Becky’s place is spacious with everything you need plus more. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Becky provides clear and easy instructions and valuable information for around the house and also Seattle. Easy check in with door code lock, providing easy access for all of us at different times. Home is very clean with many household items provided. Huge washing machine & 2 dryers too.
Loved our stay in Seattle.

Lots of room for our family of four. Enjoyed being in Seattle coding our daughter. Great location to campus and other sites in Seattle.

This updated craftsman in the quaint Queen Anne neighborhood was the ideal home base for our group's Seattle visit. Street and driveway parking were a bonus, but we enjoyed walking a few blocks to coffee, shops and restaurants. We were a short drive or Uber to many of Seattle's top tourist sites, though away from the bustle and grunge of the city. (Note: early November was a great time to visit -- no lines for anything and hardly any rain.) Becky (host) was very accommodating and the house was well-equipped for visitors. (Though we did come close to running out of TP! 5 days x 6 women) Lower level beds and lounge would be great for kids, but it would be nice if the plastic mattress covers on the twin beds could be removed for adult stays b/c they "crinkled" throughout the night. Otherwise the mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Hilltop House was perfect for our family of six. The basement worked fantastic for the two kids to have their own space to sleep and hang out (tv and couch). We loved being located close to downtown Seattle, but yet walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and shops. The house had ample space to relax and a well stocked kitchen to cook. Would stay there again and again and again!

Hilltop House was everything described in the listing-the perfect place from which to base our Seattle vacation. We had six adults, so the bedroom/bathroom number was perfect and we were so comfortable. Becky is a great host, being so responsive to questions and to an issue we had with the TV. She provided lots of info about the house and the area. We loved being in Queen Anne where we could see downtown and walk to breakfast, donuts and a pharmacy. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a base in Seattle.

Wasn’t the cleanest place. When the owner says they are trying to save on cleaning costs, they mean it. You could tell things like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while. All of our white socks quickly turned dark on the bottom. Bring your own paper towels. They provided one roll for our five day stay and when asked where more could be found I was told one roll is provided “which is more than enough for the 3-4 days”, even though we were there for five. Weird interaction over a roll of paper towel. Not a bad place, but not great. If you got a large group I would avoid due to lack of amenities or just prepare you’ll be stocking your own kitchen supplies.

We had a great time at this property! Beautifully kept and a lot of attention to detail.

The house is nice, lovely neighborhood, walkable. Close proximity to book store, coffee shops, Trader Joes and lower Queen Anne and downtown. Comfortable beds. It served our needs well. The house cleaner must have been in a rush because they missed a lot of what I would expect would be clean. Especially for the nightly cost and the fact that I'm paying for it to be clean. It was clean "enough".

The property was just as expected. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to some coffee shops and marts. Easy access to downtown Seattle and northern areas. The craftsman style house had some cute character and the owner made it easy to use.

This house is beautiful. Super spacious and I’m downtown Seattle. I will be requesting this house again for my next visit.

This house had everything we wanted- Queen Anne historical charm, plenty of room for our group of 6, easy access to restaurants and the bus stop to downtown and a dedicated parking spot.
The host was awesome and very responsive. She even has notes and a booklet in the house on how-tos and restaurant suggestions in the area. We used the grill one night for burgers, ordered pizza nearby, went for ice cream a few blocks away another night.
Everything is so accessible from this spot- bus lines 2 & 13 have a stop just down some steps and down a block or so on QA north. They’ll take you to within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place markets, the main library, etc. Overall, a great stay and 10/10 would recommend!

This house was perfect for the six of us. We had a great time visiting Seattle, our first time here. The house was convenient to restaurants and an easy Uber ride to things we wanted to see. After a fun day of sightseeing, we had enjoyable evenings sitting in the living room talking, watching a movie or a game, and restfully planning our next day's adventures. Plenty of beds for all of us.

