About this cottage rental
At 2,500 square feet over two levels the home has an open flow with excellent separation between bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a stunning master bedroom (bedroom 1) with a massive ensuite with an amazing soaker tub and stunning views from every window as well as a balcony. This is a perfect room to get ready for a special day. Next to the master is a second well appointed bedroom (bedroom 2). It should be noted that most guests in bedroom 2 use the master ensuite bathroom as their bathroom. There is more then enough space for these two rooms to share, but something to note for anyone needing complete privacy in the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and typically share the large bathroom with double sinks on that level. A great feature of this home is that all bedrooms are located to allow for separation of space- a nice feature for multiple families sharing.
Fully renovated in 2013 the home has a fantastic kitchen with plenty of living areas in which to relax. This includes 2 patios, a comfortable siting area off the kitchen and a great living room. Both patios offer excellent privacy- the back patio is particularly nice for enjoying a bit of shade in the peak of summer. Additional features include A/C, plenty of natural sun light, a fireplace and 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment, dining room seating for 8 plus kitchen bar seating and bedrooms with fantastic beds. There is plenty of storage and personal touches throughout. We include free WIFI and cable TV.
Important: Our licence only allows for 10 people (2 per room), with the only exception for children under 2, please notify us at time of booking. We have had a problem of more guests coming and staying than originally booked, so if upon inspection there are more guests staying than originally booked (without prior authorization) the damage deposit will be forfeited and all guests will have to leave. An example, if you have booked for 10 guest and upon inspection there is 11 guests staying the damage deposit will be forfeited and all 11 guests will be asked to leave.
Security: We have cameras positioned outside the house for security reasons only.
Pets: Yes, we are pet friendly upon approval prior to booking and there is a pet fee of $50 PER PET.

My family of 10 fit comfortably in this home with several outdoor spaces to sit during the day. We enjoyed the location and spent more time at the Naramata beach then in at the Penticton one. My family of six was looking for a place to stay for a week long stay in Penticton. Cherry View Cottages definitely fit the bill. The property is wonderfully furnished and clean. The front and rear patios were perfect locations for our family to enjoy the outdoors.

I had a wonderful stay in Deoborah’s home with myself and 7 friends. It’s the perfect location for being close to town, trails and of course the wineries! 40th Birthday in Wine Country
My group and I rented this home for my 40th birthday. We spent four nights and took our time touring wine country, hiking, and enjoying great food! The Naramata home was perfect for us offering a spacious layout for the 9 of us to move around, comfortable rooms and beds, and ample linens. The house was well appointed with necessary cooking apparatus, a must for our group. A couple more sharp knives would have been a bonus! :) Overall, a wonderful stay! Owners were lovely to deal with, the acreage well maintained, and the views spectacular! Thank you! We would definitely rent this place again!

We were a group of 4 women celebrating a big birthday and Cam’s home could not have been a better location for our celebration.The large home gave us each our own bedroom room with one to spare. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could wish for and many games of cards were held around the large dining room table. Cam the homeowner who lives up the driveway , welcomed us on our arrival and it was comforting to know that he would be there if we needed him. The views of the lake, vineyards and orchards were spectacular with decks located east and west so you could shelter from the sun when needed or watch it set over the mountains. We found the home to be very clean and organized.with plenty of towels. The location was perfect for wine tastings as it was centrally located on the Naramata Bench and was an easy drive to Naramata or Penticton. Our group would all recommend The Heritage Cottage for a comfortable stay.

Lovely home in the orchard
Lovely large home We found it to be larger than interior photos showed, Lots of space for us all we were 9 adults and there was lots of room for us to mingle cook and eat, it is well located to wineries and a short drive away from naramata village. Lovely stay in Naramata
We had a wonderful vacation at Cam's place on the Naramata bench. There were 6 adults and 4 children (under 4) and we all stayed and fit comfortably. The house was exactly as advertised (if not better). Rooms were all a very good size and beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully stoked with everything we needed to cook and in great condition. The garden and lawn were lovely and it was a short walk up the back of the property to the KVR Trail. It is within walking distance to a few wineries and a short drive into Penticton or Naramata town and a 3 min drive to local beach (three mile beach). Communication with Cam was easy and he was always quick to reply. We will absolutely stay there again on our next time to the area!

The house was beautiful and exactly as listed. Stunning views right on Naramata bench amongst wineries, a drive to Penticton. House was very clean and beds super comfy. Lovely grounds and overall a very enjoyable stay. Cam was great in terms of communication. We would stay here again.

Penticton Adventure
Our stay in Naramata exceeded our expectations. The property is immaculate. Surrounded by flowers, well tended grass, fruit trees, and the view... just wow. The house itself is sparkling clean, with all amenities you need for a getaway. Unfortunately we didn't get an opportunity to visit any wineries, however the property is perfect as it's right on Naramata bench road. We did visit Naramata beach which is only about a 10 minute drive and not as crowded as the main beaches in Penticton. We also had the chance to do the river float down the Penticton Channel. It was a great way to spend the afternoon!
I would 100% recommend a stay here and look forward to maybe another opportunity.

Excellent weekend in Naramata
This was a beautiful property to stay at in the heart of the Naramata Bench. You’re surrounded by wineries and have a gorgeous view of the lake from the property. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights and we were all very comfortable and the property had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Cam was very easy to communicate with and even reassured us when we were concerned about a forest fire in the area.
Would highly recommend this property for groups looking to enjoy the Okanagan!

