Mr. Purple was really cool. The views from the outdoor seating were beautiful around sunset! The staff were also great in the hotel lobby and Mr. Purple
For the price, I expected a much nicer and cleaner room. For starters, our alarm clock was broken and held together by black tape. Our curtains were also held together by gray duck tape and weren’t able to be put down. The handle to the hot water in the bathroom room was broken and could only be turned off by turning the cold water on and off. The floors and wall by the bed were extremelyyyy scuffed and had black markings everywhere. We only stayed for one night so I can’t rate too low but I was pretty disappointed.

The view and the room design
When we did is the reservation, it said that breakfast for 2 was included. When we checked in we had to fight to get the breakfast and they gave us a voucher for 15 dollars when the actual value was 25 per person. Also the pool hours are very disappointing since they closed the pool at 2pm and we had to wait till the next day at 9am just to find out the pool was extremely crowded

Location only.
Rude desk staff. Tried to charge for an upgrade we didn't receive. Outside was a piece of mechanical equipment that would screech to start up once or twice an hour that made it almost impossible to sleep.

Closer to my daughter ‘s apartment
The noise from the bar until 3am. Unbearable. Impossible to sleep. This is not a hotel this is a bar with rooms. And the elevators in the morning were so dirty, they smelled so bad

Vue sur new york

The location of Hotel Indigo LES was everything. We walked to Chinatown, Little Italy, Lower Broadway for shopping, and biked to Chelsea Market. We hopped on a quick train to Bryant Park, Jimmy Fallon and Broadway. Loved and will return!
We were happy with everything but the hotel was very in and out - our room was nice but other than walking through the small lobby to our room, there wasn’t much we experienced at the hotel. It did feel safe and secure though!
4.0
Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom, good location for lower Manhattan fun. The room was quiet too.
Patio door had a convoluted locking handle with instructions that didn’t seem to work
3.0
Good location. Comfy bed
Staff wasn’t super friendly. Room was kind of rundown.

Close to food
The african receptionist that checked us in on Friday 18th was rude and tooo mean

Loved the location and view. Fun easy going environment at the hotel. Great pool when it was open.
Not the most accommodating staff. Didn't restock the mini bar when asked. This is a party hotel, so the rooms were a little worn out, but very clean nonetheless. Pool closes at 1 on weekends and then turns into an expensive club. Would be good to still have a discounted guest access.

Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. Loved the room design, bathroom products, and views were incredible. Booked last-minute due to cancelled flight and exceeded expectations.
Awesome hotel, but not worth $500 for one night. It would normally be out of our budget but we had our flight cancelled and very few options. Room was pretty small and wished we had an extra 1-2 bath towels.
2.5
Room pretty large for New York standards
Hardwood floor
Big shower
The lobby were breakfast is normally served was under repair and I had not been informed at time of booking.
Very noisy location
We always had to ask for coffee pods and minibar to be refilled
2.5
the staff was not really friendly or helpful. the pool was open but had a few issues and despite supposedly running till 5 pm; the staff changed the timings.
some parts of our bathroom ceiling fell off.
3.0
loved that the room was hardwood floor and tile. Bathroom door was stylish. beds were far better than many places we’ve stayed.
our room was definitely not high enough up. we heard so much road noise, drunk people etc… while the shower itself was nice, anytime the hot water was on it made a very loud banging noise the entirety of your shower. we could here it from other peoples rooms too.
2.5
beds were comfy and clean.
overpriced for what it was. Front desk was not very friendly.

The rooms are nice and have good views.
While Booking.com confirms in writing that the Resort Fee / Amenity Fee is included in the rate, the hotel still charges this fee ($ 34.-- per night!) to the credit card at check-out and does not care about the written agreement and confirmation issued by Booking.com. Our well documented dispute has been to no avail and the hotel pockets several hundred dollars without justification. The hotel managers appear to know very well that the credit card company and Booking.com make the recovery process extremely tedious for the traveler. Surely, many guests will give up after a while. After now more than 2 months the case is still not solved. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service of this hotel chain - this no longer fits into today's world. Our 4th stay at this establishment will unfortunately have been the last. We have a choice.

it was clean in the room.
Lobby was not welcoming, stuff at the reception was not welcoming either. There is no breakfast at the property.

The unit was clean.
Wifi was a bit shoddy. Also, TV features didn't really work (casting from phone to TV; using bluetooth features to play music in my room, etc.)
4.0
The hotel itself is very nice, nice lobby and the staff were kind. Our room was definitely big compared to usual standard in New York so we were happy with that!
The rooftop bar is worth a visit!
Unfortunately there was no possibility to have breakfast which is a bit of a down side.
4.0
Room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and quiet enough.
The roof was closed most of the time despite being one of the main benefits of the location / property.
