The condo was in a very convenient location to access any of the Pinehurst courses or really any of the courses in the Pinehurst area. Dining was close. the condo has been updated and is in very nice condition. Check-in was a breeze. I would certainly return

This was our second time staying here. And it won't be our last. We enjoyed the Pinehurst clubhouse, the Cradle Par 3 course, breakfast at the Carolina Hotel, Course No. 3 (beside condo), and Pinehurst Village. All are in walking distance of the condo.

The easy, short walk to the Pinehurst club house was very convenient. After I told the owner that we would be arriving to the condo late at night after a 15 hour drive down from New Hampshire, he provided breakfast foods for us for our first morning. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Teenage boys had their own space at one end of the condo. I would highly recommend this rental if you are coming to Pinehurst to golf at Pinehurst itself or at one of the many surrounding golf courses in nearby towns. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if back in the area!

It’s a great place in a great location. Would definitely rent again. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only small comment would be availability of a hair dryer for the ladies. Also TV was pretty confusing but finally figured it out

If you haven't been to Pinehurst, you are in for a treat, especially in springtime. There are many available properties in and around the many golf courses at Pinehurst. Guy's condo is impeccably decorated, he left a snack box that was thoughtful and yummy too; coffee was terrific. Our only challenge was finding the condo and best not to do at night. We did run into a person that told us how to find Guy's condo - simply drive in and go to back - condo is on the right side. BTW, people are extremely nice and customer service oriented everywhere you go here. Such a delight. We were in town for a wedding and the setting, people and things to do was terrific. The annual Potter's festival was going on in Seagrove 40 minutes away. Our family rented 10+ condos this weekend and Guy's was the best I saw. You will be thrilled if you stay here.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here with our two sons (ages 11 & 9) and used it as our home base for a week of golf in the Pinehurst area. The property is centrally located and walkable to the Pinehurst clubhouse and practice area. It's very close to all the restaurants and shopping in Pinehurst too. The condo itself is just as described - clean, comfy and roomy. Guy was fantastic to work with and gave great advice regarding golf options for our family. When we return to the Pinehurst area in the future, we'll be sure to look up this property again!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home while we closed on a home in the area. This home was very spacious and meticulous. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place is cozy. The neighborhood is close to most anything you need and it was lovely to walk in. The owner has kindly provided nice extras ( snacks and other supplies). Guy is also a very Considerate Person. If you want a great place to stay—- stay here—- you won’t be disappointed!
