About this house rental

The 1300 sq foot 2 bedroom house is on 10.5 acres in the White Mountains. Each floor has something unique to offer. From the spacious kitchen to the cozy living room. The master has 8 windows and a 4 foot sky light with additional seating area. We are on the snowmobile trail F14. A short drive to Mt Cranmore and Shawne peak. During the summer there is much to do. You can rent a canoe or tube and float down the Saco river. Most all of the ski areas have activities like downhill mountain biking. You can go into North Conway to enjoy endless restaurants and outlet stores.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning Vrbo house rental in Maine, and I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was. Nestled on the NH/Maine border, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and just a stone's throw away from North Conway, this rental provided us with the ideal escape from our everyday lives. The house itself was nothing short of a dream. Impeccably designed and furnished, it felt like walking into a luxurious retreat. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and tasteful decor made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, allowing us to prepare delicious meals within a wilderness backdrop. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the house was remarkable. It was evident that the host went above and beyond to maintain a spotless and hygienic environment. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Lastly, I cannot fail to mention the incredible value for money that this rental offered. The lighthouse was fantastic! Handcrafted by the owner and everything there is updated and new. Very cool build!!! The house is much more spacious inside than the pictures show. Primary bedroom was a delightful sleep. Place was setup with everything needed to cook and to have a nice dinner. There’s a toaster, microwave & a Kuerig so bring your favorite k-cups. Communication with Bob was easy and he was extremely responsive. Only 15 mins from my favorite lake in the world where you can rent boats daily. Thank you again, Bob!! A++

My sisters and I went to spend time at the fair the house was perfectly located . We never got stuck in any of the fair traffic. The property was perfect it had everything thing you could need or want to have a great stay. It was very clean Bob was very helpful and friendly. If you are going to Fryeburg this is the perfect place to stay you will not be disappointed.

I went with two friends to the property and it was great! It was a little out of town but I liked that! Super clean, nice house overall! Plenty of towels and board games! Cute outdoor seating out front too! My only complaint was the lack of curtains so the main bedroom was so bright in the am! Luckily, we are morning people so it worked for us.

Loved the remoteness of the place, quite and peaceful, yet close to Fryeburg and just a little further to N. Conway. Just as a guest in the past has suggested, towel racks in the bathrooms would be nice and coasters...I know that this is a newer place so maybe it's coming but the walls need decorating, very bare. Also don't remember there being a fireplace as listed on amenities list?? Can't wait to see what's next on the property besides the boat!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Nice quiet area. We enjoyed the region. Lots of things to do and see. We heard an owl one night and had two deer peering through the kitchen window one morning. We plan on going back again. We are looking forward to seeing the completion of the next rental on the property.

The place was extremely clean. It was a very cute place. The location was great. The place was stocked well with many things and had very comfortable beds and nice furniture. However, the master was in the loft with 8 windows that had no window coverings at all. On top of that the skylight was right over the bed to shine the sun right on you first thing. So if you’re an early riser it’s great but if your not this may be a problem for you. There was also no blinds on any of the windows on the other levels as well. This left us feeling very exposed and a bit uncomfortable. One other thing I would recommend to the owners would be to install towel racks in the bathrooms for hand towels and bath towels, especially since there isn’t a lot of counter space. Finally, some coasters for glasses would help to protect the lovely furniture in the place. I believe the owners are just starting with this project of theirs so I am sure they are still working out some kinks. Hopefully this will be looked upon as a helpful critique. Any issues we mhad are all very easily fixed in order to make this a 5 star rental easily.

The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and set away from people but a very short drive to the cute town of Fryeburg or N.Conway. My partner and her 8 year old had a great time at this property. The house is clean and modern and had just about everything we needed, barring a few kitchen items such as a good chef's knife. We ended up cooking a lot and were able to make do with what was there. The house was immaculate. Just be warned there is no door on the master bedroom - if you have small people traveling with you that like to surprise you. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. The lighthouse was very clean and comfortable. Robert was great at communicating. Check in was easy with no issues. We were concerned that there would be no AC but Robert left one on for us. It was hard to find the iron when we needed it but we eventually found it in a box in the kitchen. The grounds surrounding the lighthouse looked more like a construction site which we didn’t expect but the cleanliness of the lighthouse made up for it. Overall a good place to stay.
