Clean beach and very nice swimming pools never had a problem to find sun-beds. Food was delicious and with enough variety to keep us happy for a week.
Not much, check-in process was not the best and rooms feel a bit outdated but they are big and very clean. Besides that we really enjoy the hotel.

The service level was very high. We found everything which was needed for us and more. We had a lot of options for more kind of restaurant and the 'main' restaurant was fantastic. The 'a la card' restaurant was exclusive and our children were very happy for the parties near koktail bar at nights. I think it was 10.
Nothing

very good all inclusive, both food and drinks where great. A bit old hotell and on the down side - the lifeguard in the big pool that was angry and telling both children and adults (in a not so good tone) that you where not aloud to dive or jump down in the pool.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Close to the beach.
„Kri-kri“ kid club was exceptional, with a lot of activities for children, everything for children to make them happy.
Weak WiFi in our room.

Hotel was great lots of facilities for all of us as a family
Room was not good. Noisy, smelled of urine and had a wasp nest in the tree in our outside space

The hotel is matured one with a beautiful garden in one part of the territory.
Beach is long, partially stone and sand.
A lot of offers for food and entertainment possibilities at the premisses.
Staff is going above and beyond to make the guest stay perfect. We really appreciate that! Love you guys!
The hotel was full and we got an upgrade from sea view room which was unavailable any more to a bungalow which I loved. Air conditioners worked well and quiet. Beds were comfy.
There are shops, restaurant, car rentals etc. right outside on the street. And we loved to go to the Rethymna old town which is just 6km away.
The bathrooms in some rooms were a bit dated and some rooms in the main building needs to be refurbished to keep up with the five-star level the hotel is saying to have. But all clean still.
Also, the carpets in the corridors of the main building are old and not complimenting the overall quality at all.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean. Great food. And beautiful beach. My children loved the swimming pool too
I think there could of been more entertainment for the whole family

Amazing gardening, food and amenities. The kids club is awesome and made our vacation perfect because the kids spend most of their time there. We really liked the all inclusive program it, was a good value for money.
The furniture in the room are outdated. Our double bed even smelled bad and it was a bit disappointing. Having said that we will come back because the hotel is awesome and service was really good.

rooms were big and beds were really comfortable. the breakfast buffet was big with a lot of choices.
I could hear pretty much everything from the next rooms, even even when they flushed, which was rather uncomfortable.
we stayed there in April where prices were a bit lower. what they ask for in July and Auguat is ridiculous for what they offer

Amazing customer service & friendly staff!
The private pool beach bungalow was perfectly situated on the beach and had incredible views. The buffet for all meals had amazing selection and quality of food. The All inclusive option is a great option to have as it entitles you to a lot for free. The option to bring my baby to the Kri Kri club to play was really beneficial.
our room was 3 single beds so it would’ve been nice to have a double for me and my husband. I wish they had more for families with young babies to do.
Beware of the hotel photographers, they approach you with sales tactics that are not a true reflection of what they want you to do!

Clean, beautifull, easy for kids, friendly and helpful staff
Our pcr test taken before departure on site, was not sent to the lab, we discovered just before leaving to the airport, first the agency told to call back in an hour, then they hung up, then I went there and found out they had not sent it. Stress you don't need. Luckily it could be fixed with a quick antigen test. This agency is close to the hotel, but not the level of reliability you expect.
Another thing is that at the restaurant a glass of simple local white wine is 8 or 11 for a sauvignon blanc and 50 for the cheapest bottle. But you can easily walk to restaurants with more normal pricing.

Next to the beach
The swimming pool was so dirty, we caught infection from the pool that it was not clean and it was not smelling chlorine as ment to be. It took us 2 weeks to recover from the infection and had to put all day medicated creams which we got from the dermatologist from the island.
Staff were scraping the dirt of the pool wall from inside the water durring pool hours when guests where in the water.
Poor management of sunbeds.
Nutella durring breakfast was tasting like it has been in contact with chemical. Regular food checks should be carried out all the time.

Amazing facilities with two pools and always able to get access to the beach and beach beds! Very friendly staff
Our initial room was garden view but overlooked a wall without any sunlight. However the staff kindly allows us to switch rooms which was great

The location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast offers a good variety of foods.
Bungalo with the sea view is excellent.
The beach is not exactly sandy but rather sand with pebble patches. Also beware where you enter the water as some areas under water are extremely stoney.

The main pool was lovely , and Nancy was a hard working pleasant employee. The beach was lovely and the whole place was very clean . The a la carte restaurant was very good
Our room was very basic definitely not 5 star . The food was Luke warm . Breakfast the eggs were hot but nothing else at lunch the soup was great and hot but at dinner they insisted on serving you the soup which was just wasting the hard working staffs time . They often forgot to bring it which meant no hot food for the dinner . It is overpriced for what it is . Don’t go all inclusive , eat out and it would be worth staying there if you got a cheap deal . Great plot just needs money spending on it .

Location, beach, multiple options for food and drinks. Like the beachfront location and good maintenance of the public areas, pool and bars.
1) Way too much plastic being wasted on the beach - can you come up with a sustainable solution to refilling bottles/cups and not generating so much waste on the beach?
2) Stomach bug epidemic currently in the hotel - must improve hygiene of contact points in hotel and space out dining tables more outside - too close together.
3) Taverna restaurant is wasting too much food and quality of some dishes is mediocre. Portions are too large. Focus more on quality of food than quantity.

Location and exterior spaces.
In a five stars hotel is imperative to have: service and a perfect cleaning room every day; place where we can eat something at late night and during all day (minimum at 23h00); less noise between rooms.

the beach, breakfast
Some of the staff is a bit agressive, a serious change in their attitude is required asap.

I have not enough words to express my gratitude towards the staff and management of this resort.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers everything you need : sport activities for adults and children, a safe environment, outdoor swimming pools, a sandy beach, great food and the kindness of the staff everywhere in the hotel is endless. 5 stars !!!
Absolutly nothing

Staff was very friendly and a nice beach and pool areas.
We did not get a room that was as advertised. The maintenance of the room was not very good and it had a very partial sea view and was in essence a garden view. The last day we were moved to a room more like what was advertised.

Great hotel, friendly stuff, great service, enough facilities. Friendly for families with kids, lot of activities. Food was excellent.
Beach is basic, not really for recommendation. Best is to take few days at the hotel beach and pools, and few days visiting other great beaches on the island.
