Modern design throughout, wonderful amenities, including lovely duvet for each of us in bed, good food and drink in the hotel bistro, two blocks from Seattle Center and the Space Needle/Chihuly Gardens, amazing front desk staff, accessible room had roll in shower.
Nothing. It was exceptional as is.

Perfect walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Nothing, all was great

It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. And we have stayed in a lot.
The bed sheets are an interesting idea. Although I am open to the idea of having bedsheets for each other on the same bed. I wasn’t really comfortable with how warm it was. And I do recommend new pillows in the future.

Very comfortable beds, room and bathroom were nice and clean. Fridge and micro were a plus.

I liked how close it was to the events we came to town for. I loved my own personal barista in the lobby. She was my favorite part of my mornings there.
I didn’t like how short handed they were for a sold out event at the arena. I made my reservations months in advance and requested an early check in. I was emailed back the early check in wouldn’t be a problem and the package I ordered was set.
I called a week ahead to make sure my reservations were scheduled with early check in. I made my reservations online and the package we picked had truffles and adult beverage set up in the room and included parking.
They were too busy to accommodate our early check in and we didn’t have our truffles or the champagne set up. Then, when I was checking out-they added $80 for parking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I arrived early in the morning and they try their best to check me in prior check in time. I went for a concert so location was perfect.

Wish they had a children’s menu in the Bistro

The location was great for access to The Space Needle tourist area and also nearby restaurants. The hotel was fun for the kids.

Friendly quirky hotel. Very comfy bed.

comfortable, large, and clean room. good location close to seattle center.
website photos are a bit deceiving. not nearly as "grand" as pictured. fitness center very small with barely any room to roll out a mat (there's only one). Asked the front desk if they had a yoga mat i could use in my room (lots of space -- large room), but they didn't have any.
woman working the morning cafe/bar didn't want to be there. I asked if she could bill items directly to the room because i had come from the gym -- "maybe. we'd have to see after i ring them up." The selection of items was lacking, so i didn't have her try.

The staff were nice just didn't have much hospitality

I only had a few drinks there, I didn't try the food. The bartender was friendly and prompt. Maybe train on the upsell.... had I been offered food I most likely would've had some!

Employees were super friendly and the location next to Seattle center was very convenient. The monorail to the train was very easy and cheap transportation to get to the airport.
The hotel doors didn’t hide the hallway noise, which was a bit annoying. Our view of the AC units could have been better.

Oh my gosh, the bed was so comfortable! I've never slept on a more comfortable bed at a hotel. I would come back just for that. Location was great! Easy to get to and from.

Convenient location to CPA to attend Kraken hockey game. Comfy bed, enjoyed hospitality hour, great cable package (more channels than what we have at home), no noise disturbances, enjoyed the "pineapple" touch. Definitely plan to stay again.
Wish parking was cheaper.

I love, love, loved the bedding. I so want the duvet on my bed at home. (It can be purchased on their website). I enjoyed being greeted by Dash, a stuffed dog, on my bed. The room was good sized and would have been better if I could have gotten the one-bed option. Unlimited coffee pods from Reception or Housekeeping for the easy-to-understand Keurig machine. I stayed at The Maxwell to go to a hockey game. Due to my mobility issues, I drove to the game but many people were walking to the arena from the hotel. The hotel had a great afternoon spread - with delicious sugar cookies shaped like pineapples, pineapple-infused water, and coffee - which I hit every day. This was in their lobby which had comfortable, unique chairs scattered about, some near the windows, some by the fireplace, There were fun games in both elevators. The pool looked inviting but I didn't have my suit so didn't get to try. I ate every night at their restaurant. The food was good, mostly pizzas and sandwiches. The crockery had fun sayings.
It's hard to find something not to like about The Maxwell. I'm not a fan of the wallpaper but that's a personal choice. I guess I'd have to settle on the bathroom. The toilet was a little low for me, perhaps I should have gotten a mobility room. Also, the sink counter was deep which made putting on makeup difficult when you wear glasses. A pullout/magnifying mirror would have been super. I had one burnt-crust pizza (which I ate); the toppings were good. The meal was completely comped so no lingering concerns there. No true complaints anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The Maxwell is in a perfect location. easy walk to space needle and rail to Pike’s Market. Super dog friendly!
Loved the amenities in the room (including creamer in fridge and complimentary drink tickets), just would have liked to have paper cups instead of having to wash glass dishes.
