This is NOT a PARTY house. We DO NOT rent for Senior Week or After Prom Party's.
This is a non-smoking rental.
We do not allow pets.
Guests must bring their own linens and towels.
We only rent to families, and those that are 25 years of age, or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12.
This fantastic, newly renovated family-friendly beach house sleeps 10-12 people and is just three blocks from the beach in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoys 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. Fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge along with access to kayak and paddle boarding. You have quick and a simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach which has a public rest room, umbrella and chair rentals and is handicap accessible which makes the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family friendly beach resort which offers a one of the area’s best boardwalk and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.)
Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sized pull out sofa, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The beds include:
1 King
2 Queens
3 Singles (including bunk beds)
and a pull out Queen couch
The home includes a large front porch with seating for 8 and an outside picnic table and back porch with seating for 4. We provide five HD cable equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and car port are included which allows up to 4 off street parking spaces.
The house was recently completely renovated with hard wood floors, new carpet, new paint and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances.

Keyless entry code is provided the week before rental as codes are changed between every rental.
Check in Saturday after 3pm. Check out Saturday by 10am.

It is a lovely home with nice seashore decor. Lots of parking, seating, eating and relaxing spaces. Two nice porches shared porch off the two Master Bdrms. Small housekeeping issues. Extremely well priced and a really nice quiet street. Did not find a pull out sofa as listed. I assume it was replaced.

We enjoyed our time at this location. It was perfect for the 3 children under 2 years of age. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our family. Communication with the owners was easy and their response was extremely fast and helpful. We had a delightful time.

We’ve stayed at this property for four year now and we just love everything about it. The location, front porch and back lot is so perfect for our family. We love having all our meals “home” as well. The kitchen is stocked and has plenty of storage. Thank you for another year of great memories!

This is our fourth year at this beach home and we love it more every year. It's a short 10 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we need for a fantastic vacation at the shore. The hosts are wonderful and they are the reason we stay here. Peaceful and quiet street. We love the covered patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Great places for food nearby. Highly recommend for a wonderful Jersy shore vacation!

Overall - it was a very clean, pleasant experience. One confusion, we thought there were 3 bathrooms since the listing stated 3. One of the bathrooms was an outside shower which is only a shower. Several of us had the same confusion. It would be clearer if the listing started 2 bathrooms and an outside shower.
Other than that, the place was great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the owners were very attentive.

Great location, plenty of space for a family of 8, but remember to bring your own towels & sheets as they’re not provided. Good laundry setup and modern amenities. Communication with the property manager was prompt. Would certainly recommend to others!

We stayed at this Ocean City getaway during the weekend of Ophelia and it rained all weekend. However, the half marathon was enjoyable and family time was nice despite the weather. We had great communication with the owner and it was a nice quiet street and time to enjoy a little family bonding.

We love the quietness of Haven Street! Close walk to the beach, we use the bike trails every morning and look forward to our walks to the ice cream parlors and Dots pastries! Great place 💙

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and layout of the house was perfect. Loved the beachy nautical decor. We and our family members found the mattresses in the rooms comfortable. It was great to have both front and back decks.

Our third stay at this place. I can’t say enough praise about this home. Never disappoints. Love the covered patio deck with picnic table. Quiet neighborhood in the south end of ocean city. 10 minute walk to beach, which is a wide, white sand beach. 3-4 car off street parking. Tennis courts are a 20 minute walk. The hosts are helpful and quickly responsive if contacted.

Our family greatly enjoyed our beach stay at Sue's place in OCNJ. Sue has great communication and clearly values her guests, with a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and plateware needs for families or groups that love to cook and enjoy the space. This condo comfortably accommodates twelve people, is quite spacious, and was very clean when we arrived. We personally loved the quieter neighborhood, and the boardwalk is still a super quick drive or bike ride away; very nice location. Despite a rainy week, we still had a great vacation, and I think this property meeting our needs so well helped make the stay as enjoyable as it did. Would highly recommend.

Finding this property that sleeps 12 was exactly what we needed. The street was surprisingly quiet due to the bike path "cross-street" being blocked off. Front and back porch areas were great for quiet time and/ or picnic table seating for meals.

My family (7 adults, 4 kids) had a great time in OCNJ! The house is a short walk to the beach, away from the craziness of the boardwalk. Wr had plenty of room to hang out inside or on both of the decks. Hopefully this is the start of a yesry family tradition at the beach!

Beautiful House Wonderful Owners
We really enjoyed our time here! The house was exactly as listed and had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach, playground, ice cream and grocery store! The owners were super responsive! Also my four-year-old son left his security blanket on the bunkbed and we didn’t realize until we were back in Pennsylvania. The owners found it and shipped it back to us at no cost! It was the kindest thing!

Beautiful home near the beach in south end of Ocean City. Spacious, open and airy floor plan. Morning sun for coffee on the front deck. Quiet street. Mourning doves cooing. Back deck great for yoga in the morning shade. 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Owner is responsive and easy to communicate with and wonderful to rent from. This was our second stay. Will definitely return again.
