About this house rental

Easily sleeps 13 to 14 people
2nd floor has Master with King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Single bed, plus a bunk room with two bunk beds and a single bed (the bunk beds have a full on the bottom). First floor Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Futon. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom with a tub, first floor has a full bathroom with a shower only. All four bedrooms plus great room have smart TV's. There is also a washer and dryer in the first floor utility room.
Large great room with full size dining table that seats six, side table that seats 4 and a small high top table that seats 2. Living room has two couches and one recliner. Includes whole home high speed WiFi that even works on the dock.
Linens and towels are provided.
Large spacious upper deck that includes outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, bar-b-que pit, picnic table that seats six and a round table that seats four. There is a large lower deck as well that is accessible via stairs or ramps all the way to the dock. Swim Platform has a diving board and a high dive with premium steps. There are two kayaks and a paddle boat on the dock available for use, plus a picnic table and several life jackets and floaties available for as well.
Located 12 miles from the strip and many local restaurants near by.
Adventure Boat Rentals is 5.7 miles away by car and three coves over by water.
Last mile is gravel road and some places are steep. house has 2nd floor entry direct from large parking area. The house is located at the end of the drive so no through traffic!

The host (Jeff) just happened to greet us as we arrived. Let us in a little early as the cleaning was finished. The house was clean and stocked well. The kitchen,dining, lounging open concept area was a great space for family to enjoy meals and evenings together. The dock space was large for family to swim and kids to jump off the high platform. The kids liked the waves coming in from the boat traffic in the cove. There are great structures around the dock that hold many fish and several docks in the area have similar structures for fish. The crappie were large. Just wish the bite was better, but thats fishing.

It was very nice and we actually got to meet the host. There was one problem, but it was handled quickly. The boat dock at this property is a great place to hangout and enjoy the water, paddle boat, or just sit with your friends. Lots of places to visit in the area, but would recommend hiring a water taxi as the roads can be a little tricky.

My friends and I booked this house over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. Huge house, huge dock, and the owners were great! I highly recommend this property for any group or family wanting to visit.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The dock was great and the bedrooms were comfortable overall. We really appreciated all the extra table space down stairs which allowed for eating all together, storage of extra food, and building puzzles. 1. The house had a ton of puzzles which we enjoyed 2. There is no dishwasher. Just something to be aware of 3. The coffee maker could definitely be replaced. We had trouble with making coffee every morning cause coffee grounds would go everywhere 4. The drive way down to the house is STEEP and gravel. It would have been nice to have better warning of this information so we could have planned which car to drive better. One of my friend's car got stuck trying to get back up the hill and it took at least 5-10 mins trying to get back up. When we backed up enough to have a good head start up the hill we were fine, but definitely need a head start to make it up.

The highlight of the stay was using the dock and the diving board. We spent a lot of our time in the water. Saw a lot of fish. Wasn't much boat traffic which made it easy to swim around. Highly recommend this listing.

The house was great and we have a wonderful time! Already planning another trip for June 2024! Only deducted a star for communication because a pest control company showed up without any warning to us.

The swimming and boat dock and lake access were great. The only issue with the rooms was that none of the bedrooms have closets, and one has french doors with no covering. Also could have used a blender. We had a great time though.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. House: Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the 12 who stayed, there were tons of pots, pans and silverware. The view from all the windows facing the lake were amazing Deck: it was very large and a great view of the lake and dock Dock: The two diving boards were perfect for everyone. They had the paddle boat, three kayaks, vests and several kids tubes. The kids loved it Fishing: WOW!!!! Plenty of small and larger fish. We loved this place so much, we have already booked it again for next year

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the water and that was the BEST part. It is very centrally located and easy access to business. The house has many things to do at the house to where you wouldn’t even have to leave. It was an amazing vacation and I would stay here again!

The first thing we decided was that the pictures don't do justice to the reality of this place! We were very pleased with the entire space. Large swim area to the side of the large covered dock, which does not seem to be the norm of other places around the area. Despite the constant high temperature while we were there, the house stayed cool every day! The owner was always responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed everything about our weeklong stay. Kitchen was well furnished, plenty of large bowls and pans (which I find are often missing even in bigger homes) and enough dishes for everyone. There was a good stock of starter supplies. We rented a boat for three of our days and highly recommend Adventure Boats. They were very helpful. Owner was responsive to questions. Bummed the outdoor shower didn’t work. We had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted but were able to eat and play together too. Great family vacation rental.

We have gone to the lake every year for the last 4 years for family vacations and this has been our favorite place so far! The extras have been great for the kids to play with that adds a little more fun then just swimming! We will be returning to this home I am sure!

This place was a fun place for a large group. Lots of entertainment for kids and young adults. Location in and out was not idea given there were incredibly steep roads and gravel but overall fun weekend!

Great Lake house w many lake accessories. Closest grocery store about 30 min away but there is a gas station 10-15. Jeff was responsive and came to blow the leaves off the deck when we arrived. Overall very positive experience.

My family and I just finished our say and we had the best time. Check in was super easy and the house was exactly as described. This was a multi family stay and we had plenty of room for everyone and did not feel crowded. The best part of our stay was the swimming dock. With kids ranging from 4-17 swimming in the lake was the best part for them. Jeff was very good with communicating and was quick to respond to all of my questions. I If you are looking for a fun family lake get away this is your place!
