This was our second time staying at this home and everything was great. We had a full house, but with the layout and three bathrooms we never felt like it was too small. There was plenty of towels and even beach towels for the hot tub. It was nice that it was stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and shampoo and conditioner. The property has plenty of parking for trailers. The location is outside of Moab, but didn’t feel too far. It was nice to be out of town away from the business. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy access with good trailer parking. Had everything we needed.

Very nice home, well equipped kitchen and decor was very tasteful. Back patio was inviting in the evenings.
4.8
Loved the location, great size of unit for a family of 7, and hot tub!
4.8
Plenty of parking for trailers and trucks. New facilities that are clean and well cared for.
4.8
Great place to stay and unwind after a day of hiking and biking .

The place is perfect for a Moab trip. The parking for a trailer and vehicles is ideal. The garage is spacious enough to actually use for parking or loading your vehicle for the next day’s activities.
Cell coverage is a bit weak in the immediate area so WiFi and WiFi calling were our primary means of communication while at the house.
The layout of the house makes a great space for eating and hanging out with your group. The storage in the pantry and closet is convenient for a short term visit.

This home was absolutely perfect for our visit to Moab! The home was spotless- the location was perfect for all things Moab- and the setting was very private and pristine. If/when we make a return visit to Moab this would be my #1 choice to stay. Also great service and communication throughout the booking and planning process!

Property was clean and well stocked. It was hard to find at night since there was no light at the sign going into the compex.

This is exactly what we needed! Plenty of beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 car garage and extra trailer parking. Everything we needed was provided as far as dishes, cups, etc. Texted with Guest services early in the morning about cable TV outage and they responded almost immediately. They reached out to the TV provider to confirm an area outage and offered to have someone come in person to verify it wasn't a local issue.

spa, location, kitchen, garage space, great views, everything was really great.

The property was just as described: newer, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a few miles out of town - stargazing from the back patio and hot tub was amazing!

Perfect area for large trailers. Home was amazing.

This rental was lovely. Our only issue was that the bedrooms are small and there wasn’t a good place for the potable crib. We enjoyed our stay and it was clean and comfortable.

This house is great for a group! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was amazing after a day of mountain biking. Lots of space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice to be able to do laundry on-site! Love the open floor plan and the large garage! It was a few miles from town- but that’s ok bc we drove to bike trails anyway. Would definitely book again!

The house is nicely located. Not too far from downtown. Easily missed using the GPS but was fine once we found it. The house has a beautiful view of rim and has nice ameniti

Positives: The house was beautiful and met our needs and expectations. The landscape of the mountains in the backyard was gorgeous. Great location and comfortable for the 6 of us. Well furnished with lots of kitchen ware. Loved having a washer and dryer! They also had hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towel rolls there ready to use which was a huge plus! We would stay at this place again if our in Moab area!
Negatives: We had a problem with our tub in the hall bathroom not draining. I called and they said they would send someone out to fix and nobody came out to fix. Outside patio was full of dirt and spider webs, We understand the desert gets dust but we would hope the first day of arrival it would have been cleaned up.
Minor touch ups needed like some new bath towels (some had holes in them), cleaning of the screen area of the faucet in-the master and hall bath as they shoot out in three little
streams of water.
Hot tub not working yet but we did see someone there trying to fix it.
4.8
The house was beautiful and in a great location. We visited 3 national parks during our stay. It was better than expected. We had an issue with the hot tub and it was handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We will definitely book here again if we travel back to Moab.

My family loved the house. It was in a great quiet location. And it was clean. The house was well stocked with items that we needed. We were really disappointed that the Hot tub was broke. Parts were on order to repair. The Hot Tub was one of the features I wanted from the VRBO house search. That is the reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star. We visited Arches National Park, Canyon Lands National Park on the Moab side, Capitol Reef National Park, and shopping in Moab. We really enjoyed South East Utah.

Tile floors in kitchen and great room dirty, haven’t been mopped in who knows.
Kitchen sink dirty
Refrigerator empty but dirty
When you’re paying big bucks for cleaning you expect it clean when you arrive.
Well the patio was covered in fresh and weeks old bat poop, unusable.
Hot tub broken it has broken for a long time rust on the broken cover, but I was told it just broke and I would be compensated $25 per day, still have not receive a dime in compensation.
NO HOT TUB
I bet if vasa paid the cleaning people what they charged me for cleaning the place would be cleaned properly.
wifi password was not posted anywhere, I had to contact vasa for it.
Confirmed hot-tub was working at booking, that was a main reason I picked this place.
The lock box lock is pathetic and hard to deal with, put a real lighted keyless lock on it
Kitchen screen door sticks severely --unusable

A few suggestions: we would have appreciated instruction booklets on how to use dishwasher, TV and coffee maker. If there were booklets we did not find them. Also, floor rugs were slippery. We had to be very cautious, especially in bathrooms, (we're all old).
Overall, it was a most enjoyable stay.
Thank You.

Nice modern house with hot tub. Did not understand from the listing that two of the bedrooms contained BUNK queen beds. Hot tub code to unlock was not correct and had to call to get a code that worked. Tub still had a Sandy bottom, but temperature was good. Overall a nice stay, bunks not what we expected.

We loved this house! We had a group of 7 adults and there was plenty of room to feel comfortable. The three full baths was a huge plus so that everyone get showered quickly after a long day on the trails. The best part of the property was all of the room to park a trailer. We came to Moab to go on the Jeep trails and had five jeeps with two trucks and trailers. The view of the huge red rock in the backyard was the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee.

We stayed on the side of the complex where the back yard faced the rim and it is awesome. The only issue we had is that Google Maps directions are wrong. It is 3/4 to a Mile past where Google says to stop.

A little ways out of town
There is a mouse in the house

HAS A GRILL. Vacasa was not great at responding to emails. Tried to contact someone about it having a grill or not as some reviews say yes and the listing itself does not say. But it does. We hauled ours there just in case as they had never responded. This place was awesome! Exceeded our expectations. Was the perfect set up with open layout, queen size bunk bends were great and loved each bedroom having a bathroom close by. Was such a beautiful home. There was a group of 6 of us adults and one child and we loved this home. Is out of town but was great as it was quiet and lots of room for parking for the rigs. Hot tub was great as all of us fit. Beautiful view from the back and awesome little enclosed outdoor area. Also had a big two car garage with another fridge. The appliances in the kitchen were great with ice and water out of the fridge. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved our stay in this house!
Super easy to find, get in and enjoy. We loved soaking in the hot tub after long days of hiking. We packed lunches and ate dinner out every night, so didn’t use the kitchen much except for breakfast, but it was more than adequate. The beds are comfortable (have you ever seen a queen bunk bed? So cool!), and the bathrooms luxurious!
We stayed mid-March with morning temps below freezing, but there must be heated floors because the tile was warm on bare feet.
Fast internet and a smart TV was appreciated.
Communication through Vacasa was prompt and on time for check-in and check-out. We’ve stayed at other properties where the check-out process makes for a stressful departure, but all we had to do was start the dishwasher, turn off the lights and lock the door!

Great stay!
We loved the location, being south of Moab. The place was quiet and the view from the back window was really nice. Everything was clean, well maintained and tastefully appointed. We had one small issue with the coffee maker but the property manager showed up after hours with a replacement! This is our first Vacasa rental and we were very pleased with everything.
