The Space:
1st FLOOR
Walk into your large open space which includes an open kitchen, living room, ding table and a wonderfully furnished, walk out front porch and convenient half bath powder room. The views from the front deck look directly towards the 9th Street causeway (perfect for taking in all the gorgeous sunsets). The open cook’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. The living room has a large flat screen, designer furniture (electric recliners), and fireplace. There is a full laundry room and lots of closet space. There is also a super convenient closed in private outdoor shower hidden away under the front deck.
2nd FLOOR
Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The large Primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full with a twin pull out trundle bed. All rooms have Smart TVs.
LOWER LEVEL (The Lounge)
Located on the bottom / garage level is a finished 1,000 square foot finished lounge. Relax by yourself with a movie or have a game night with family and friends. You will love this huge added bonus space; check out our collection of board games.

This was overall the best vacation we have had in a really long time! The house was perfect! The attention to detail - all the little extras! It made us feel like we were staying at a friends house. The owner really went the extra mile! The location is great! We were close enough to the beach and boards that we could easily access by walking or driving - yet far enough away that we didn't have to deal with all the crowds of people. Loved the location which was 1/2 block from playground for our grandchildren and Acme for shopping. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Jody was most attentive to our questions and concerns. The VIP beach access for parking and beach chairs and umbrella set up was an amazing perk worth its weight in gold. Nice Welcome Gift of boardwalk treats. House could use a few more items which I shared with Jody and by the way he helped us with a few things I’m sure they will be added. Parking was never an issue plus the 2 car garage was wonderful.

The home is located a bit far from he beach, but having the parking pass made it much more doable. I needed an additional pass because we had two babies and all their stuff. Jody quickly responded yes. We also received a $25 gift card to Jilly's arcade, which my grandsons loved.

This house was beautiful! The amenities - including a parking spot at the boardwalk, the set up of the beach chairs at the beach, a gift card to Jilly’s, refillable cup and fries for Jilly’s, and plenty of off street parking - made this rental easy for having 4 kids from 7 months to 5 years old. I wish there was a better process for checking in, as it was an added task to call for access to the rental after a 3 hour trip with 2 babies in the car. The furniture was also sparse - would have liked end tables and/or a coffee table to place items we were using, as well as an area rug (as the hardwood was uncovered and slippery). The couches were luxurious, however having to plug them in to the wall behind the couches created a tripping hazard. There were also numerous ants on the counter when we entered, and continued to be there throughout our couple days stay despite repeatedly wiping down counters and not keeping food out/taking trash out/etc. We also would have appreciated more available items: hand soap at the sinks, comforters for the beds, more pillows for the beds, hand towels for bathrooms/kitchen, cleaning products to wipe down bathrooms/kitchens, bath towels, etc. This rental was not stocked for a quick weekend trip, but more like a week stay if you’re planning to pack the car for 7 days and throw in these items. To rent a property for a quick weekend in the off-season, there should be more items supplied, as most VRBOs do for these types of rentals. Overall we enjoyed this updated property and being so close to a park and Acme to run down and by things that were not provided.

This house was fantastic! It was so clean and spacious. We had 2 families and my parents staying here and there was enough space for all. Jody was also wonderful to work with from check in to answering any questions we might have had about Ocean City. The beach was a few blocks away but having a parking space included was also a huge plus in our minds. We will definitely be booking this house for next Summer!

Our family, with 6 older kids and 4 adults, found this house to be perfect for us. We spent nearly all of our time at the house on the front porch. It was the perfect spot for us all to gather. And the parking spot near the beach couldn't have been more convenient for transporting all of our beach gear yet an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk from the house. We thought staying several blocks off the beach would be less ideal but actually it was perfect. Lots to do near the house and yet removed enough from the action that it was very peaceful. Jody was super attentive too.

Awesome Property!
My family and I rented this property to stay for a weekend wedding near Ocean City. The home was more beautiful in person that the pictures online. It was open, clean, big enough for our large group and had plenty of parking. We so enjoyed the town, was fabulous for our 3 and 5 year olds also. Jody was so very accomodating and welcoming. Great property and location is hard to beat too. Beds were comfy. It was odd that sheets were not provided, but that was mentioned prior. I did find that the kitchen was pretty bare bones too, as well as the bathrooms which were missing soap and extra toilet paper.

Nice house. Cannot access downstairs area from inside which is inconvenient. 21/2 baths and 4 bedroom to accommodate the 12 occupation capacity is a challenge. Bring air mattresses unless you have a very friendly family.
Cleaning was just ok. We arrived at check in and the cleaning crew was just finishing. While moving in we found plastic bottles under beds, candy wrappers on one of the bedroom floors and overflowing garbage in the basement. Calls into question how thoroughly the house was actually cleaned.

The house and location are great. The outside porch is great for lounging and the house is 15 min walk to beach / boardwalk if needed. There is an ACME across the street for any needs. Also, it was so nice to have parking spot near the 12th Street boardwalk / beach so that we did not need to carry everything.

Nice OC Rental
Jody, the owner, was great to deal with. He was available and accommodating. The house was very clean and it looked like it had been freshly painted on the interior. The mattresses were comfortable. The furniture is great quality. Jody is working on getting the kitchen fully stocked. At the time of our stay, it was missing a few things that would stop me from saying that the kitchen was well-appointed. My family loved the location because it was close to Asbury Ave for shopping and dining, and not too far from the boardwalk. I prefer a quieter section of OC with less vehicular traffic. The side of the house is on 8th, which is not an overly busy street, but not entirely quiet either. Acme is located diagonally across the street from the back of the house, so you get the convenience without the eyesore. The front porch is nice, and has comfortable chairs. An ottoman would be a nice addition. We could not really see the sunset over the bridge from the front porch, I think mainly because the trees were blocking it, so in winter, I suspect the view of the sunsets would be beautiful. The view of the bridge and bay from the upstairs windows is beautiful and it would be a great addition to this house to add an upstairs balcony. The home's description is accurate when it says that you cannot hear the traffic on the bridge. We stayed in the house with another family and it would have been nice to spread out on 2 separate porches/balconies. The Tiki Lounge...okay, so the owner is doing a lot to try to improve this space, but it is damp and does not currently have a pool, foosball, or pingpong table. There are games such as large connect four games and ring toss games. The parking space at the beach is AWESOME!!!!! So convenient. The house also comes with complimentary set up of 4 chairs and an umbrella, which is spectacular, but as with all chair/umbrella companies, they do pick up the items at 5pm, so if you go to the beach late, this feature is less helpful to renters. Overall, this is a very nice house with an accommodating owner.
