Verhältnismäßig ruhige Nebenstraße, fußläufig oder per Bus zur Altstadt

Nettes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit kleinem Balkon. Uns war Innenstadtnähe, aber nicht Richtung Flughafen wichtig. Man kommt mit dem Bus (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle) schnell überall hin, z.B. in 30 Minuten zum Flughafen (ohne umzusteigen). Wir wollten - nach dem Relaxen an der Südküste - die Innenstadt von Heraklion und vor allem die Museen besichtigen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind das Archäologische Museum und das für antike Technik! Englischkenntnisse sind allerdings erforderlich.

Eigentlich sollte das Ganze mit Frühstück sein. Allerdings waren (kommentarlos, auch auf Nachfrage) nur ein paar Utensilien zum Selbermachen in der Küche, die keinesfalls für 2 Personen und 3x Frühstück gereicht haben. In der Nähe gibt es aber 2 Supermärkte (LIDL und ein griechischer). Also kein großes Problem.

Perfection.

Perfect modern apartment for two people, it was furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Handy location within walking distance of city centre.

Happy to recommend.

This apt was well located to reach by the airport bus. Although it's 2nd floor it's worth it. This must be one of the best value for money apartments I have rented. I enjoyed the kitchen and all the equipment to make a meal that I could have been in my own home. The bed was comfortable. The apt also had sofa to sit on or a dinner table to eat at. The bonus was a very small balcony and a washing machine.. It's nicely kept and I hope it stays that way for future visitors. If you arrive at the airport bus number 1 will take you close to the property passing lidl supermarket if you need some supplies. Katerina very kindly left breakfast items anyway like toast jams teas and coffees. Also a small supply of shower items if you haven't brought any with you. We did have a small issue with Internet and Katerina was soon on the case to resolve it. Thank you Katerina. I have no hesitation recommending your place or returning.

I didn't know where to take the rubbish. TV but no English speaking channels.

Just perfect!

Everything! The location is just a 300m walk to the Chanioporta busstop, from there all buses are going to the centre or to the main busstop to explore the other side of Crete. The studio is clean, and everything you need is there. The host is very friendly and keen on helping with everything you need or want to know. We even got fresh roses!

I can’t name anything for improvement, maybe a squeaking door hinge, or that I couldn’t close quietly the front door…

Very good

Great location and clean place. The apartment has almost everything that you need for a short stay, starting from a well-equipped kitchen to washing machine.

There was a construction going on the time we stayed, so it got a bit noisy in the morning.

Superb

Lovely apartment in Heraklion. Very big and spacious. Contactless. The owner was very helpful via SMS. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from the town center. Perfect for a nice stroll. There is LIDL nearby for food. Breakfast was nice - loved the Nespresso coffee. One of the best equipped apartments I have ever been to.

Beware - the taxi driver didn't know the street. Arriving in the middle of the night that can be a problem. Make sure you have Google Maps or something similar handly so you can guide them, cause sometimes they're without navigation.

Highly recommended. Excellent stay!

Katerina's home was excellent! Well equipped, conveniently located near the city centre with everything you might need during your stay and more. The room was very clean, tidy, with coffee pods, tea and breakfast supplies and Katerina kept contact with us to make sure everything was OK throughout our stay. Check in and out was very easy, even though our flight was delayed we were able to access our room late at night by picking up our keys from a combination locker at the entrance.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and we will definitely rebook on our next visit.

Perfect day in Katerina's home

Everything was marvellous : very close to the old town (15' by foot and many bus passing), the place was very well equipped with a lot of taste, very functional, very well explained with a little book. It was easy to take the keys thanks to a key box. So we recommend a 100% and we would be very happy to return there again during another future trip !

Exceptional

We had a very nice stay. Room was nice, clean kitchen very well equipped. Parking was easy to find on the streets nearby. Bakery and shops very close by. Recommend.

Actually, I have spent a good time at this appartment and I recommend stay here.

I liked the way I get the keys because we had quite a late check-in and we had an early check-out (just get the keys without a host). The apartment was clean, spacious and had enough necessary equipment (for cooking, coffee machine, shampoo and shower gels). Not so far from the airport and in 30 minutes from the port.

It was noisy. I heard planes all night. And it was quite hard to fell asleep. And as we had a late check-in, it would be great, if we found some snacks at the location (but it is just a recommendation).

Everything you need

The apartment was so clean and everything needed was provided. It felt just like home. Location is good with several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bus stop is also very near. It is very good value for money and I recommend it!

The only thing that bothered me is that the walls are very thin so I could here the neighbor next door.

Superb

Very nice and helpful owner. We could leave our luggage before check-in. The apartament was well equiped and had a big, nice bathroom and balcony. The centre of the city was 15 minutes by walking distance.

The air condition is placed directly across the bed.
