Welcome to Sea-clusion at 615 East Arctic Avenue on Folly Beach! This oceanfront home has stunning oceanfront views and spacious accommodations for up to 12 friends or family members. The large covered porch and two open decks provide plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy watching the dolphins and famous Folly Beach sunrises. Head down to the beach with your private boardwalk access.
The main level offers an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining room all flowing together in one common room. Gaze upon ocean views from all angles! Cozy up on the oversize living room furnishings. Watch your favorite TV shows, sports, and movies on the large, flat screen TV that can be seen from all areas in the common room. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities to cook and serve meals for the entire family. Extended kitchen counter makes cooking prep a breeze, serve meals buffet style, and you can be kept company in the kitchen with bar stool seating for 5 guests. Dining area seats 10 at the large table with an option for 2 more at the smaller side table. Hallway access to the half bathroom. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed complete the first floor layout.
Wake up to oceanfront views in master bedroom 1 with convenient, direct covered porch access. The ensuite bathroom for bedroom 1 features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 also has complete privacy with an adjoined standing shower bathroom.
Take the stairs to the second floor, where you'll find another living area and the additional 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Have a little quiet time, or let the kids take over this smaller, second living room area, while the adults occupy the downstairs. Another large, flat screen TV provides entertainment after a long beach day.
Choose any of the 3 second floor bedrooms and you'll have panoramic oceanfront views, as well as oceanfront deck access. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and direct access to a sun deck. The oversize bathroom includes double sinks, standing shower, and a separate garden tub. Bedroom 4, in the middle, includes 2 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep a total of 4 people, as well as direct access to full bathroom 3. Go out to either second floor ocean side deck on the right or left side of the room. Bedroom 5 sleeps 4 people with 1 double and 1 queen bed. Bathroom 5 is a full bath with double sinks and a standing shower. Relax on the oceanfront deck with direct access from bedroom 5.
Additional outdoor space is provided with the ground level, covered deck. Rinse the sand off from your fun time on the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Utilize the gas grill for preparing your family meals & beach cookouts.
Parking for 3 vehicles is free in the driveway on the property. Street parking is free and first come, first serve for any other vehicles joining your group. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Enjoyed the house and was just right size for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. Very peaceful but still convenient to activities.

The house satisfied our family for our beach experience with direct access to the beach. It had ample space and a large, open kitchen that was nicely stocked. Access to the house was easy. The grill area was underneath the property near the parking area but did not have adequate lighting which was only an issue at night. Our only negative remark pertains to pricing. It was listed as less than $600.00 “avg”. It ended up costing us over $1,000 per day after all fees were added in. Overall it was a positive vacation experience that we would repeat but ended up costing much more than advertised.

Home plenty large enough. Could use some updating. Dishwasher wasn’t working and with 10 people was a big hassle. Sewage overflow in the driveway was not pleasant either. The back deck with view was awesome.

Our friend group traveled from various parts of the country to celebrate our dear friend's wedding. We were incredibly eager to stay at this property after a meticulous vetting process. Our only focus should have been celebrating our friend and enjoying vacation. As we were having lunch on the day of check in, we received a call from Carolina One. They informed us that the property was no longer available for our group - THE DAY OF. We later discovered, through our own due diligence, that they double booked us with another group who they could squeeze more money out of. Of course, we were the causalities, and were notified only a few HOURS before check in. They pulled the rug on us in the most unprofessional and despicable manner. This directly caused large amount of unnecessary stress.
We spent the rest of our first day scrambling (stressfully) to find a new solution. Because it was May in Charleston, there were slim pickings, and nothing to satisfy our original criteria. We paid and planned for a house that was walking distance to downtown Folly, with 5 beds (meant for adults), 5 baths, and direct beach access from our back deck.
Instead, we received a house with the following traits:
-2.7 miles from downtown, instead of a ten minute walk like we paid and planned for
-one of the bedrooms only had bunk beds meant for small children, instead of 5 bedrooms meant for adults, like we paid and planned for
-did not have direct beach access, like we paid and planned for
-included a condo (for only 3/4 nights?) so that one of us could inconveniently chug 3 miles in the middle of the night to have their own comfortable bedroom
-PM threw in golf carts, which defeats the purpose and ability to have a drinks at dinner and walk home, an ability that we planned and paid for. Additionally, golf carts are prohibited in Folly after dark, which put us in a bind every night as Ubers and Lyfts are a scarcity at the moment
This was in NO way a "comparable," solution. As previously stated, I have never left a negative review in my 10 years of traveling as an adult. After this last second cancellation by Carolina One, I cannot imagine them denying a refund after the blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

Thanksgiving at the beach!
This was our second time renting the house this year and it was wonderful. The rooms and sleeping space is perfect for our family and it’s great to have so many bathrooms. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the big table inside and the teenagers had a table outside - it was perfect! Beautiful weather and special memories.

Great family house!
We had a great experience at The Surely House. Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom and the extra beds in each room were awesome. The view from the main room is fabulous and beach access is perfect. The only negatives we had were the size of the showers upstairs and the furnishings were a bit worn, but they were completely workable. We had a great time and appreciate the support and interactions with property management. Thank you!

I rented this property for a weekend in March to celebrate my 50th bday but the beaches shut down so we had to postpone. The owner was great about keeping in touch and working with us to reschedule, in the end offering us much better than the original plan! Great to work with!

Ice maker was great. The dryer’s lint trap is broken and ripped several of our clothes because they got caught and all tangled up.

Beach House with Everything even a RAINBOWS
We could not have been more pleased! Plenty of “hot Water” plenty of towels, air conditioning worked perfect!! The rooms very very spacious. The one & only problem was our refrigerator died the day we arrived.. our amazing PM Steven came out that night checked it...the next morning he brought a brand new one!! Our stay was amazing!! Thank you.. Foley Beach was Beautiful!!

Great to work with!
Great location, plenty of room for guests! The kitchen is completely stocked with more pots and pans and accessories than you could ever need. Absolutely loved having the icemaker, that was awesome! Probably could use an upgrade on the fridge soon! Stephen was great to work with, given the rescheduling and uncertainty of Covid. Very generous!

This house had way more beds than we needed (2-3 per room upstairs, one each downstairs) but it didn’t take away from the floor space or house size.
Very clean house, had everything we needed. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen and this didn’t disappoint! Great owner communication, we loved this house and the location! Will definitely be back again!!!

Great home to stay on your vacay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. Very clean. Management is very helpful. Loved every minute of our stay!

Folly House Stay
Great property with a wonderful location. The manager was wonderful to deal with and our stay was reasonably priced as well. There were a few items that could have been cleaned a bit better but nothing to complain about too much. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Loved our Folly Beach stay
This house was perfect for the seven of us. The private walkway all the way out to the beach was super nice. Big bedrooms and our three girls loved being together in one bedroom with the ocean views the length of their room. Great deck for our seven to hang out and eat lunch under a covered balcony.

Bedrooms are laid out nicely. Porch has a great view of the ocean. Close enough to center of Folly to walk (10 minutes), but far enough away to avoid the crowds.

Perfect family vacation spot
This is the fourth time we have rented this house and we feel very much at home there. The only downside is the ant problem on the tongue and groove portion of the porch. Hard to sweep all food particles off. Pressure washing may help. Great house for our extended family.
