The condo is as described, fully stocked, softest sheets I've ever slept on, , beautiful fixtures and furnishings throughout. The location is convenient to US 167 Sherwood, Lakewood area of North Little Rock. Near many restaurants and shopping, the area is well lit at night for walking the dog. I plan to stay jere again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were here to visit family at the Air Force base. This property was close to everything. The second bedroom upstairs is open to the stairway, so that made it a little loud from noises downstairs, but otherwise it was a wonderful property.

3 generation 'girls' trip. Condo was even better than it appeared in photos. Very clean and comfy. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do with quick access to Little Rock. Lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Minor issue was quickly addressed by owner. Would stay again.

This is now the third time staying at the condo. It is as advertised, extremely easy check in/out process, near food and shopping. Neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who also travel out to the greater Little Rock area for work.

The property was nice, clean and centrally located. We were less than 10 minutes from our prime location. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in the Little Rock area.

My parents and I were traveling to Houston and we needed to break up our trip into two days. We wanted the comforts of home rather than staying at a hotel or motel. This was a very pleasant find and a comfortable overnight stay. The place was tidy when we arrived and instructions were very clear - there was even a binder with them and a list of recommended attractions and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic from the nearby highway may be a bother to some. For me, I would stay here again if I have the chance in the future.

I came to Little Rock because of a family emergency and getting there wasn’t smooth as I was traveling already when I received news of the emergency. Therefore canceling flights and trying to deal with the news and in need of a place to rest. Sherwood was perfect and the host was so kind and understanding. Her compassion was much needed and she was what I needed after the ordeal with luggage and airline. The location is perfect and the townhouse is beautiful and comfortable. When you walk in you feel at home, I love 💕 it. I only wish I had discovered it at a better time.

First impression was that it was going to be a little small but honestly it was the perfect size for what we needed! The master bedroom is actually quite large with a big walk-in closet. Everything was clean and host was very responsive to any messages. Pool was clean and easily accessible and we were the only ones in it every time we used it. The only issue we really had was that the washer ran hot water even when selecting cool/cold water, which we just let the host know about after our stay as it wasnt really a big deal for what we used it for.

The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything my mother and I needed for an unexpected trip to Little Rock. Check-in was easy and convenient as was check-out. Stacie and Patsy were quick to respond to all questions I had. We are thankful we chose this condo and will definitely return in the future if the need arises.

Super cute condo. I didn’t realize it was pet friendly and it was rainy when we arrived. Must have been a dog there before us because it smelled like wet dog. It was clean, but the odor lingered. Location was convenient to lots of restaurants.

We had a great stay! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Even close to downtown Little Rock we went to the distillery at Rock Town one night and it was only 12 minutes away.

I came from California to Arkansas to visit my family. This condo was absolutely perfect. Very cozy and modern. I will never stay in hotels again after my experience here. Next year when I’m back I will be booking this place again. 10/10 recommend! The area is quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. Thank u so much for an amazing stay!

Except for the extremely cold weather we Floridians are not used to, the stay was great. Lots of lap blankets were available and coffee ready for perking in the kitchen! The closest location we could find to family in Cabot. We didn’t want a hotel and this townhouse delivered. Convenient to all of Little Rock as well.

We were looking for a place to stay overnight with our dogs that was convenient to our route; this place more than delivered! Not only was it a great location (not far from I-40) it also was in a nice neighborhood so we could walk our dogs. Many places to eat nearby and the property was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

This cute condo was perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of space to hang out, cook your own meals, etc. This is the perfect location! We drove a maximum of 20 min to get anywhere we wanted to go (Little a rock AFB, a movie theater inside a mall, any restaurant you could imagine…). Communication with host was easy and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property!
