Your oceanfront vacation condo is waiting. This top notch, top floor condo has a private pool and private walkway to the beach. Outstanding views of the secluded north end of Carolina Beach. There are colorful sunsets looking over the harbor and beautiful sunrises over the ocean (from your pillow in the master).

The master bedroom and living rooms both have sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck. The living area is spacious with tile floors. Spacious kitchen. The harbor side bedrooms both have sliding glass doors allowing access to the deck overlooking the harbor. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has bunks.

Your vacation home comes complete with amenities, comfortable accommodations, Wifi, Smart TVs, games, beach toys, and deck furniture to really relax. Weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required.

We really appreciated the communication with the owners. We unfortunately had arrived after another family had stayed there, and I feel as if they may have not taking great care of the condo. When we got there, a few things were broken, including the AC however, the owner did inform me prior to my visit that they were having issues. We did not have AC the whole week and luckily it was cool enough outside that we could use fresh air. unfortunately as well while we were there, the condo next to us was having complete renovations and the worker started around 6:30 AM. I did inform the owners which they did not know this is not their fault all in all we had a good stay.

This condo was great, very clean. The 2 full bathrooms are a bonus. The room with the bunk bed was great for us. The parking is tight especially for a bigger vehicle. The beach access is great. Stairs only no elevator. We absolutely loved the balcony.

Property had everything we needed, including cookware and two coffee makers! There were even bath products to use and hand soaps. Just keep in mind that these buildings do not have elevators so if you have trouble with stairs consider that. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great trip!

Loved staying here! You can’t beat the location- so close to the beach! Enjoyed the beautiful view from the private balcony. Loved seeing dolphins on morning walks. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We vacationed with our grown children (6 adults total), and the condo was roomy enough for all of us. It was just as pictured and described. The kitchen had all necessities and everything worked, though the appliances (except the fridge) were quite dated. We had no issues with the showers as mentioned in an earlier review. We enjoyed the extra large balcony and even had room to spare! The views were gorgeous, just steps from the beach. There's a large closet on the balcony; it has several beach items for renters' use, but we brought our own chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, and had plenty of room to store them each afternoon. Thank you, Jerry, for sharing your condo with us. It was our first trip to Carolina Beach, and we enjoyed our stay!

For the price and view it was great! The beds were very comfortable although the bunkbeds were very squeaky. There were lots of pots and pans which was nice as a lot of places don't have a good set. The cookie sheets and silverware need to be replaced and there could have been more silverware to be honest. We had 7 people and it was tight for a meal. The furniture could use a good steam clean but they were very comfortable. We brought a Roku so we could watch Netflix, etc. which I highly recommend. The 3 flights of stairs was tiring and we had one on crutches so it was tough. The water pressure for the showers wasn't great and we all had to shower in the main shower with the tub as the shower head in the other shower was not even usable. It needs to be replaced. We had a great time and Jerry was very responsive when we needed advice on the hot water. There were beach toys and a few boogie boards - all of which were in great shape. The beach chairs weren't really useable, so I recommend bringing your own. We were able to check in early which was really great. The pool wasn't open and it opens the last weekend of April. It was probably too cold anyway. All in all, we had a great time!

I would definitely book this condo again. The only problem was the tub/shower in 1st room that was leaking to place underneath but the came and fixed it soon as it happened so I really appreciate that. Other than that if felt like home, had a amazing view of beach, clean, spacious, and soooo much more. I loved every sec and eveoits had to offer. The price was also great for 3nights. We had a great time at Jerry's condo in CB! The pool was a big hit with my 2-year-old, and we were easily able to do beach, pool, and boardwalk all in the same day. The condo had everything we needed (just a heads up - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure you get K-cups!) and lots of beach toys. Thanks again!

This was our second summer renting this condo. The condo offers beautiful views, easy access to the beach, pool amenities, and a short drive to great restaurants and activities. Even the grandparents and small children thought the 3rd floor view was worth the stairs. It was the perfect way to escape for some much needed family time.

We went to Wilmington to play golf with some friends we’ve known for years.We stayed there Wednesday through Sunday had beautiful weather, beautiful view and access to all of the Carolina Beach restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so homey and very comfortable with all the amenities we could want or need. The patio is super private and large, with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The pool is perfect and the beach is literally steps away! The only thing I can say to improve would be to get a smart TV :) nothing would open on the current one for us (Netflix etc) but that is minor- the whole stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back!!

We had a nice stay at Jerry's condo. The condo is an older condo but has had a total renovation and is wonderful! Bathrooms were great! Ocean front was perfect. You get up in the morning and watch the surfers and sunrise. The only downfall we had was no elevator but it was good exercise for us ;) A little much for my 88 year old mother though. The beds were very comfortable too. We had a great stay.

Loved the property, the views and the amount of space we got for the price. Also liked the large shower. Our biggest issue was that we couldn't use one of the tubs because of a potential leak into the apartment below, but I assume that will be fixed soon. Also keep in mind that the three flights of steps up to the third floor could be a bit of an issue for older guests.

Perfect location for smaller kids to have access to the beach. If they got tired we just headed right back or a quick walk up the stairs for an extra shovel. Plenty of space and had a blast watching the waves from the balcony.
