly NOT recommend this unit. The manager tried her best, but WORKING Internet and heat is BASIC And we did not have either.
