The open plan living area with large gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings around the fireplace, and a 60" flatscreen Smart TV with Apple TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove, fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals and formal dining area seating 8, allows you to host all of the family. All with a stunning view overlooking the Sierra Star golf course fairways. Take the gathering outdoors with a fully covered entertaining terrace on this middle level offering a built-in gas grill, dining seating for 6, private hot tub and additional seating outdoors on the balcony.
One of the more striking amenities is a large master suite on the dedicated third level of the home. Set apart from the rest of the home, you won't want to leave this exquisite master suite with King bed, lounge area with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, and home office desk. A private en-suite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk in closet. The private terrace offers outdoor seating and a spiral staircase leading down to the covered hot tub and middle level terrace. The second master bedroom on the middle level features a King bed with private en-suite, and the third master suite on the lower level of the home also features a King bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The final fourth bedroom on the lower level is great for a family or for the kids featuring a full bed and bunk beds with 2 Twin beds, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower.
All TVs in the home offer Apple TV, Sonos system in Living room and Movie Theater. The home offers a washer/dryer to get the chores done, and on the lower level features a kitchenette and small dining area for 4. This level leads out to the ground floor terrace with additional seating, and in the Summer months an outdoor seating area on the lawn complete with gas firepit. And don't forget the decked out Movie Theater room featuring a 75" flat screen, which can also provide additional sleeping on the day beds for the kiddos. This home has an approved occupancy of 12. The home has a 2 car private garage with space for an additionl 2 vehicles in the driveway. If your vehicles cannot fit in either the garage or driveway, the property does have outdoor overflow parking.
Obsidian is a gated community, located in the center of town, boasting total privacy and security. The club house has an indoor pool and spa (currently under construction and not available for access), exercise center, game room, built-in barbecue, patio area, and play area for kids. The club offers a regular shuttle service to the ski lifts available via the concierge desk, or there is also a shuttle stop located right outside the gates offering the convenience to get anywhere in town within minutes. Perfect for Summer or Winter, this is one residence that you will not want to pass up!
