Un alojamiento ideal

El recibimiento acogedor en recepción explicandonos todo muy smablemente. El estudio está genial, súper amplio cómodo, con vistas increíbles y la terraza, súper amplia, con la parrilla eléctrica nos fue genial para cenar tranquilamente con pescado fresco que compramos en la zona. Muy cerca de las playas más bonitas (en mi opinión.

Es necesario el coche para todo, la playa está a 800m pero en una pendiente que se hace imposible hacer con la calor. La playa de sta Giulia muy masificada (en agosto) y con la calor y la pendiente se hace difícil hacerlo andando. A pesar de esto ha merecido la pena nuestra estancia.

Un peu déçus

La surface de l’appartement très grande, la clim, la vue

Les trop nombreux escaliers de la résidence enlevant toute envie de bouger une fois rentrés dans l’appartement. Parking trop éloigné. Plage peu accessible compte tenu du pourcentage de pente pour remonter. Pas de lave linge c’est dommage.

The area is great. the residence should be 3 star not 4 and correct location should be given so people know what they ar

Central location for Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches in the area

The location given by Booking.com is false. it is presented as at the Marina (by the beach) when in fact it is a 30 minute climb of 60 metres to the real location at the Hotel Alivi. The apartment had the minimum equipment to prepare a meal.

Superb

Although we arrived late at night due to a delayed ferry, we were able to leave the car in the parking and reach the apartment with no problem. When booking the apartment, a slightly different location was shown, but just before our arrival we got a detailed map which was very helpful. The staff was very nice and it was possible to speak English without any problems. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beautiful view from the kitchen. The beach is about 10-15 minutes down the hill. Back - up the hill :) The beach is really fantastic, but I also recommend Palombaggia. Not many well-stocked shops so be sure to stock up.

Superb

Fantastic view, all you needed in the apartment, even dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Really lovely place. We spent the evenings at the balcony not wanting to go to bed inside, just looking out over the bay and the ocean with the clear sky

basic apartment on main road near St Giulia beach

—the apartment was cosy —beach proximity —responsive staff

—we had big trouble finding it, no communication or GPS data directing us to „Hotel Alivi“ —wifi non existent, we had to use our mobile roaming —on the main road (loud) —very basic/old apartment (yet cosy) —in all, feels like poor value for money (in off season this apartment should be 1/3 of the price)

location view from the balcony of our apartment good beds furniture and equipment good weather barbecue

the location is great (near the supermarket, porto vecchio and especially the beach) Santa Giulia is 10 min by foot when going down, but when going up it takes a little bit more 😅

The property is just excellent and I highly recommend it to any demanding traveler.

The stay was above expectations. Spacious and well equipped apartment with an amazing view on the bay. The management is run by a 4 star boutique style hotel next to it. Very welcoming and professional hospitality. As the apartments are a part of a hotel territory, we checked in at the reception accompanied by complimentary drinks. Great quality of food and drinks that are offered by hotel if desired. Swimming pool and surrounding territory is stylish and spacious enough. Opportunity to charge the car. Well thought navigation around the area done by hotel staff. It’s not just good value for money, it’s an excellent service and I would certainly come here again to stay
