We had breakfast at the restaurant. And it was bad food was prepared awfully. They need help with their cooks.
The stay was good at the hotel. But there is no fan in the bathroom. 😣 need bathroom fans.

Location and nice river view, clean
The walls are extremely thin you can basically hear everything next room!! Overpriced for what they offer, needs renovation

The girls loved the pool. we were warned when we got there, that it may be over crowded because of the amount of young ladies were at the Hotel that night, but surprisingly, it was not. The colors and the ambience was relaxing, and comfortable.
The room, seemed clean enough, but the Doors to the Balcony were definitely dated. I got locked out side on the balcony, when I stepped outside, which I was grateful I had someone else in the room. I was not overly impressed at how SLOWLY the main doors to the room closed, it can be a safety issue with just women in the room. FYI Breakfast is not Continental, you do have to pay for the Breakfast. But the staff was super helpful, and wonderful!

We love the river views, indoor pool and hot tub as well as the in house restaurant/breakfast.
Family lives only <2mi away and it's just perfect for us!
I can't think of anything other than getting a room so far down the hall from the lobby. There was a basketball tournament or something and it was booked solid, so no big deal.

Lobby has been updated and remodeled. rooms have not. good location to surrounding areas. River view was nice.
noise. we stayed on the main floor (which is considered the 2nd floor) the people above us made huge banging noises like they had a child jumping off the bed repeatedly all night long - long after a child should be asleep. (2-4am) Also the person next to me kept smoking on the little deck and the smoke came into our room. even after complaining to the front desk it continued.

The location and easy access to my room
I had to request for my room to be made up. Most places do it when you leave for the day. I stayed 2 nights. The COVID excuse is over used.

lobby and view of Spokane River

The view
It isn’t being very well maintained, no extra cots my child had to sleep on the floor, front desk wasn’t answering the phone when asked for blankets and pillows staff claimed they didn’t have any extra and they weren’t even fully occupied there was no Wi-Fi available

Location was good in general as far as close to other activities, food was expensive and bad.
I stayed here to be safe after my company Christmas party, and came straight from work, I was in dirty clothes as I work in construction, and I believe my appearance must have been the reason I was placed in a room on the south end of the hotel where it seemed that most rooms were occupied by full time guests. There seemed to be drug activity and undesirable activity happing all night. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay here

Upon arrival I had to sign a form agreeing not to smoke in the room. Once in the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was made but didn’t look clean. There was a personal note left from the person who stayed before us. Only came to the hotel to swim in the pool. Pool room reeked of fish, smelt like an aquarium. Pool itself was very foggy and very cold. Did not get in due to the lack of cleanliness. Checked in at 8:00 PM, checked out at 10:00 PM same night.

Check in was quick. Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.
Had to go to lobby to get coffee in the morning. No coffee maker in room.

We have been staying there for the past 10 years off and on . It has always served its purpose, and checking in is usually a breeze.
The lounge is hit and miss. Sometimes excellent service sometimes they forget your there and are preoccupied even with few patrons. Guess it's who is working either they want good tip or not. The food is the same we have been there when it's great and the last time the food was cold just a burger and and fries but how can you mess that up, I felt bad for the guy who came in ordered the same and was taking one to go back to his room . It was an expensive nothing special burger but at least it could be good.

nothing
smelled like cigarette smoke. hallways dark and long. room was freezing when we walked in.
TV was crooked and wires hanging. it feels no one cares about this place . so much potential at this location.
staff was not friendly when we walked in. one lady did not even acknowledge us as we stood right in front of her as she looked at the computer. other lady was upset at something and was very short with us. no smiles, no warmth, I get better service at the DMV down the road.

At hotel it was $13 walls in room and bathroom were all patchy needed paint to one color. Shower floor was very rough on the feet. Went for dinner not great nothing to really choose from.
