A Pearl but not a Premium Pearl

Facilities are good but strained on the busy weekends.

There is no mini bar, just a small fridge with water. Room cleaning could be improved. The sound proofing is a joke, constant car horns beeping all day until late evening. This hotel ia orientated for families, not recommended for a couples quiet stay. The location is great for the beach, anything else you need to book at taxi. Only 1 ATM close by, its always empty, taxi ride to find an ATM.

Amazing stay at this wonderful hotel

We were greeted at reception with smiles from the polite and cheerful staff as we were checked in swiftly and professionally. Upon arriving at our premier suite everything we needed had been provided. The room was amazing, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach from the free standing bath tub and balcony. Breakfast in the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious asian and international food, the staff in here were polite and very helpful. Infinity pool on the rooftop was immaculate, clean and so relaxing with a friendly member of staff to make sure everybody was safe. The maids were always on hand to help with anything we needed and always wore a smile. Checking out was just as swift and professional as checking in. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and all the staff made our visit a pleasant experience. Respect to Lucas whom we chatted to whilst we waited for our transport. What a impeccably dressed and well mannered polite young man, a credit to your business. ( promotion would be well deserved Mr/Ms Manager 👏). Overall, hats off to all the staff at the hotel. Brilliant example to any establishment. My wife and I will most definitely recommend and we will stay here again on our return to vung tau. See you all again soon, Lee & Thao 🇻🇳🇬🇧❤️

very good location ,beautiful view,very tasty food in restaurant and a lot of choices. bed very comfortable. good size of swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel

overall exceeded my expectations and will back again

the room that I stayed with nice ocean view and able to catch the sun rise. I like the room and bath facilities.

minor issue is the ceiling aircon need to be fixed as water keep dropping down, I can noticed in the breakfast area as well.

Breakfast was OK. No coffee one morning. Very crowded. Food generally ok. Room was nice. Bathroom nice.

Rooftop pool. Not enough pool deck space so not enough lounge seats for the number of rooms. Only 4!! A bit noisy from outside. Lots of road construction.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. The view is nice, both from the room and swimming pool. Staff was able to communicate in basic English. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

Add more varieties to the breakfast and a larger balcony would definitely hit 10/10

not what it seems

great location, it was a easy walking distance to everything. staff were very lovely and helpful.

the pictures don’t match the property. our premier suite oceanfront with balcony was a tiny room and the balcony could barely fit 1 person. we went to the roof top bar and it was very disappointing, it was literally just a fridge filled with drinks and had a very clinical look and feel. the pool smelt like sewerage. the bar downstairs had a menu with what looked like impressive drinks but the bar staff didn’t even know how to make it. the spa menu on the website does not match what they offer on site. very disappointed with the amenities and it was definitely not worth the money we paid for the property.

I would not recommend this hotel

Clean and fresh Hotel rooms.

The rooftop bar was closed. The restaurant was closed and replaced with an small conference room. It took over 1 hour to get the food in the restaurant after ordering dinner. the food was not fresh and cold. The staff could not speak English. The pictures used at booking.com of the fitness room was from another place. There were no treadmills.

Great hotel with great location, price slightly higher than other hotel

Super great location, practically very accessible to everything. Great ocean scene and the amenities and toiletries are expected from a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast is kind of limited, though I do not mind. The only negative on this hotel is... it portrays itself as a 4 star hotel, however the size of the room, and the layout are more like a boutique hotel with a 4 star hotel price. If they can lower down their prices to 15-20%, I think I will stay at Premier again. But for now, I will look for an alternative hotel with the amount I paid for Premier.
