The bed was very comfortable.
There were only 3 teaspoons. You could use more teaspoons.
A plug in, electric tea kettle would be a nice addition.
A dish strainer would be nice. There were black spots floating on top of the body wash in the main shower.- mold?

We enjoyed our stay here. It ended up being like 3 blks from where my friend lived.

This place was so welcoming and warm just like home! The beds and linens are soft and very comfortable. The convenience of having two full bathrooms is such a plus when you have several adults. We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again!

This home is beautifully furnished and maintained. It is in a nice neighborhood. House is right next to a long hiking trail, great for a morning walk.
Nice to have an outside area with a gas grill for cooking outdoors. Furniture is very nice . Beds comfortable (always a plus in a rental).
One safely suggestion is to be careful backing out of driveway. Use the parking lane that is available. There is a hill just before the house and visibility is a challenge.

A nice place. The description was accurate (and there really is a lot of green space nearby for hikes).

This house was perfect for our week long stay to see our son attending college near by and working with Devyn and iTrip was smooth. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood is darling, great for walks, and close to all the neighboring towns of Hillsboro, Aloha, Cornelius, and Forest Grove.
We used the kitchen a lot and even had some friends over for one dinner. There is plenty of seating and supplies.
I would definitely recommend this house. We hope to rent it again!

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not really set up to cook but fine for breakfast and coffee. Somewhat busy street so backing out was a little stressful and there was some road noise. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated but overall, quite a good stay.

We arrived as tourists and left as residents. We spent the month of July at SummerCrest cottage looking to buy a home in Beaverton. The cottage provided us with a base from which to explore the surrounding area. We found one around the corner two doors down the street from the cottage. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds are particularly comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay.

Location, location, location
Amazing property for our long weekend stay in the Portland area. Located in a wonderful established quiet neighborhood. Huge bonus was the house location being right next to a walking path that led to trails miles upon miles long. The house was furnished well with comfortable beds. Hopefully can take advantage of this spot another time.

Comfortable home near nature trails.
We appreciated the well stocked home while we were renovating our own home. The trails right outside the door were lovely and the birds and ducks were out in the pond nearby.
A bottle of wine on the console was a nice touch. Wish we'd had time to enjoy the free wine tastings offered at local winerys!

Lovely
Though on the upper floor, access was only 4 steps. We felt welcomed with a clean home and a bottle of wine to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the walking paths adjacent to this home were wonderful, even a little challenging. We would use this home again.

Clean, easy and nice!
We had a great stay. Needed last minute accommodations and they were responsive and got us in same day. The property very clean and warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space and would definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Great area and close to most places
If you want a clean and affordable place to stay in the Beaverton area this is it. Clean and easy to get to.
My only real complaint is the parking. It's not bad it's just on a busy street and it's best to back in. There's a hill on one side and cars on it think it's Indy 500 on that road. So just be careful and triple check before you back in.
There's a wonderful trail system right out your front door and it's paved and everyone walking in the area seem very nice. You really get that PNW vibe.
All in all a great little place.

A hot time in a cool place
During our stay we encountered a record-breaking heat wave with ranges from 106 to 115 for most of the 12 days we were there. Thankfully the A/C held up and we were able to sleep well and enjoy the indoors during the brutal afternoons.
The place was well kept and offered everything one could expect in comfort. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly impressive as it offered the comfort one is use to at home, but seldom finds at a vacation rental.
We plan to stay here in the future whenever we visit our grandkids.
