About this house rental

506 Timmons is brand new to the vacation rental market and has everything a large family would want or need. On the first floor you will find one of two living area and kitchens. Living area has plenty of seating. large flat screen tv and kitchen has all brand new stainless appliances, eating bar for two and dining table for six. There are two large bedrooms on this floor. Both bedrooms have king beds, flat scree televisions and there is one full bathroom with a tub shower combo. On the second floor you will find the second kitchen with all stainless appliances, dining table that seats six and eating bar that also seats six. On this floor you will also find the second living area with plenty of seating and another flatscreen television and screened in porch over looking pool area. The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen televison, bathroom with double vanit sink, walk in shower and garden tub. On the third floor you will find a guest room one with two full beds and flatscreen television. Guest room two has a king bed and guest room three is a large bunk room complete two bunks with twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom. There is a large flatscreen television, foosball table and two swings. The bathroom on this floor has a double vanity sink with a tub shower combo.

Back down stairs and out the back door is your very own private pool, fire pit with seating, a eating table for eight under the covered porch. This home is located on the South end of Saint Simons. Its approximately a 5 minute car or golf cart ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, putt putt, fishing pier and the historic Saint Simons Island Light House. Grocery store is only a ten minute drive. There are bike paths around Saint Simons that will take you pretty much anywhere on the island.

***Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. We do not offer early check in or late check outs, no exceptions.***

** Pool can be heated for $100.00 per day or $500.00 for the week.

Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom

Our stay at this property was very comfortable. It had plenty of room for our family and friends. The location is walking distance to the waterfront with great restaurants and fun shops. We had a few minor issues which were handled very quickly by Kyle. He was helpful and friendly! The only downside was the listing shows the house has 6 bathrooms, but it actually has 4 1/2 bathrooms. The house has a good layout for a large group with many sitting areas and the screened in porch was very pleasant.

We planned and saved almost all year to stay at this house just to have the owners cancel our week so they could stay there for the 4th We had our grandchildren so excited about this house showing them pictures since Jan.2023 I don’t understand how the owners could do this to a family! By the grace of GOD Georgia Beach rentals helped us find a house. It was so disappointing to say the least!! The house may have been great our chance to enjoy it was taken away by the owner

The property was exactly as pictured. The house had plenty of room for our family. The access to town and the beach was great. We had a wonderful time. The only mishap was the ice maker in the upstairs fridge did not work.

Our 3 generation family enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. It was too cold for the pool or fire pit, but we sure did enjoy the multiple living rooms for just being together and watching games. Easy walk to historic area/town. Playground, tennis/pickle ball courts, mini golf, lighthouse and many dining options all within nice walking distance. Although we are not accustomed to shopping at a Winn Dixie, there is a very nice one within 3 miles, just on the other side of the airport. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Bring your own extra kitchen trash bags, bathroom toiletries & coffee pods. Thanks for a great stay and happy family memories.

This property has it all! Very clean and fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels you need! It is in walking distance to the pier area and shops/restaurants. We would rent this property again!

We rented this home for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and were so pleased! There were 15 of us and this house provided plenty of space. There are 3 different sitting areas inside, 3 different porches, a fabulous pool with lots of sitting space. The house is beautifully decorated. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with wonderful serving dishes, utensils, and several coffee makers. The additional kitchen downstairs is also fully stocked and the extra fridge is convenient when hanging by the pool. This house is walking distance to the village and beach. I highly recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

This is a great property with tons of space. Our group consisted of a family of four and a family of five. there were rooms on the house we never used. Kitchen was well equipped. Convenient location with ample parking. Will definitely rent this house again. Property managers were very responsive.

My family gathered here for Thanksgiving 2021 and it was fabulous! 15 of us and there was plenty of room! The heated pool was wonderful and there are many choices to make as to tourism and browsing shops near the peer. There IS a Pack n Play and several convenient items for infants and small children. My daughter said a sound machine would be nice and maybe some books & games but they were entertained with games they brought. I spent a lot of time around the fire pit enjoying that very much. The kitchen(s) have everything we needed. I would remind visitors when doing laundry upon completion, leave the washer door open just a little to help prevent mold. When using the washer & dryer on the first floor please don’t close the closet door or you’ll get condensation over everything. Just leave the closet door open when in use. I’m saying these tips to help the owner avoid problems. Depending how long the house sits empty I’d recommend running vinegar thru all the coffee machines. And please remove the plug and drain the counter ice maker downstairs for obvious reasons. Wonderful location and beautiful home. The decor is splendid. You won’t regret staying here! 5 Star!

This was a perfect house for a St Simons getaway with the family! Plenty of sitting areas, love the two laundry rooms and kitchens, and love how clean the house was! Also, enjoyed the stylish house decor! Walking distance to the pier! Property manager was great to work with! We plan on staying here again!

I had visited Saint Simons many times since 1972, but have never been with my family. Came upon this house in my search, because of its convenience to Atlanta and large enough for our kids and 3 toddlers under 21/2. It exceeded our expectations! Multiple living areas were a big plus and the bunk room was awesome! Everyone loved it! A tad far from the beach for our group, but golf cart rental made it doable. One tiny nuisance if I’m being honest. The tiny pebbles along one side of the pool were hard on little feet and difficult to avoid, but it didn’t deter us from enjoying the pool! Thanks for hosting us. We will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing time during our stay. The home is beautiful and has plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and linens, and great showers. The home decor is beautiful and elegant. Plenty of patio space to relax outside (including fully screened large deck), and the fire pit and pool were enjoyed by all. It is a 10 min walk to the SSI village area and pier, and a short drive to grocery, beaches, etc. This is a beautiful and upscale home with light colored furniture throughout, so we usually kept food and drinks within the kitchens or patio areas to avoid accidental spills. We will definitely book again!