This home was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our group included 6 kids and they ran circles around the orchard playing games. Sunsets from the deck and kitchen was fully stocked. Owners were lovely and we found our stay super relaxing! Thanks!

Amazing Stay!
Perfect place for our two families (4 adults and 3 kids) to explore the Naramata wineries and the local beaches. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cam greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the house which was a nice touch.
We ate all of our meals on the front deck and enjoyed the view from the house. Our kids loved running around the garden and playing outside. Overall and fantastic trip and we are looking forward to staying at this house next summer. Thank you Cam!

Amazing view and superbly appointed home.
Great time had by everyone. We enjoyed our meals looking out onto an amazing view. The home was lovely and clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The host was friendly and even invited us to pick some cherries from his tree. The KVR was easily accessible and we were short drive from the beach in Naramata and in Penticton. We will be back for sure.

Great location, beautiful property!
The property was beautiful, much bigger than the 6 of us expected! The air conditioning in each room of the house was lovely as we were visiting during a few hot days. The front and backyard were large and we enjoyed our time outside. The location was perfect for our trip and the activities we had planned. It was a short drive, approx 15 mintutes, to Penticton for groceries and about 20 minutes to the golf course. We also were able to bike ride one day to visit a few of the wineries close by. We could have stayed longer!
We were 2 families, with children aged between 4 and 14, and we've had a great time. The house is large, clean, very well appointed, every room has a air-con system, the view of the lake is beautiful, the yard is big (with delicious cherry trees all around) and children can play everywhere, there is a patio on each side of the house (one sunny in the morning, the other in the afternoon), and is very well located, right between Naramata and Pencticton, in the middle of the vineyards.

Beautiful spot! So clean and owner very accommodating. The house is very well equipped with most things one would need. Nice surprise! Lots of space for our group of 6 but would also be great for 12. The grandkids had so much fun picking cherries, playing games in the grass front Lawn and riding bikes around the large property The views from many spots in and around the house was beautiful. Perfect location!
We were a group of 3 families staying at this property and had an amazing time! It's located right on Naramata bench with easy access to many wineries and the KVR trail as well as a few beaches!
The house was immaculate when we arrived. Just cleaned that morning by Cam and his family. Cam met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and let us know how everything worked, and was easily contactable by text if we needed anything.
This guesthouse is situated on a cherry orchard with lots of cherries which he allowed us to pick on a certain day once spraying was done. Thee green space around the house was great for the kids to run around and burn some steam, and their front patio has a beautiful lake view.
Would highly recommend this place, and we will come to stay here again !

Wonderful Place for Family and Friends
We were in Penticton few times to enjoy River Channel drifting and boating in the lake … We kept coming back! This time, we invited brother Tommy and John’s families to join with us so there were three families. This is the first time; we get the place to stay on the East side of Okanagan Lake. On the way, from downtown of Penticton getting to the house, sight seeing was beautiful! Cherries, fruits, wineries were everywhere on both sides of the road, looking down beautiful Okanagan Lake … We were anxiously looking forward to see the house. It wasn’t take long. The house is at a bend of a main road, easy to find. It is located right in the cherry orchard with huge green grass yard surrounding the house. We felt in love with the first sight seeing the house especially my son Asoka, he always wishes the house with big yard to play with uncle John’s son, Jayden.
We then met Cam, a wonderful man, pleasant and easy-going. Walking into the house; it was very clean, roomy with plenty widows. Looking through any opening of the house such as window or door, you will always see green with cherry trees or beautiful Okanagan Lake. We are vegetarian, there are vegetarian restaurant in town, but most of the time, we were managing our own cooking and my wife Lynn is main chef. The kitchen of the house is very clean with all the cookware that we need. All the bedrooms were clean and cozy. Lynn and I occupied the master, it is roomy, cozy with huge bathroom with window looking down the lake. We all felt in love with the house!

Amazing Location; Amazing Home
We had the most wonderful, relaxing weekend at Cam's home in Naramata. Cam was a clear communicator, quick to reply, and very accommodating - we know a lot of care went into the preparation for our stay. Little details like having the air conditioner already running so the home is nice and cool and having extra hand sanitizer really shows the extra steps the host takes to ensure a good stay.
Home was very clean, and the location was absolutely amazing - just in between Naramata and Penticton left us close to anywhere we wanted to visit. And the house was gorgeous, with plenty of space for the 8 of us who went.
Would definitely recommend this property, and we'd absolutely return! Thanks for a great stay!

We had 10 adults and 4 children at the house for a week in August a had a great time. In the interest of helping future travelers, here are my pros and cons.
Cons: The only real downside for this house is that there us only one bathroom in the common area and another which is in the master suite. Another thing is that Cam loves just up the hill and we saw him everyday as he was making sure the sprinklers were working and in the right spot. It was fine for us, but some people might find it a little less private. One day he accidentally moved the sprinklers so they sprayed inside our car windows.
Pros: the view is amazing! The house is gorgeous and pictures don't do it justice. Because if all the sprinklers, the yard had great grass where our kids loved to run. There are a tonne of cherry trees as well as plums, Apple's, pears. We picked cherries most days. We also saw deer twice and had two bear sightings. We had a great picnic with the kids behind the house under a massive weeping willow tree. The location was awesome for visiting wineries and restaurants on the naramata bench. Penticton is close and beaches were close too. We also locked ourselves out of the house once and he was quick to come unlock the door.
All in all, we would definitely stay again.
