Take the walkway over the dunes to pristine beaches, on the quieter end of Myrtle. Keep fun in the sun going at the huge outdoor pool or on the lazy river. Further amenities include an exercise room, whirlpools, and seasonal on-site dining.
The walkable locale also keeps you close to restaurants and shopping, with golf courses nearby by car. Plus, we’re in the desirable north end of Myrtle Beach (just north of the Golden Mile, just south of Dunes Village), so we’re located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
LIVING AREAS
Both condos offer inviting living areas, each outfitted with a love seat, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHENS & DINING
There is a well-appointed kitchen in each condo that provides a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for two.
At meal time, there is a dining table for six in each condo.
BED & BATH
Both condos sleep 16 guests in six bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.
Both master suites boast a king-size bed and direct access to a beachfront balcony. The ensuite master bathrooms feature double vanities and tub/shower combinations.
Three of the guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the other holds two full-size bed. Both guest bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.
Professionally-laundered linens and towels provided.

There are 50 feet of beachfront balconies that showcase endless views of the Atlantic. One balcony wraps around the side, so you can sit and watch the sun rise over the crashing waves, then in the evening move your chair to watch the sun set! Plus, one rear bedroom has a private balcony with a view that rivals most other Myrtle Beach properties.

The huge 120-foot Oceanfront Outdoor Pool with 10.5-foot Deep End provides year-round aquatic fun. In summer months, float the lazy river that winds around the Phase 2 building. On the few chilly days, an indoor pool is in the building!

Beautiful properties with excellent views! Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was great as well!

The stay went well. There were a few things that we would like to point out and a few suggestions.
Bathroom sink didn't drain, Toilet constantly ran if we didn't take the lid off and adjust the button for flushing. There was no extra toilet paper, we had to ask for it. We were only given 1 washcloth per person, which meant lots of laundry, which in turn is more expensive for the owner. Patio furniture needs replaced, very worn and 3-4 of the chairs were broken. We would suggest extra blankets be left for each room in the closets and would also suggest a small shelf with some board games, cards, books etc. We have had this at several other locations and it was nice for the family since we aren't packing that for airline travel. Also, maybe a sheet on the refrigerator with any "house rules", checkout information, etcc. It was a nice place and it did accommodate us well. It was a little misleading not actually being beachfront, we could not see the beach from the patio.

There aren't enough words to express how amazing this property is. The balcony is LONG, plenty of room to relax. There were 16 in my party. We had so much space. Everything was clean. The oceanfront view was PERFECT. The condos are literally right next door to each other, away from most everything else, which made it very convenient with 16 people and kids going back and forth. I will be staying here again. :)

The 10th floor corner unit with the wrap around balcony provides an unobstructed view of the entire coastline as far as the eye can see. The unit is very spacious with a large foyer and the third bedroom has a double door entrance with access to a second private balcony. Grocery stores were two blocks away and restaurants abound in the area. The Carolina Winds property where the unit is located has great amenities and the most convenient access to the beach. As seasoned beach goers our stay at the Palm Sands corner unit was truly a once in a life time experience.

Response to issues by host was excellent. For the amount of money spent on cleaning - fairly disappointing. Dirty floors and bathroom sinks. Bathtub safety mat was not immediately obvious for use.

If you want a centrally located property, this is as good as it gets. The beach was not crowded. It is difficult to find a property that is large enough for a big family. You will have plenty of room.
The owner and host are excellent. They will immediately help if you have any problems. It isn't a place that doesn't return your calls or ignores you.

We came to the beach for the Women Of Joy conference. We had the best time at the Psalm Sands condos @Carolina Winds. Very clean and spacious and the atmosphere was perfect for families. Great pools and hot tubs!

4 Generation family vacation
Having 2 units side by side was so convenient and the views were fabulous. We didn’t feel crowded at all with our group. The only thing I would add is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We checked in on the heels of a tropical storm and were a little concerned but things cleared up in time for a great July 4th. It was good to actually meet Megan the day after check-in. She had noticed a small thing needing attention and wanted to correct it. We have stayed both farther south and north, but found the location and accommodations to be a great choice. We ran out of time before doing everything on our list, so looking forward to doing it again. All we need now is another scheduling miracle!

Rental units seriously under maintained
The condition of the units was badly aged and in need of serious updating. There is not enough room in a “summary” to list everything, but suffice it to say the pictures in the listing bear no resemblance to the actual conditions we experienced.

The restroom bath tub was slow. One wash basin was clogged. The property manager didn't get it fixed in 3 days we were staying. Other than that, we had great time.

First day of arrival my son killed 3 big water bugs in his room. The bathroom toilet was leaking water on the floor Whenever it was flushed. This place definitely need renovation to much money spent wasn't worth it will definitely take my business elsewhere.

You will not be disappointed in this rental!! The condos are both spacious and truly give breath taking views of the ocean. The pictures are a true representation of the furniture and setup. Location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and personable. Definitely will consider staying again in the future.

Rooms With a View! Wow!
We had a wonderful time. The location, view, bedrooms, pool, hot tub, beach etc. were great. Everything you could ask for! We had seven adults who like to golf, swim, and play cards, watch sports, play music. My only wish was there was a connecting door between the units. If the two places aren't rented out separately then I would make one into a large family room, with plenty of seating, and the other into more of a kitchen and dining room with a bigger table. We couldn't all sit at the table to eat or sit on the couches to chat or watch tv or enjoy the view. All in all, though, we made it work for us. If you're going to have more than six people, just be aware of the logistics of eating or lounging together.

Family reunion
The booking, communication and check in were excellent! Very informative and accurate. The property was clean but could stand to be updated. The pool was amazing- it’s outdoor, has a 10ft deep end and heated beginning in October. They also have an indoor pool and jacuzzis. The on-site restaurant was closed for the season and the arcade only has 3 games - not the owners fault, just info. We were located in a nice quiet end of the beach!

Great beachfront condos
A fantastic set of beachfront condos. The listing exactly describes the space. Our group was very comfortable with all the space and we really enjoyed the corner condo view of the beach. You can clearly see all the way down to downtown Myrtle Beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice oceanfront condo
Easy check-in process. Megan was very quick with responses. The condo is right on the beach with easy access to a number of golf courses. Would recommend to any groups or family visiting Myrtle Beach.

Sunny Beach Vacation
Great property and location. On-site bar and restaurant for cocktails at the pool. Beach access within 50 steps of the pool. Dedicated parking lot on the property. No need to walk very far for anything. The place was clean and all the appliances worked great. Plenty of cups, silverware and dishes for all 15 of us. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back to visit again! Thank you.