Wonderful walkable neighborhood and well managed home. Lots of directions everywhere and very tidy. Appreciate all the lovely photos and slept very well during my stay . Loved the lower studio and could watch tv late when others were asleep without being rude.

Beautifully furnished and equipped for large family
While it looked great in the photos, this large, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished home eventually exceeded our expectations. I rented this house for our family of 7 adults. We were in Seattle for a wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable with an abundance of closet space, drawers and hangers which we appreciated because we were traveling with party clothing that needs more space.
The very well equipped kitchen and living areas were large and nicely decorated. Great for hanging out. Nice photos of interesting places Nice bathrooms, towels , etc. Off street parking for two cars a great plus.

Great location for everything
Great location for everything, playground close, could walk by fire station (big hit with the 2 year old) and walking distance (~1 mile) to Space Needle-Pikes Market area. Only problem was parking, we picked up new car and ended up with 3 cars. But found street space within a few blocks. Stairs downstairs are quite steep but 2 yo "scootched" down to the 'reading room' successfully. Even UberEATS delivery was easy.

Beautiful Gem in a Wonderful Location
The house was roomy and comfortable for our two families. Large dining room table to seat all 7 of us comfortably for meals and games. The location can't be beat, quiet neighborhood but minutes from museums, space needle and lots of tourist locations. But also within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and cute stores. It is a wonderful home away from home.

One of the best homes
We have stayed in many, many houses during our travels and this was one of the best ones by far. The host was easy to contact prior to our trip and check-in instructions were straight forward. The house came as described in the listing and was well-kept. We did not have any issues during the stay.
The location was also pretty perfect for us as we did not want to travel long distances to certain areas.
It was very clean and spacious. We loved the basement space as well, it was very cozy. Very comfortable beds and linens.
Absolutely 5 stars all around

A Very Merry Holiday Stay
This 1914 Craftsman home was a pleasure for our family during our holiday week. Check-in was a snap; the owner responded promptly to our questions before our visit, and had a tree and lights set up, leaving ornaments for us to add and holiday cookie cutters in the kitchen for our use. The house is close to a main avenue for easy strolling and shopping. Overall, very enjoyable (despite Seattle snow!).

Great getaway
This house was perfect for our needs. We stayed with some friends to see a Kraken game and the location made it so easy to get to the arena. There were labels and signs around the house which I found helpful, plus a binder with neighborhood information. The only downside was how long the door code was (too long to remember it), but I just saved it in my phone. This house fit seven adults very comfortably and even had a Christmas tree up as we were there right before Christmas. Nice touch. Kitchen is stocked with cooking needs so if you want to eat in it would be easy to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how easy we were able to navigate the neighborhood and the house!

THE most immaculate VRBO we’ve ever stayed in.
CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! Gorgeous house, fully equipped. Ultra clean with ample room. Quaint E. Queen Anne location with great restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here while working in Seattle. Great communication from owner when needed.

NFL Weekend
This property was just as good (if not better) as described. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed, and the owner clearly has spent a lot of time trying to anticipate everyone's needs. Was a little worried when we first got there that it was a little too "remote" but many shops, restaurants, and such were just a few blocks away. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again should the need arise.

Great Seattle Bungalow!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this Queen Anne treasure. Becky was fabulous with suggestions in the house guidebook on everything from restaurants to Seattle history and sightseeing. Clear labeling for everything in the house so we never spent time searching for supplies or correct switches. The best thing about this place was the location. So many options within walking distance and very short to central locations downtown. Highly recommend!

Queen Anne Hilltop
The Queen Anne Hill Top House was perfect for our family of 7 in our latest visit to Seattle to see friends and enjoy the city.
The house itself is a beautifully renovated Craftsman style home complete with many original design elements characteristic of the style that make this cool place to stay. Becky has the house very well organized with clear easy to follow instructions for the property as well as recommendations for walks and restaurants in the Queens Anne area. It had everything we needed to relax at the end of the day or to fill time when we just needed to slow down.
Thank You.
