Great space which had everything required for a short stay. Very stylish. Staff were really helpful.
The street outside wasn’t great - but dodgy and noisy.

La localisation, loin de l’agitation du centre de Manhattan , mais à 2 pas de la gare de métro qui ramène en 25 minutes directement dans le midtown !
J’ai tout aimé 🥰

The location is top! It is right next to the Fulton subway station that offers 7 or 8 lines to take you everywhere in town. The apartment is surrounded by loads of eateries, cafes, bars, and grocery shops. The one-bed room apartment was well-equipped for self-catering for our one week stay. The bed was very comfortable.
Our one-bed room apt windows face a backyard piled with garbage. Despite on the 10th floor, it still spoiled the stay when you look out the window. It was a bit noisy from the street during some nights. This Sonder does not offer a onsite gym as other Sonder offers. Most of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful but one guy.

Good location on Lower Manhattan close to Broadway. Availability by taxi and subway.
Spacious room with kitchen.
We have a very bad experience with non-functional heating in the room in the middle of a cold December. We are also dissatisfied with the solution to the situation - they couldn't fix the heating in the hotel, they couldn't even find a free room. We spent the night in a cold room, wasting time waiting for a solution. In the end, we had to move to another hotel, which we searched for ourselves. We were also surprised by the 100% increased amount for 1 night charged by the hotel, in conditions that did not meet any quality and thermal standards. I consider it wrong on the part of the hotel. We request verification of the calculation and control by the management of Booking and Sonder, to whom I am addressing the substantive report and complaint.

We had a great stay - appartement was huge, clean, comfortable and really excellent in total.. Staff was super friendly and (a minor) topic was solved immediately. Great! Extreamly well located, super close to many attractions and the sub.

Very good location - near major subway station in the FiDi district with Battery Park, 9/11 memorial, Brooklyn bridge within a few minute walking distance. We visited mainly Manhattan - all our destinations were within 20-25 minutes via transport. Numerous places to grab a bite nearby - Joes Pizza, Taim, Poke Bowls.
Friendly stuff - polite and ready to answer questions or check if something is not ok even at 10p.m. Impressive.
Living space and amenities - We rented two units - one with 1BR and another with queen size bed. The space was opulent given New York Manhattan standards, with good kitchenettes (especially 1BR studio with good storage space). You also have access to washing machine / dryers if you are looking forward a longer stay and a rooftop garden on the 15th floor. Clean, well maintained.
It is not something we didn't like but be warned - room cleaning is not included in the price. You should order it separetely.
Another warning - the AC is turned on 24/7 (at least during summer) and there is noise coming from the unit (although we found no problems falling asleep).

It was near the Occulus, Brooklyn Bridge & Wall St, & the Fulton St subway station, & around a 20-minute walk to Battery Park & the ferry to Liberty & Staten Islands. Entry into the apartment building & apartment was via code number entered into a keypad - no card to carry or lose. The staff were generally responsive & helpful to our reasonable requests. The apartment was a 5-minute walk down the street to an Asian-run grocer which was reasonably well-stocked. Though it was a no-bedroom apartment, the sofa bed was near the kitchenette, while the TV was in the area where the double bed was, where there was a single-seat sofa, a small coffee table & a bed-side bench. That area served as the de facto living room. The apartment had a Peloton which has a monitor that plays spin exercise videos that one can folllow, & a long study table with powerpoints, & 2 study lamps & 2 office chairs. However, we didn't need to do any work there. There were washing machines & dryers in a common room on the 7th floor, a toilet in a lounge on the same floor for emergency use if the sole toilet in the apartment was occupied, & lockers for storing luggage in the lounge for a check-out time with plenty of time to spare before one's flight.
The immediate neighborhood of the apartment was dinghy with a unsavoury character approaching us for help on the first day & a rough sleeper standing on the sidwwalk mumbling to himself. The kitchen sink was blocked when we moved in. Thankfully, that was fixed the next day when we texted the apartment via their app the night before. Any request after 6pm was best put in via the app for fulfilment the next day or otherwise raised with the fronk desk person in the morning. The night security person who takes over from the front desk person from 6pm couldn't help with housekeeping matters. A vent on the ceiling of the bathroom was thick with dust. The bathroom door creaked quite loudly when opening or closing. That it was very close to the double bed didn't help. The laundry detergent pods in the common laundry room tended to run out. Thankfully, they replendished it with normal laundry detergent when we requested some. While there was a dishwasher & dishwashing detergent tablets in the apartment, there was no dishwashing liquid supplied. Lastly, the rental rate for the apartment was high & probably the highest for what it offered, compared with anywhere else we had booked, but was probably normal for NYC.

The location is very convenient, and it also feels safe. It is close to WTC and various subways. The room is clean. The laundry facility is very useful.

Great location in NYC. Bed was extremely comfortable and studio very spacious. The laundry facilities which are available free of charge were super handy and also the guest lounge room and luggage storage for use before an evening flight.
My only criticism is the shower room design, the water just goes over the entire bathroom floor instead of sloping down into the two drains. This seems like a silly design. We had to to use 5 towels to dry the floor and then wash and tumble dry them. Other days we rolled up a towel to ask as a barrier on the floor but this shouldn’t be necessary. For such a fantastic property the shower design is a let down.

EXCELLENT LOCATION - this is what makes this accommodation perfect for a sightseeing stay in the city. It is located right at the subway station Fulton street, which offers connection to all major subway lines as well as easy transportation to JFK AirTrain. It is possible to discover OneWorld Trade Center, Wallstreet, Oculus, Staten Island Ferry, Chinatown and many more sights on foot.
BIG ROOMS - for New York the rooms have an excellent size and also offer the option to make your own breakfast in the room in the small kitchen. It even has a dishwasher.
LUGGAGE STORAGE - it is possible to store the luggage upon the day of arrival and when checking out, which gives you the opportunity to discover the city even more.
GREAT STAFF - very friendly and took care of any matter quickly.

Design of the studio was very nice, I was pleased to have free entrance to the laundry room and the city clubs gym. Everything was there that I needed, and some nice objects and books too… Lamps and lights very nicely designed.
Corridors could have been better cleaned. It was difficult to see numbers when you wanted to type code at the entrance.

The room and facilities were extremely clean and well appointed. I appreciated having the luggage storage to store suitcases after check out. Being able to enter w/ a door code was easy and convenient.
Operating the lights and TV was a little weird, especially the lights over the bed frame. A book w/ check out instructions would have been helpful to ensure we met the owner's expectations. The price was a bit high.

i love this new hospitality paradigm- a hotel without phones or tvs & guests being left alone to enjoy new, temporary home bases. rooms are fabulous, clean and spacious. everything works. check in is done online & entry gained via an emailed digital code. there is cheerful, helpful daytime staff at the small front desk, at nights there is a security person only, no staff. but a 24/7 help line allows you to chat by text re issues or enquiries. that option is not prominently displayed on their app, so best to note the contact number ahead of time, in case you can’t figure out how something works. (in 4 days i used it twice.) this hotel is two short blocks from the 9/11 memorial - so, located on the north edge of financial district just below tribeca, with plenty of subway lines and eateries to choose from. my only complaint, and it is minor, is that the essential front door keypad is very small, unlit, & some of the buttons are worn & slow to respond, so the initial entry can be frustrating - they really should upgrade that. otherwise, stellar.
