About this villa rental
Surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, each house has a small swimming pool which can be heated (on request). Recently built, each villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind. Each villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily (such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto), the close Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

OLEANDER 1:
GROUND FLOOR: living/dining room, kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, highchair), 1 double bedroom (king bed) with ensuite shower, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 twin/double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower
FIRST FLOOR: terrace (accessed from outside) : 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, terrace.
EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, large garden, private swimming pool with hydromassage corner (open March 1 to November 30), sun terrace
OLEANDER 2:
GROUND FLOOR: living/dining room, kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, highchair), 1 double bedroom (king bed) with ensuite shower, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 twin/double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower
FIRST FLOOR: terrace (accessed from outside) : 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, terrace.
EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, large garden, private swimming pool with hydromassage corner (open March 1 to November 30), sun terrace

GROUND FLOOR: kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, highchair), living room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower.
EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, garden, swimming pool (open all year), sun terrace. Upper floor offers a sun terrace with Jacuzzi (heated upon request).
OLEANDER 4:
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, highchair), living room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower.
EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, garden, swimming pool (open all year), sun terrace. Upper floor offers a sun terrace with Jacuzzi (heated upon request).

EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, garden, barbecue, outdoor shower, swimming pool (open all year round and heated to 26°C), hot tub, furnished sun terrace.
Included in the rental cost: Final cleaning, electricity up to 300 kwh/week, midweek towel change, Internet Wi-Fi, private parking, gas/water, weekly cleaning, cot, welcome breakfast basket
Available upon request at additional cost: Chef service, bike/car/boat rental, change of linen, extra maid service, transfers, guided tours, dry cleaning, small wine cellar
