About this house rental

Our beach house is centrally located on the island. Once you pull in, you can park for the week and enjoy all the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere! We are a block and a half walk from the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury Avenue.
Our newly remodeled single family home is perfect for multiple families or large families. The ground floor family/game room has a sofa, sleep sofa, game table, Arcade game with 40 classic games, foosball, 65" TV and a full refrigerator. Sliders will lead you to the back patio with a fenced in yard for the kids to play in, dining area, gas grill and two outdoor showers. On the main floor there is a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room with seating for at least 10, plus an island that will allow for six additional seats. There is a laundry room and powder room off the kitchen.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms; two bedrooms with queen beds and balconies, one family bedroom that has a queen bed and a trundle bed and a master king bedroom with a private bath and balcony. There is a hall bathroom with tub.
The third floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has two double beds, a trundle and a view of the beautiful ocean! There is a large full shower one the top floor with a bench seat. Because it is a single family home, it allows a large family to spread out and relax, whether on the front porch, back patio, or large game/rec room.
For your convenience we supply 10 beach chairs and 10 beach tags. The garage is available for one compact car inside, one large vehicle behind the garage and there is free street parking.(non-metered)
There are plenty of activities in the town for you to enjoy, including miniature golf, a waterpark on the boardwalk, weekly farmer's market, or you can just enjoy a good book on the front porch swing. Katherine’s property was absolutely amazing for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend with a house of 16! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and plenty of space for food and hanging out! The basement was so much fun with the entertainment and lead right out to the backyard! Location is unbeatable and the ambiance of the house was just amazing, such a cute wall for photo ops!! 10/10 recommend this house for big crews, we will 100% stay here again with a crowd!

This was our yearly family vacation with our two daughters, their husbands and our 6 grandchildren! This house was made for us! It was full of entertainment for the kids, lots of space for all to sleep and close to the boardwalk and beach! Katherine was an incredible host and answered questions beforehand and while we were there very promptly!

Katherine and her family provided us with an amazing house a block away from the beach where we got married on! My new wife and I will be trying to plan yearly trips back at this house if we are able to! It’s absolutely amazing from every aspect. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

We loved the house and would definitely rent again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. The location was ideal. We’ve rented many houses but this house was loved by all.

This was our third year returning to this house. It is in an ideal location, clean, and spacious. Year after year we are impressed with how well it accommodates our group, which includes a few families with young kids. The basement has games and toys for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked. They offer beach tags. 10/10, we love this place!

We are always impressed by this house, and love coming each year!! My kids didn’t even want to go out to dinner, they love being at “the blue house” so much! We enjoyed the boardwalk and local shops- it’s so close to everything…. 10/10 and have zero complaints besides we didn’t stay long enough!! We had a group of 14 and the entire house was accommodating to the group

This was our second summer staying a week at Katherine’s house. We (parents, grandparents, and kids ranging from 1-14) had a wonderful time last year and I can safely say this year was EVEN BETTER! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and book this property now. It has everything. It’s in the perfect location. The host is super helpful. Don’t overthink it. We booked with Katherine for a low key bachelorette weekend in Ocean City! There was 14 of us and we fit perfectly in the rooms and the all the common spaces were perfect for hanging out and eating! We even set a picnic up in the backyard, it was so cute! The basement is another fun spot to hangout. We sadly were there during a really rainy weekend so we didn’t utilize the beach/boardwalk, but the location is so close and walkable! Highly recommend staying at this location for any event. This place was absolutely perfect. the house had everything we needed. There were 7 adults and 7 children. We had more than enough space. We parked our car and never had to use it. The beach and boardwalk were so close. The house was modern and the kitchen was beautiful. so much space for all of us to cook and eat together. Five stars !!!!

We had an amazing stay. We were a group of 7 adults and the house was perfect for us. We loved the kitchen and eating area and had many great meals cooked by our dueling chiefs. The house had many areas when we could sit and talk. The house was a block from the beach and boardwalk and had all the chairs we needed but also rented umbrellas on the beach. We filled the week with much laughter, love, memories and total relaxation. We highly recommend this beautiful house as a 5+ rental.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Honestly the layout of the house was the best I’ve ever seen in OC! We had 15 people and I did not feel cramped or on top of each other at all. You couldn’t beat the location either , you can walk to everything! The owner was super quick to respond when I had a question and extremely nice. It was perfect , not one bad thing to say!!

We had a wonderful two weeks and are looking forward to our stay next year. We can’t imagine renting anywhere else at the beach. We enjoyed being together: preparing and eating meals, playing games, doing puzzles and just hanging out. The house is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. We booked the house for a weekend family gathering. Amazing house and very good communication with the host. Katherine was very flexible about our check in and out. The house was close to boardwalk and very well maintained. A lot of space for 18 people. The kitchen was big enough for a few people to work and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and enough covers even in cold weather. Kids have a game room downstairs. The house was very comfortable and had a personal touch. 25 min from AC. We had a great time! We are thinking to book it again!

We had our family come in from out of state to celebrate my daughters sweet sixteen and wanted everyone together instead of getting hotel’s. We had a great time weather was beautiful a warm October weekend. House was charming so much room- clean with the family’s personal touches . Excellent stay kitchen was extremely well equipped and big enough for 3 chefs to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. Check in was a breeze and host was very flexible on check in/check out over the holiday weekend. Boardwalk is a short walk and a couple of shops and an arcade were open for the kids.

This house is absolutely stunning and very spacious. The decor in each room is spectacular and the quality of the furniture and especially the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen was so perfect for our family! The 4 levels made it good for a large group to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were modern and large. The yard and garage were a nice added bonus and the location is convenient to boardwalk and 9th st bridge. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation home whose quality feels like your own. Thank you for letting us share your lovely home!!
