Pineapple Paradise was just as is marketed as , quant old home , with all the need amenities. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were very roomy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of room to spread out.
Would have been nice to have a vacuum just to clean up with. I spent a lot of time in the house babysitting my granddaughter while her parents skied.
Overall it was a wonderful week.

House was great! Big enough for 8 of us, kitchen had all the things we needed. View of the mountain was amazing too!

Spacious home great place to spend a weekend. Kitchen had everything. Nice big dining table. There was a lot of dog hair and dander so bring your allergy pills if you're allergic. Great for a weekend ski trip for two families with teens.

We liked the layout of the property and loved the view of the mountain ridge. All the appliances worked fine. My daughter’s did complain about a slight odor in the water but mostly from the hot shower/tub. The four bedrooms with queen beds were nice and there were plenty of towels. There was some road noise as reported by others, but nothing that kept anyone awake. The couches in the sitting and living rooms provided great space for the adults and the grandchildren We would consider staying here again.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. The house is an older, not very updated home within minutes of downtown Stowe and 15 minutes to skiing. But if you are looking for a large place for a group that is clean, this is it. The view out the back windows was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy with lots of pillows available. Grocery store is blocks away. We had 6 adults and were all very comfortable! We all agreed that we would be happy returning.

Clean, comfortable home with plenty of space, and very close to the mountain. Perfect for our first ski trip of the season

Family loved stay at this house. It was very conveniently location to Stowe Main Street and grocery. Small issue was fixed immediately, very responsive team. Thanks for making our fall break nice.

Beds were very comfortable, the house was very spacious.

The beds are comfortable and the location to the center of town is convenient. It was as clean as it could be. Both toilets were having issues and the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs was leaking along the seam from the shower above. Maintenance did come out fairly quickly and seemed to fix it. The water is harsh and smells very sulphuric. A few outlets did not work, but that was simply an inconvenience, not a necessity. As it’s an old house, there isn’t a lot of bright lighting. It is on a busy street and is very loud with the traffic. As my title explains, the house was just ok.

The property is in need of updating and some deep cleaning. My friend ended up scrubbing the toilet downstairs with Comet b/c we couldn't stand to look at it. It came clean! The location, while very convenient to Stowe's villages, is right on a busy road and the road noise is loud and the heavy stream of traffic makes walking a dangerous enterprise (counterproductive for a property that's dog friendly). The house was roomy, but most of the furniture is beyond worn and needs to be replaced. There is visible leakage in several rooms from the ceiling, windows without screens and full of dirt and cobwebs. Moldy exterior in the back desperately needs a good pressure wash. One of the two lounge chairs on the back sunroom is broken, with the seat visibly tied back together. Only one very small pot holder in the entire kitchen and the bath towels weren't big enough for a very small, 5' woman to dry off after a shower. It really needs a lot of work and TLC. Disappointed in general.

Excellent beautiful home. My husband needed a place because he had been renting a room for several months and it was becoming a difficult situation with the condition of that home. He had secured another short term rental but because of the flood they were not available. When he walked into this home he felt like he was in a palace! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything he could need! He also had our dog with him and was grateful this place allowed dogs.
He could only stay a few days because it was booked. I am joining him finally in a month while we try and buy a house. We have to find a shirt term place for us. Wish it was something we could stay in, because it was amazing!!

Good home for our purposes this summer. Four bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms were convenient. Unfortunately, had leaky kitchen faucet, propane smell from gas stove, downstairs bathroom toilet needs to be upgraded, sulphur water smell. Screened in porch is a bonus as is the two living areas. Close to a busy road so taking a left out of driveway can take some time during rush hours. Conveniently close to grocery store and downtown Stowe.

The property is as pictured. As others have said, some road noise as it’s right on Rte 100. However, as others have also mentioned the property lacks some basic amenities like tissues, paper towels, salt & pepper, functional coffee machine, working window coverings - ALL things that have been present in every single other rental property I’ve been to, or the host was helpful in providing an alternative (or literally just helping me look by suggesting where the item might be). Vacasa does not provide any support in this regard, so just be prepared to sink more money into supplying your own basics or go without (NOT an option for me re: coffee 🤣)

My group and I had a flawless experience at Pineapple Paradise. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was very clean, and it had a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. My only wish is that there were more clear instructions on what to do with dirty linens and trash following our visit.

There were several issues , however the main issue is contaminated water - all water in this house stinks of contamination. The owner needs to test the water and fix this issue before renting it to anyone else. It turned out otherwise great vacation to a ghoulish nightmare every time we had to use the bathroom or use the water . I thought that I should give a benefit of double , that maybe for some reason there is excessive sulphuric in the water, however there are no reports of thag in this region. Smelly water should lead to immediate mitigation of the contamination.
Other issue- the bathroom doors do not lock. And the doors don’t close properly either , so multiple people sharing this house will have to figure out a strategy , for all the money they are charging per day to rent this hovel the owner could just spent a few dollars and install a latch for at least the bathroom doors .

