Boasting three bedrooms comprising a double with en-suite shower, a double with a balcony and a double, this property can sleep a total of six guests. The bedrooms are served by a bathroom, and the ground-floor is home to a cloakroom, a kitchen/snug, dining room, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is both a front and a back garden with outdoor furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Litton Hall Barn Cottage is the perfect choice for your next group getaway to the Yorkshire Dales.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. A basket of logs and a bucket of coal for the woodburner is provided, more can be bought off the owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample on road parking. Front garden with patio and lawned area featuring garden furniture. Back garden with patio and raised lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 9 miles, pub 100 meters.
