Non soddisfatti

La gentilezza dello staff e la colazione buona anche se molto ripetitiva

Gli ascensori erano difettosi e piccoli , si sono bloccati più volte e siamo anche rimasti dentro. Pulizia delle camere non soddisfacente , wifi non buono, acqua dallo scarico che usciva di continuo .

Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel within walking distance distance to Ricks Cafe, Da Dadar, the Mosque and beach etc. They obligingly changed my room at my request which I appreciated. Free parking in a nearby building! Great breakfast!

Disappointing stay, far below 4-star standards.

The location is close to the center and easily accessible by both public and private transport.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness: There were hairs from previous guests on the bed sheets. The toilet and shower were outdated and awkwardly separated, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been updated in years, which was far from pleasant. The carpet also appeared to have gone a long time without being cleaned. Parking: They offer parking at a nearby partner hotel, but I once had to wait at least 30 minutes and use body language to communicate with the staff to let me in. The communication was terrible; nobody seemed to know I was there, and they forced me to call them myself to sort it out, even though my mobile wasn't working. It was extremely frustrating. Check-out: The advertised check-out time on Booking was clearly set for 1 PM. Despite this, the rude staff called me twice before 12 PM to say, 'Check out sir' without considering their own advertisement. After some discussion, I finally left at 12:02 PM. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude throughout. I just gave up, as it was unpleasant and I didn't want to let it ruin my trip

Frukosten serverades mellan klockan 7 och 10 på morgonen. Hade gärna sett den vara öppen till 11.

The stay is not comfortable due to no air conditioning

The stuff was kind and helpful

The air conditioning are not working they said they have maintenance and no air conditioning at the hotel , and we book with air conditioning so it’s waste of money, and the customer service for booking are not available which makes the problem worse

Spacious room in a great location

The location is perfect, right in the city center, convenient to take a walk to the train station. there is a night club, where they also serve alcohol and play a music. the room is spacious and very clean. room service works fine

there was no proper breakfast on Sunday (not sure why?), the wifi doesn’t work properly

No sabían q en un habitación doble corresponde un toallon por pasajero. Más dos toallas de mano y un pisa El desayuno estaba en línea con el bajo precio pagado y el Restaurant con un solo menú y sin exhibir precio me resultó caro

Exceptional

Everything was superb from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the room to the view on the 9th floor to the meals from the restaurant. Top quality service.

Close to Rick’s Café, the reason for visiting Casablanca.

Friendly staff.

Noise and bright working lights opposite the room with people working in the night on a new tower block. The location was difficult to find as its address on satnav was in the wrong location. Many phone calls and even a ticket from the local police as we tried to navigate this crazy driving city, totally exhausted by the time we arrived.

Very good

Very close to casa port which makes it convenient if you are traveling around. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The facilities themselves were good, not the best, but you get what you pay for. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

NOTHING WAS GOOD

A very bad experience. I wouldn't give it a 4 stars hotel . They need alot to be done. Thin walls some drunk couples were arguing whole night long . A very cold room . A bad attitude of a girl who works at the reception!!! She was so rude .... please do not waste your money here ... READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL ... its like a 2 stars Hotel.... there are other four stars hotel that are much much better with better staff . Don't trust the pictures , they literally don't exist!!! I wasted my money on that hotel .

It was OK for an overnight transit stay, but I couldn't recommend otherwise or for a longer stay.

Location was good and close to the train station which was my mode of transportation.

Room was just OK and dated.

Value for money

The Facilities are very good and clean

Book your stay as they are very happy people working at this hotel, friendly and polite. They go extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I will stay there again and it’s few minutes from the centre square.