We had many questions during our stay, missing essentials in the house, but no answers. Vacasa did not get back us during our stay. They did respond conveniently after our stay was over. I would not choose Vacasa again

There were a few hiccups that while they didn’t ruin our vacation and we did bring to the attention of management and they did come and fix , the house was spotless , our stay was enjoyable

We had a great stay at Pineapple Paradise. The house is as pictured. Lots of space, nice screened in porch and great backyard. The bedrooms all had a nice clothing unit with hangers and clean towels. The house served our needs of a family of four plus dog very well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well stocked. We did hear some traffic noise but it was not bothersome at all. We enjoyed the view on the back porch while having coffee in the mornings. The location was very convenient to Stowe. We hope to return again.

Very clean house that has everything you need from towels, bedding, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (filters), toaster and then some. Great yard. Close to town. Just bring drinking water.

The home was extremely clean, however we felt maintenance of the property was lacking attention. The steps at front door were loose. Cabinet in upstairs bathroom was not solidly attached to wall. Towel rack in downstairs bathroom was missing. Chairs in dining room were very loose and felt like they were going to collapse. All that said we dealt with the issues and enjoyed our vacation.

We had requested an earlier checkin and were never informed if that could happen. The house was fairly clean on the inside with a well equipped kitchen. There was a strong propane odor coming from the oven so we did not use it. The area rugs need to be thoroughly cleaned as well as the windows inside and out. The back porch is covered with mildew and is a health hazard. There were plenty of bath towels and the beds were comfortable. A first aid kit on the premises would be helpful.

Overflow sleeping for the holiday
Now that the kids in our family are grown we needed a bit of extra space for folks to sleep during the Christmas holiday and this place met that need. It was clean and well-appointed with all of the items you'd expect. The fact that it came with linens was very nice (though note you still may want to bring your own bath towels). It is a short drive to Stowe and easy access off the main street with ample parking. The plumbing struggled significantly with a full house, to the point where most of us ended up just showering at the home of the family we were in town to visit. In the end, 8 adults was probably too many for the home to handle completely comfortably, but we were grateful to have a warm, local place to stay for the holiday season!

Great Place for a Ski Trip
Rented the property during the winter with some friends for a weekend at the mountain. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Stowe (traffic dependent) and had everything we needed. Check in/out was super simple and the property manager was very helpful with any questions. Plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep and hang out between time on the slopes.

Quaint farmhouse great location.
Location was great being just 1 min from stowe and a grocery. Beautiful view from the dining area. Comfortable gathering spaces. Bed comfort was just ok two beds had plastic covers on the mattresses. House was well stocked and clean. Strong Lysol odor though which required us to air the house out.

Home Away From Home
We loved the location and comfortable living arrangements throughout our 5 day stay. Kitchen was amazing fully stocked with any pot and pan you could need with Shaw's right down the street to do grocery shopping. Loved the privacy and the great book collection as well! Beds were super comfy and plenty of bedding and pillows.

A perfect place to stay
A lovely home with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are super comfortable with extra blankets, towels…The house is so close to the town center, restaurants, & grocery stores. We will be back!

House at a convenient location
Great location, however a bit busy at times on rt.100. House was very clean and well equipped. The wifi was inconsistent. Overall we had a very good stay!

Wonderful Home!
The house was great for our needs as we visited Stowe. It was spacious, clean and thank goodness for AC during the heat! I would definitely recommend this location to others. My only complaint/suggestion is there wasn’t visible information as to what to do with trash as it accumulated (or pickup dates to take out). And there are a lot of ant hills in the back yard, but that wasn’t a bother to us. Our dog was with us for the majority of our adventures. Otherwise, this was a great experience!

A Mixed Bag
1. Location was good because it was close to the center of Stowe where the restaurants and shops were. However, the house is located on a very busy main highway which meant continuous traffic and sounds.
2. The house was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. An issue is the stairs to the second floor. I'm not sure what the finish is on the stairs (they appeared to be glossy?) but they were very slippery.
3. Internet was important to us as we needed to handle several work related issues. I don't know how many times we were kicked off the internet and how many times we had to reset the router. There were times when there was no internet available at all which also meant that the TV didn't work.

Great house near Stowe!
We had a fun time at this traditional Vermont house! It was 2 min from Stowe's downtown and 15 min from Stowe Mountain! It was comfortable and well appointed! My only negative is that it's on a main road so just keep your kids and dogs close! If you're looking for a nice house for a ski/hike/bike getaway in Stowe, this is the place!!
