All ok.

The room and bathroom was spacious, the bed comfortable. Situated 20mins walking from train station and around 15mins walking from the seaside. Around many good places to eat and drink. The owner helpful. The prize for 3nights 150 euro. The lower budget stay, just enough if you need a short stay.

Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the shower covers (glad we had own slippers). The whole rooms although heated by air conditioning was humid so clothes and towels felt humid as well. We had a big room with bathroom inside. The apartment consists of few rooms, all have windows from same side, so there in no air circulation. We were during February, when was no rain, but the humidity inside the room was high. Kitchen equipment old and not enough but we did not stay there to cook so it is not a big deal.

Séjour sympa, bonne nuit et autant à pied qu’en bus tout est accessible. Bon endroit pour visiter la ville.

Même si tout n’est parfait, l’autre est hyper réactif et très attentif et se met en quatre pour vous à proximité des endroits à visiter c’est sympa

La chambre manque un peu de modernité, mais tout est en rapport avec le prix rien à dire

The location and the kitchen was well equipped

There was no towel for your wet feet coming out of the shower, the room was a bit dark

Very good

The owner was very friendly and helpful, hi let us to leave ours suitcases before check in time. The location is perfect, a lots of cafes and shops nearby, short distance to the bus stop to the airport.

Soundproof is very bad, I didn't sleep well because I heard that somebody was snoring all night. The pillows are very hard. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Very good

Nice place - not far from the center and beach. The owner is very kind and helpful and does his best to make customers feel good. Nice kitchen with all necessary facilities so it's possible to have meals at "home":)

Internet connection was not very good, I had to cancel my work coz I could give the classes online;(

Great price for a comfortable extremely accommodating stay

I had to check in last minute due to a mess up in my initial plan and ended up extending the rest of my stay here! Not only is the host extremely accommodating but the room is clean, the bed and blankets are extremely comfortable, there’s a TV and AC! The bathroom was shared but there were no issues, it felt private! I felt at home here and happy to rest after the stress of my primary plans! thank you x

Good value, excellent host.

The location is superb, the guy is really kind, helpful, he helped me with everything I need, really good value for the price, you got bus stop just 1 min, tram 5 min walk. 100% recommended.

Good

Clean room, it was close to the city centre and the owner is a nice guy! The bed was also really confortable.

As we’ve stayed there in late November it was cold and the AC didn’t work properly on the heating option. The toilet is placed between two walls and as a tall person I needed to sit sideways on it… The soundproofing was weak and you could hear everything from the street as if a window was always open. It is not an “entire place” as marked on the booking app, it is a private room with a private bathroom in an apartment.

Very good

Great kindness of the host and super comfortable position, 15 mins walking from station, 10 from the see, 8 from the center. The room is cozy as well and clean.

The shared bathroom is a bit small and the shower wasn't the cleanest, but can't say was dirty and I had luck I was sharing it just for one day on two of my staying. Rooms are not super well isolated from noise but that's normal in a flat.

Time for relax in Alicante

The location is in a good position, very close to the most important streets and 20 minutes walk from the beach. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and Rachid was very kind and helpful, he let us leave the baggage in the apartment after check out, so we can take it back before leaving.

The rooms are very close one to each other and you can hear a bit of other guest's noises.

Room with good location, air conditioning and really comfortable bed!

Double bedroom 55€/night: good location close to the tram station, the owner was a kind person, room was clean and had air conditioning, TV and really comfortable bed. Fridge on shared kitchen area.

Shower and bathroom were shared. The room was quite dark, only tiny window for tiny inner yard full of walls and windows. I felt the price (55€) was little too much for the room, I would have prefered price to be around 40€.

Excellent accommodation in Alicante.

Great location in alicante, close to beach and important bus stops like C6 to/from airport, the room was excellent, spacious and clean and ideal for our needs! TV with Netflix and own bathroom and a fridge with tea + coffee! Our host on site was Rachid and was available to assist us and provides an excellent additional level of service to guests! He is a really pleasant person to deal with and made our holiday so much better.

All was as expected so very happy with all amenities provided.

Disappointing

Great location and friendly host, okay for a very short stay if you are looking for something rather cheap.

The rooms were quite small and basic, bathroom was also just okay, but rather underwhelming. The doors on the rooms were pretty loud if somebody left the room during the night which was also the case during our stay. We got woken up every time our neighbour left the room. Not a particularly relaxing stay.

nice place to stay in the heart of alicante

nice young host. Internet was OK. In general our stay was really nice

the whole flat needs renovation as the interiors come bach to the 90ties.. There are 5 rooms in the appartment and some people came back from work/party at 3:30-4:00 and were a bit too noisy..

The kindest host and big value for money

My room was spacy, with a big and comfortable bed. The location is great - only 3 min walk to the city center. Rashid is probably the nicest host you can have. You ask him and he will help you. Big value for money!

busy street, close walk to start of esplanade street. The Host was very helpful. He also organised a very early taxi pick up for the airport.

only be aware that the address number on the building is in between two buildings, but the other business is not apartments.

I really enjoyed, the place is close to tram, buses, the mattress really comfortable and Rashid was so kind to us, Rashid was gentle and he made our stayed cozy. 100% recommended.
