No partying or additional guests on the property without permission.
If stay includes a Friday morning please bring the garbage and recycling out.
A security deposit of CAD 300 will be held on your credit card used to book as a deposit for potential damages incurred on the property during your stay.
Note that we will start this credit card hold 2 days prior to your checkout and this sum of CAD 300 will be in our custody for a period of 7 days, subject to damages done or not, we will either charge you or release the money back at the end of the 7 day hold period.
