Welcome to our updated and spacious home in the heart of Post Falls, just 5 minutes from I-90. This large house features a fully furnished kitchen, 2 living areas, and a recreation area with ping pong for your entertainment. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard and the convenience of being close to all the attractions Northern ID and Eastern WA has to offer.

Guest Access:
Entire home and backyard. Ample parking available; utilize the garage, large driveway, or park along the street.

Getting Around:
- Less than 5 minutes to I-90 and Post Falls restaurants/entertainment.
- 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene.
- 30 minutes to Silverwood.
- 30 minutes to downtown Spokane,

Other Things to Note:
The fireplaces in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms are prohibited from being used.

We stayed at this place a year and a half ago for my Grandpa’s funeral, and made sure we booked the same place for my Gramma’s funeral this summer. Having the whole house provided a perfect place for decompressing, talking late into the night, and meeting with other family groups in between graveside service and memorial. Very peaceful.

The house on the inside was clean and well taken care of. No complaints. The outside property and the neighborhood was horrible. Take that house and move it to a better neighborhood would work perfectly. The location was fine.

We booked the home for a week stay with my brother’s family during our kids 2 golf tournaments for 5 days. The house and location was perfect for us. Highly recommend the home and would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and spacious. Really liked that the kitchen table was large enough to accommodate our party of eight- so many listings have sleeping accommodations for many more people than can actually sit at the table. As it is important to our group that we are able to sit at the table for meals and gameplay together this was definitely a bonus. The home is minimally decorated meaning we didn’t have to move things around to accommodate our stuff and then try to remember where everything goes. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful time during our stay at this peaceful, relaxing home away from home! Jeff was very attentive and welcoming to us and we had no problems with any part of the checkin/checkout process! This well appointed home gave us the perfect base for celebrating a family member’s successful completion of her doctorate and a chance to catch up with family that live in the area! We also were able to visit our favorite food truck, Las Brasas at Post Falls Pavilion. The comfortable setting and quiet neighborhood with wonderful beds gave us the rest that was needed! We are definitely planning to return! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home! D & S

The house was perfect! It was very clean and roomy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a funeral, and we had plenty of room for some family members to come over for dinner afterward. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. The beds were comfy. The host responded promptly to my messages. Would definitely stay there again!

Our trip was for a wedding. The home was within 5 minutes of the venue. We had a party of 10. Our kids said the home was like the tent in Harry Potter, bigger on the inside the it looked on the outside. The five bedrooms were quite comfortable, enough room for us. Memory Foam mattresses, plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had a good stock of pans and cooking utensils, dishes etc. even spices to cook with. BBQ grill for steaks. I had a couple of questions for the host and Jeff was very prompt in answering.

Great place & comfy beds! A couple of suggestions for the house needs: a Bread Knife, Ping Pong Balls (had to go buy a box from the store), Dish towels and dish rags in the kitchen (had to use the towels meant for the bathrooms)

Our time in Post Falls was absolutely perfect. We stayed here with our kids and the grandparents. There was plenty of space for us all. We have zero complaints! The host was wonderful, the house was clean and very nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, it had everything we needed, and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Our kids loved the ping pong table! It kept them entertained for hours! Our kids said it was one of their favorite places we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Post Falls!

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. It was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was me and 6 young adults ages 14-21. We took a trip to Silverwood Theme Park and this house was conveniently located to that. The only issue that my kids told me was that their shower head in the bathroom shot water out "like a fire hose". But other than that, no complaints! We will definitely stay there again.

We rented this house during a spring break get away to Triple Play. The house is about 15 minutes from Triple Play and allowed us to take a break and then go back for round 2. The house had plenty of rooms to fit all of us. The beds were comfortable and there were 2 bathrooms. If you are planning to cook your meals in the house I would recommend bringing a skillet or larger fry pan. There was also not enough silverware for the 10 of us but nothing that was a deal breaker. We would totally rent there again.

My family stayed at this property from the day after Christmas to New Year’s Day, and it gave us the perfect space to meet with cousins and other relatives, or for alone time to recover from family events. Lots of bedrooms and a great kitchen/dining/living room area let us gather or spread out as desired. The garage made it easy to keep our feet clean despite the snow. The backyard looks like a great place to barbecue in warmer weather, but for this visit we mostly kept indoors and drank hot chocolate. Would stay again!

A nice, clean property with lots of room. A great price for the rooms available. With the bathrooms being on the small side I would recommend tables or dressers in each bedroom for individual toiletries and “get ready” space. A great place for a large family or for multiple families to stay together.

We had so much room to move around, large kitchen w/dining area. A true family atmosphere made the stay way more memorable than the 9 of us being in 3 separate motel rooms. 9 people and only one bathroom made for some waiting.

Grew up in Post Falls so was very happy to be in older post falls neighborhood, central to town and prairie and PF Beach. Will be back! Thank you!

Great areas for family get together. Shared spaces yet able to have privacy too. Loved the big dining area and ping pong table. Beds very comfortable. A little disappointed that there was no bathroom on lower level sleeping areas. Kitchen was well stocked.

This rental had everything we needed for a weekend of volleyball. Very clean and roomy was able to fit comfortably the guests we had and clean linens, great size yard. Thanks for a wonderful rental we look forward to renting again for next year.

It worked but not impressed

The home has a smoke smell when we walked in. It was very string for the the first couple days. We got used to it but it was a nasty. The house has plenty of room but only 2 bathrooms upstairs makes it hard to handle a big group. Not impressed with property manager Jeff. He was short on all questions I had and didn’t seem very interested in making us feel appreciated. If I visit this area again I will find a more clean home to rent.

Overall our stay was positive. The house unfortunately had a cigarette smell, a used cigarette butt and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Perhaps just a miscommunication with the cleaning company?? The house was overall clean and worked great for our group. We wish there was some simple amenities like bedding for the fold out couch, extra paper towels or maybe some kitchen towels, scissors and a lighter to light candles (for a birthday cake). Jeff was quick to respond when we messaged him. I would recommend but know you’ll probably need to bring a few items yourself.

A very good home base for our vacation.

This home had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Our teenagers enjoyed the ping - pong table and big TV s for watching the Olympics in our down time. Post Falls was close to Coeur d'Alene and has its own charms. We liked the location. Hosts were very responsive to our few notes. We would stay there again.

We stayed here to visit Silverwood for a couple days. They were very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, updated, and the kids loved being in the basement. We loved the restaurants in Post Falls and how close they were to the house.
