About this house rental

Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.

The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.

Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! The location to the village, the beautiful and updated home all make for an easy and relaxing stay! The property owners Maria and Buddy are very responsive and welcoming. They have thought of everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoy the cleanliness of the home and also the large fully equipped kitchen. This is a huge plus for our family gathering. We look forward to staying here again next year!

This house had everything we needed and was extremely adorable and plenty big enough for what we needed. So close to everything including walking through and shopping in the town would totally recommend staying here.

What a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the Finger Lakes. Perfect kitchen where we made a majority of our meals, bbq was spot on too. We enjoyed a few nights of sweet summer weather with a campfire and no bugs(not used to that one). Ok the cicadas and crickets were singing. The yard is quite large and allowed for a little soccer fun as well. Bedrooms and Beds were just right. Everyone was well rested and absolutely no complaints. Thanks guys for a great stay!!

The house was very clean and in good shape. The drive into town was quick and easy and the area was lovely. The outdoor space was comfortable and had lots of room. The host provided some great info prior to our arrival and was very responsive when I had questions. The road out front was very busy, and there was no walking access to get to the lake, but that didn't detract from the house itself.

The house is in a great location for a trip where you will be on the move around the finger lakes. Great outside space for kids to run around. Kitchen is well equipped, including two ovens. Just a few minute drive to Skaneateles for great food and shops. The owners are great communicators. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was so easy to get to, just right outside of town. Everything was seamless, check-in was easy as well. Property manager listed details around the area as well as additional information in a binder for easy access. Would stay there again in a heart beat! Very clean property, felt like it was a second home to stay in.

We just stayed there for wedding 7/7-9th. House was perfect and location was a 7 minute drive to town. The parking held more than 4 cars which I was worried about! Highly recommend and communication with PM was excellent!

House was exceptionally and comfortably furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc allowing 4 people to prepare very separate breakfasts easily. Deck was so nice. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Only minor flaw was busy road that made driving to town a necessity. One of the roomier properties we have rented.Thank you. Thank you.

Myself husband, parents, my teen daughter and my adult daughter son in law and granddaughter went to visit my daughter in Syracuse. This was a great place for us. We could make a meal in the beautiful kitchen, hang out and play cards. The location was excellent we visited Syracuse, apple orchard and the adorable town. It was a home away from home.

This was the perfect house for a low-key relaxing Bachelorette weekend on Skaneateles Lake. The house was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. So close to the heart of the town, we had no problem getting around and finding plenty of things to do right in town. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Buddy and Maria have a lovely rental that is located near the town of Skaneatles. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bath of the first floor and a bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and the common areas and back deck are great places to gather. Would stay again at their place.

This home was nicely decorated in a clean and crisp decor. It looked like it had recently been renovated and it came out lovely. Pretty much anything we needed they had. Linens and paper products were provided and there were the basics that you need on hand as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the convenience and comforts of a beautifully kept home for our week at Skaneateles Lake. Everything you would need was supplied and also the beds and bathrooms were updated and well maintained. This was the perfect home base for when family had gathered for a wedding in the area, and we all enjoyed our stay tremendously.
