Stonegate private homes are the ultimate in Mammoth Luxury! From the moment you step inside you will be impressed with the magnificent wood beams, hand hewn floors and stunning cook's kitchen. This home is the largest of the Stonegate floor plans and at 3,500 square feet, this 4 bedroom with loft, 5 bath home offers plenty of space to accomodate larger groups. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom attached with top of the line bedding for your comfort. After a long day of outdoor activities, relax in your own private jacuzzi tub and take in the views from the deck. You are close enough to walk to the Village for skiing, night life, restaurants and shops but also nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the Sierra Star Golf Course. You are also across the street from Sam's Woodsite so Bluesapalooza concerts, summer art festivals and outdoor activities are right outside your door! The open concept kitchen and living room allows for cooks to prepare meals at home while enjoying company. The upstairs deck has a gas BBQ for outdoor grilling. The living room has comfortable couches, a flat screen HDTV and a gas log fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. The loft is a great space for kids with a foosball table, computer desk and pull out couch. The master bedroom is perfect for a romantic getaway with a stone fireplace, comfortable seating area, and large master bath with soaking tub and three head shower. There is also a downstairs den with Game consoles, HDTV, and sleeper sofa. We loved staying at this luxury cabin during our time in Mammoth! It was very clean, beautiful, a close walk to the village and gondola, and equipped with everything we needed! Having the hot tub was great as well and our host was extremely kind and communicative about everything we needed to know as well as assisting in having a few minor issues resolved! Definitely staying here again!

Stonegate 3 is a clean, spacious, well-equipped and well-tended home that met our needs in every regard. It was the perfect space and perfect locale for grandparents, children and a couple of teens. There were eight of us in total and every feature of the home made it an ideal spot to gather and enjoy the activities of Mammoth.

Beautiful, large home, well designed to accommodate large groups with plenty of sleeping, privacy and bathrooms. We were a group of 12. The location is good as well; you can walk (though not with ski boots) to the gondola. We would drop of with our vehicles and then one person would take the easy walk. It worked out very well. Lastly, the home was clean and upgraded making it a very nice experience. We'd love to come back.

We stayed with 11 other family members in this beautiful home! We cooked an amazing thanksgiving dinner and much more. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed everything about the house! It’s the best location, you can walk to the village and get to the mountain from there. This is the perfect mountain home in mammoth. Clean, had everything! The hot tub on cold nights was also so fun. The heated floors in master bathroom was a dream! Has all the luxurious you want. Book the house! Don’t wait. :)

If you’re planning a ski (or, summer) family vacation to Mammoth and want to stay in an amazing luxury home - this is the one!!! The location is excellent, the amenities are first class, and there is plenty room for everyone to be together for meals and entertaining, but you can also get away for some quite time if you want. The owners are friendly and very responsive. I would definitely rent this home again.

Enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in this beautiful home. Well suited to our family of adult children and toddler grandchild. They even had a baby gate to keep him from accessing the stairs. The home has everything provided for a very comfortable stay. And a great assortment of small appliances and cookware so we could cook all our meals in the generously sized kitchen. We would love to return during the winter for a ski vacation.

The check in process was a little confusing since it was not fully explained in the confirmation. Did not know who the property manager is nor was his/her name mentioned!!!! And the dish rack was broken, but we made it work. Overall, the house was spacious, all conveniences of home were available and it made it easier for us to all enjoy our vacation. Our kids loved it too since it was so close to the village and centrally located.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 8 people (5 adults, 3 kids) comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need and in good condition. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer which was great for us since we did lots of water and outdoor activities and we were running out of clean clothes. Make sure you pack washing detergent if you plan to wash multiple times. What we loved the most in this house was the cozy and beautiful living room and kitchen area. The house was also super clean. We loved staying here and will come back again.

Good location and great for large groups

This is a house with a 2 car garage and 2 parking spots in the driveway. You do share an entrance with the other homes as the houses are very close together. The house itself is great with lots of rooms and beds for everyone. The kitchen and the living room are amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals in. The kids really loved the loft/game room. It was nice for them to have their own space but to be close by in earshot. Lots of clean linens and extra pillows if needed. Beds were comfy (I am a light sleeper) and I was able to get some rest away from covid reality. Thanks for everything we had a great summer trip in mammoth! Definitely coming back again.

We do a big family trip every year, and had to cancel this year’s trip when Covid hit. We didn't think we’d get to get together , but the area opened up, and everyone scrambled. This is a spacious Unit. We never had more than 11, but there was plenty of room. Having the 5 baths helped and the communal space was comfortable. I think we must have been the first to rent since the shutdown because it needed some cleaning. It was a bit dusty, floors were not clean enough for bare feet, the comforter in one of the rooms had smears of “stuff”, nothing major. The place is well equipped with dishes and glasses, cookware, etc. we never ran out, which was nice because we ATE! All in all, it worked very well. Thanks for sharing your space! One big help for future would be to add more towels! There were only two bath towels in each bathroom (5 x2) and one Wash cloth. The day we had 11, we had to wash one before she could shower. One of the baths did not have a hand towel hanger or any towels to dry hands. We also had no dishrags to wipe counters, so had to use one from the bathroom. Lots of air drying. More towels would have been useful. Have a safe and peaceful summer. Kathy

Great home for family/friends Mammoth trip. Awesome layout with the bonus room upstairs for the kids to hang, downstairs rooms are quiet, middle floor with open living room and kitchen for adults to visit and enjoy the views of the golf course from the deck.

Beautiful Property in Heart of Mammoth

We enjoyed the house immensely and the expansive layout was perfect for our family and my in-laws. The upstairs great room had amazing views of the golf course and the downstairs room set up was perfect for a playroom for the kids. Walking distance to the Village, at least in Summer months, and also very close to many other shops, etc. The hot tub on the back patio was an added bonus that we noticed not a lot, if any of the other houses within Stonegate had, and it was awesome to jump in after a day of exploring and hiking. Can’t wait to go back!
