Very convenient location and large, comfortable, quiet rooms. The black-out curtains are great if you need to sleep while it's still daylight. Very polite and helpful staff.

I booked two rooms for my family, non-smoking. We checked in late in the evening, started to get kids ready for bed and a overwhelming smell of someone smoking weed became super strong, we contacted the front desk, a few times, and the clerk said he could smell it too, but not too much he could do. I called again and asked if we could move rooms, he had one room to move us two, I was not able to get a refund for my second room, as we were moved to one, not two as my original reservation. In the morning, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the lobby also had a faint smell of smoke. If you advertise non-smoking, somehow, you need to provide a non-smoking space for folks paying money, and if you can't, do what is right and offer a refund, as it was not my family's fault that we could not stay on the two rooms we booked.

I called ahead and asked if they would have fbe cheesey omelets—i was told yes. So to my suprise this mornkng they didnt have them. Which sounds stupid to be upset about. But im pregnant and craving them and yes i paid $200 for a room for these. Plus as soon as we got here we were told the pool was closed for the night...

During the booking of my stay, I was never informed that there were “renovations “ being done therefore when I pulled up to the front of the hotel to check in, I was in shock to see what looked like a rummage sale going on out front…also we had to complain to the front desk twice about the room next to us being so loud, sounded like a daycare at 1am…when needed to be up at 5:30am

My partner is 6’ 8” and we received an unneeded handicap room where everything was short. There were renovations going on and there were supplies, storage and dumpsters in the front of the building, supplies stored all around the entrance area and the workers in and out the entrance in the lobby area eating, the debris on the carpet to the rooms wasn’t cleaned up well. The pool was supposed to be heated and definitely was not. We were double charged and took a long time for a resolution which still isn’t fully complete. Had many different people put in the room next to us that were extremely loud and the walls are paper thin. Wasn’t the most horrible stay somewhere but wouldn’t go back.

Renovation being done. Checkin was ok. Employee wasnt wearing a name tag, didn't inform me about breakfast, elevator, etc. I had to ask. Rooms are cheaply patched up. No major issues, I just expect more from IHG properties.

Property and room were clean. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. My only complaint was the construction on the 3rd floor near our room. Area/neighborhood was very safe. Excellent donut shop next door.
