THE VIEW!!!!!!!! It was an amazing location. Just a small walk from the center of town and the view in the mornings and evenings as amazing.
The stairs could be done with a handrail. And there was enough room in the cabin for a desk and chair.
That was my only complaint.

The property has stunning gardens and an incredible view of the mountains and sunset - better than any in town! At night you can see stars so clearly! We stayed for two nights and spent our time hiking in the surrounding area. The property was incredibly clean and well supplied, we’re very sad we didn’t get to stay longer!

De ruime ruimte, de gastvrijheid en de service en het ongelofelijk mooie uitzicht. O ja en de temezcal direct aan de overkant van de straat.

The place has a beautiful view and the people were very nice

tv and internet worked well. kitchen was functional too.
a few things were not working. for example the light in the kitchen and the drain stopper for the bath tub.

The downstairs had a not great smell

Loved how easy the access was - although instead of being in the lockbox when we arrived the door was just open. We arrived late at night so before trying the door we walked around a bit. would have been great to know we could walk right in :)

There were three adults and 2 kid. Had to be careful with the sterp terrain with the 4 yr old. Good kitchen. Increíble views
Didn’t find s lot to do with children. A pillow would be nice for the extra bed

super location. great property. wonderful view!
the ladder type stairs with no hand rail. we’re in our 70’s and not so agile anymore.

Great view and location. It is across the street from a temazcal, which I recommend. The temazcal was a unique and refreshing experience. Lots of nature trails to explore and enjoy.
The weather drops drastically at night, so be prepared.

Views are amazing. Warm water in the shower. Well equipped kitchen for us.
Too cold inside. There is one heater but it doesn't reach to the bedrooms. Also there was some awful smell in the living room.

The location was fantastic. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing, the sunset was magical. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. It was about a 10 minute walk into the centre of San Jose and we got a tuk tuk back each evening for only 10 pesos each! Carlos was very helpful and helped us get a bus to our next destination the next day. Tip: If you're travelling on to the Oaxacan coast from here by bus, book the bus well in advance as they fill up very quickly! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.
The water from the shower was either boiling hot or cold. It didn't matter too much as you can have a bath instead.

Such a lovely place to stay. Very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was stunning, and on the other site of the road you can do a wonderful temascal if you are interested. we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation with a beautiful view

It was cozy and cute
The water in the beautiful hot tub was not hot enough and started to jump out of the tub 🤣 I wish they have filters for coffee.

we reserved this property because it looked good online. the plants on the paths were lovely.
we ended up getting another place to stay because the stairs between the bedroom
and bathroom levels were too dangerous. also in the upper bedroom, the floor was very dirty. We were two couples and did not want to risk falling down the stair or picking up an infection. so abandoned our reservation and stayed elsewhere

Amazing views.
Accommodating staff.
Fabulous restaurant very close to the property.
Good location.
Very cold at night…. not enough blankets. Had to
ask for more.
Advertised a hot tub. Was a bath with jets which took
20 mins to fill and jets didn’t really work.

I loved how confortable and clean it was.
that it is still in construction

The views here are absolutely gorgeous, and these made it worth the stay alone! The location was quiet and peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the big window that opened to gorgeous views.
The lighting was quite harsh and fluorescent at night, and the shower/faucet were poorly planned causing water to leak everywhere in the bathroom. We didn't mind this only staying one night, but we were surprised for sure. There wouldn't have been an issues with the bath - seemed to only be the water not being contained from the shower.

Comfortable accomodations. Very nice views. Barbecue with wood already gathered for us.
Water on floor after bath or shower.

We had a great stay at Camino al Cielo. The view from the room and balcony is amazing. Totally worth it. The host was very helpful over Whatsapp.
It was difficult to get to without a car. If you arrive by van to San Jose, you need to walk on the highway for about 10 minutes which feels dangerous at times. It would be nice to have a reception to ask questions.

The view and the landscaping!
That there was no sign to find the location.

beautiful little place in the trees, so quiet at night. It was too foggy to see the sunset, but we had a wonderful view the next morning. The place was very clean and the owner was attentive and provided detailed directions to find the cabana

Good location in town, very clean. Excellent customer service and very pretty

Very affordable for a two bedroom chalet. Great views from the two terraces. Location is about a 10 min walk from the main part of town but wasn’t really an issue.
Rooms were a bit cold in January.
5.0
The good: fantastic view and a lovely garden; ample blankets for the cold nights; very spacious, with room for a family
The bad: difficult to find due to total lack of signage and insufficient information from proprietors; oddly configured, with bathroom down a ladder-like staircase from bedrooms; no windows in second bedroom; no heat on a cold night; janky door lock (I couldn’t manage to lock the place up when we left)
The ugly: when I slipped into my bed it was clear that the crumb-laden sheets hadn’t been changed —unacceptable in a place costing nearly US$100/night!

The views were spectacular.

Place is clean, quiet and great
A little difficult to find a sign in the road would be good.
8.0
The view is spectacular! It is really recommended to go there with your friends to enjoy the beauty of San Jose.
One of the room didn’t have windows at all so it was very confusing.

Views from location
It was not finished to an acceptable standard. Lack of basic comforts
This has the potential to be good but does not let the description/photos posted
