Tranquil and comfortable place to get away from the the hustle.

We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful room, scenic views, and amazing breakfast at Maple Rise Guesthouse. I would highly rate this place for a getaway vacation and a way to access the towns, coast and trails of Maple Bay.

Great location, very comfortable, helpful host, perfect base for exploring the Island. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location with view over the marina. Very clean, modern facilities and exceptional breakfasts.

Could hear noise from main house above, Maybe each unit have their own table outside on terrace.

Really recommended for quiet and natural vacations in a very modern, perfectly cleaned room and area.

Everything was perfect and very amazing ! The host Lauren was very kind and helpful. The best breakfast we ever had , prepared with fresh and healthy food and every day a different - so delicious. The room with bathroom was very modern and very cleaned and well staffed. The garden and the view into the harbour opposite was very beautiful too :)))

Beautiful place to stay in a peaceful area.

Lovely property and landscaping, quiet area with view of the bay, host was responsive, beautiful and cozy room, breakfasts were delicious, shared kitchenette had the essentials.

I would have liked a bathtub as I saw in one of the room's pictures, I booked the last available suite and didn't realize it was the suite without one. The rainfall shower was very nice though.

This wonderful retreat is warm, welcoming and relaxing.

Breakfast was amazing. Creative, delicious and beautifully presented. The room was ample and the grounds were lovely. The shower was exquisite. Lauren was gracious, friendly and helpful.

The soundproofing was not quite as good as I was expecting and the bed was just a tad too firm for my taste.

Would definitely recommend and I would come and stay again!

The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and made a great start to the day! The view was stunning and there was a great outdoor seating area.

The experience was seamless from the checking in to the communication with our host, who was able to work so wonderfully with us when we had some minor adjustments to make.

Hosts were very welcoming. Room was bright and clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was restaurant standard! However we would have preferred a choice maybe of two options incase member of the party couldn't eat what was served. Location is beautiful, a car is a must.

The included breakfast was PHENOMENAL! I would stay there again for the food alone. LOL Staff were friendly but gave you your space. Wifi worked great and gorgeous views. We used the BBQ they had one site and had a lovely dinner overlooking the water on the second day. Definitely recommend!!!

It'd be nice if there were a bath tub in each suite, but the shower was dope! Rainfall style and very roomy. No complaints! Thee suite still gorgeous and super roomy/comfy.

4 nights of pure bliss 😊

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Food was plentiful, wonderfully presented and delicious. We had many moments of pure relaxation in the serenity of the yard, the great bathtub and lounging in front of the fireplace. The access to the shared kitchen suited us to perfection!

There was not a thing we did not like. A full length mirror would have been wonderful. Accessibility was difficult with the stairs as we had lots of luggage for the dance competitions.

The breakfast was exceptional. Many options and delicious. Different every day. The room was very well appointed, modern and very clean.

I was asked to strip my own bed which might be covid related even though a 15% cleaning fee is added. I was on a timeline and was stressed to get the sheets off the bed and folded. Not a great ending to the otherwise wonderful stay.

there is nothing “dislike” at all. but we need to know the share kitchen infos bit more. if someone filled drinks in the small fridge, we can’t put there anything. we’d like to know “the fridge will be fast come fast serve” , etc.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, cozy, restful place, THIS IS IT!!!

The breakfast was good, served on a tray that we picked up and took to our room. I think in the previous Air B&B experiences we had a breakfast served hot at a communal table. With the new considerations with the pandemic, I think the tray was the best way to protect all of us. Ingenious actually. I sure miss the old days though!!!! I would have loved to meet my host.....damn Covid!! Just about forgot to mention the slipper socks left out for us, very thoughtful as it was a cold night when we arrived. We really appreciated that the room was nice and warm and very clean.

We arrived on a dark stormy night and I found the stairs on the side of the house a little dark. There were some lights but a few more brighter lights would have been great, maybe motion detected lights??

The guesthhouse was a wonderful place to stay, The room was spacious, accommodating, and well furnished. The bathroom has a great shower but you don't want to get out of it (room 2). Breakfasts were beautifully presented, varied and very tasty. Although the guesthouse is located in a subdivision of large lots and houses, the rooms were at the back facing the garden and had views of the water and marina. and were very quiet. The outdoor area had a great place to eat the delicious breakfast and enjoy the view. I could see that even in rainy weather some of the outside area could be enjoyed as a sundeck covered the areas outside the rooms. The small communal kitchen was very handy with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dishes and other items.

I think the air circulation could have been better at night but a fan was available in the room to address this but we didn't want to spoil the peace and quiet.
