My family and I came down for my nephews graduation. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had (no matter what time). The house was very clean and updated, had everything we needed and more. I loved that every thing was labeled in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub was a plus. Very spacious yard. Drive way parking. Close to shopping and in a very nice and safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This is the perfect place to stay if you need quick access to the Rome Tennis Center. We were literally 5mins from the courts . The house was lovely and hot tub was a bonus. I wish the Georgia weather had been a bit warmer so we could have sat outside and enjoyed the back yard:).

We needed a place to stay while work was done on our home. The location was perfect and the owners were a dream to work with. We came with a lot and they were gracious and helpful and understanding. The house was perfect, the hot tub was an added plus and the fenced yard was the cherry on top. Pet friendly they are! Would highly recommend!

Property is just as described. Nice quiet neighborhood. Backyard is large and fenced. Beds are very very firm tho. Suggest a 3" foam pad.

This property was perfect for attending a tennis tournament. I brought my young daughter with me and it was perfect to have the pool and playground for her while we were in between matches. I’m already looking to book again next year.

Rocky and Pam were great!! Emailed them to see if we could possibly check in 1 hour early. They quickly responded and were very accommodating! They communicated during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house and property were in great condition. House was very clean and the neighborhood felt very safe! We were visiting for our son the have a game day recruiting visit at Berry College. The location was great for that! My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We were there for a tennis tournament at the nearby tennis center, so the location was perfect. Pool and hottub were great to hang out in.

The house was great!! Nice pool, perfect temperature, clean hot tub and the house had everything you need and more. It only had one pool float(no biggie) so I went to Walmart and bought a couple more and donated them to the house bc I spent 90% of my time out there. Overall very satisfied, thanks again Rocky

I stayed with my kids and dad. We had a blast in the pool, the house was very clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Rocky is very responsive to questions.

The space was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, but not overcrowded. Furniture was comfortable. Entire space was was clean and uncluttered. I’d stay here a million times over.

We were in town for a couple of nights attending a Tennis Tournament, the home met our expectations and the property manager emailed/texted us throughout our stay to ensure our needs were being met. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome , GA.

The Home was perfect for our 3 night/4 day stay. Plenty of room for my 4 person family. It was Equipped with all of your bathroom essentials, kitchen items and was super clean. We went and purchased coffee before checking into the VRBO and was pleasantly surprised to see complimentary coffee with filters were provided. There were tons of dishes, pots & pans to accommodate our cooking needs. The keyless entry was a bonus we didn’t have to worry about my misplacing a random key. We will definitely reserve this home in the future. The are was quite and safe.

Very nice kitchen, well stocked for someone who plans to cook! Excellent communication with the host. Very clean. Within driving distance to lots of parks, restaurants and not far from the college.

Anyone who has tried booking a place in Rome during football season knows it's tough finding a room. So glad we found you! It takes some logistics navigating one bathroom with 4 people, but great for an overnight stay! Go Berry Vikings!
