You will feel right at home in our cozy condo. The beds are super comfy and every bedroom has a TV with Roku for streaming all your favorite services, including basic cable. You can also curl up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room and enjoy games, puzzles, and books for all ages. The jetted tub in the primary bathroom is also good for relaxing! If you have to work a bit, we’ve got you covered. The condo is equipped with high-speed internet, desks, and lamps for working. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoying a meal with a view of Utah Olympic Park.
The location of the condo is super convenient for eating out, shopping (including an outlet mall), entertainment, selfcare, as well as access to downtown Park City, Salt Lake City, and nearby ski resorts, lakes, biking and hiking trails, fishing, golfing, and more. Plan to park your car in the attached garage or on the street, and walk around the area or take public transportation to downtown Park City.

Three queen beds (Sealy Posturepedic in the primary bedroom) and a twin plus a tri-fold floor mattress is also available for an 8th guest; all with 100% cotton bedding and variety of pillow options; the sofas are great for cuddling up to watch a movie or taking a nap.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including a gas range inside and a grill on the balcony, George Forman grill, coffee maker, Keurig, electric tea pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, and fondu pot; fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and basic cooking supplies.
TVs in the living room and all bedrooms include Roku basic cable and are set up for you to log in to all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and more).
Eco friendly toiletries in the two bathrooms and eco-friendly laundry supplies for washing and drying your clothing.
Family friendly with a wide variety of games, puzzles and books; Pack n’ Play, highchair, and non-breakable dishes.

We loved this condo in Kimball Junction! It was perfect and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook and even had cute little kids plates and silverware! It was close to a grocery store, restaurants and the bike path, so we were able to walk everywhere. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean, roomy, very well appointed (towels, soaps, tv’s kitchen appliances, etc.) The location was perfect, close to the ski areas, all of Park City, Olympic Village and walkable to the shops and restaurants of Kimball Junction. Ken and Melanie were great hosts, all communications were promptly relied to. A great rental, excellent value.

Exceeded Expectations- Wonderful Property and Manager!
Our family of 4 ages 10-40+ stayed in this wonderful property during spring break in March of 2022. Communications with the property manager were exceptional in advance of and at the conclusion of our rental. Rooms were well appointed, large and comfortable. Beds/pillows were great and so many of the basics were available in the space to make our stay as comfortable and economical as possible. Shockingly, our Denali XL fit into the garage like a glove which made our ski excursions even easier to prep for each day.
There is a very large washer/dryer and tons of towels and blankets.
Location, location, location! Cannot believe how incredibly close everything is in Kimball Junction. You are a stones throw from Whole Foods, Smiths, Walmart, fantastic local and chain restaurants and stores. 15 minutes away to downtown Park City and Deer Valley.
Would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend.

This 3 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It was well furnished, absolutely spotless, warm, welcoming and so comfortable!
The special bonuses such as the Tempur-pedic mattress in the master suite, bikes available for use, cozy fireplace and of course, the stunning mountain views, made this one of my all-time favorite properties. Will definitely book again & can highly recommend! Thank you to these awesome hosts!

This property was beautiful. We felt very welcome. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and in excellent condition. The host did everything to make our stay feel as if we were in a top notch hotel including placing fresh flowers on the dining room table. The views were breath taking. This is definitely a place I would recommend.

Perfect Location to ski PC/Deer Valley and Alta/Snowbird
This is a great, quiet spot with terrific views of the Olympic Park in the distance. It is well situated so that you can get down I-80 to ski in the Cottonwoods or you can choose to talk the bus or the short drive to ski PC . Several restaurants are within walking distance. The home is well laid out and very comfortable. The beds in particular were really nice.

Perfect 3bd/2ba for families up to 6! Very dog friendly property and community
Byron's property had everything we were looking for and more. Amazing 3 bed/2 bath, perfect for my wife and I, our 2 dogs, and a married couple that joined us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Kimball Junction. A short 7 minute drive to canyons village or 15 minute drive to downtown park city. Neighborhood was perfect for dog walks! Oversized garage had plenty of space for our SUV and ski gear for 4 adults. Very comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs laundry for all the ski gear. Tons of storage throughout. I cant thank Bryon enough and we look forward to returning next winter.

Awesome bungalow in PC!
The condo was immaculate. Caretaker was responsive and communicative. This place is in a great location: 10 min from PC, walking distance from great dining, and super close to the outlets and Whole Foods.
