Perfect location in downtown Canmore within walking distance of so many nice paths, as well as 10 to 60 minutes of so many great provincial and national parks. Rocky Rental staff was great and helpful as well.

We all enjoyed our stay at Canmore Place. It was the perfect location to walk to downtown and to enjoy the river walk. The hosts were easy to connect and interact with and answered all of our questions. We were even able to make a trip to Banff using the park pass they provided. Thanks for the great vacation!

We were in town for the IBU Biathlon races and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Immediately we could feel how clean the place was. The kitchen had a surprisingly large amount of counter space and was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra large round table in the dining room and ample sitting options in the living room. But the view! Wow, that was priceless! Both bedrooms and entry way had tons of storage and organizing not common in small apartments. The beds were firm and very comfortable…with two pillows per person which is rare in vacation rentals. The two bathrooms was quite a luxury for our family of four adults. The hosts really thought of everything including toiletries! We have fallen in love with Canmore and will definitely try to rebook here again if we are ever lucky enough to return.

Cozy two bedroom condo centrally located. Loved the pizza place right across the street and daily bagel run! Had a great stay.

A great place! Two nice bedrooms with views and two nice bathrooms. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and really fantastic views of the mountains. The location is ideal: a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops, but avoiding street noise. You will enjoy staying there.

Staying at this condo was so awesome 😆 The view of the mountains in the morning was exhilarating. To be close to Main Street and being able to walk up and down visiting different stores was fun. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing and a heart breath taking holiday

Nice condo, great location and great views. This condo worked out very well for two couples staying downtown for a week. Very clean and with all the needed amenities. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We greatly preferred staying in Canmore compared to the much more crowded Banff area. I would highly recommend to others and would stay here again.

The condo was in a good area with easy access and a garage. The beds were comfortable. The condo wasn't as clean as I'd have liked--we had to clean a toilet, and baseboards and corners were dirty. Communication with the property management company was sometimes difficult, and they were quite defensive about any criticism. I'll look elsewhere in the future.

This bright 2-bedroom condo has comfy beds, 2 nice full bathrooms, and a balcony with lovely views of the mountains. It is quite close to town center, with charming cafes, shops, and galleries, and about a 15 minute walk from gorgeous trails along the Bow River or Spring Creek. The garage and building are quite secure. We spent a glorious 6 days here, making full use of the practical kitchen.

The place was well maintained and perfectly located. Appreciated the coffee and well furnished kitchen. Only complaint is that the rooms got too warm at night because the air conditioning only seemed to cool the living area. Also, perhaps providing a park pass would be an added benefit. Other than that, all was great. Communication was good and we had no problem accessing the building.

Absolutely great location and view. Had trouble with communication on simple things we had to have fixed. Example: hairdryer broke and it took two days to get one. Replacement was broken as well but no one even got back to us about it. Also don’t plan on using the dryer. That was broken as well. We ended up air drying our clothes and no one even acknowledged their concern. It was nice they had bear spray (you will need it) and park passes available. The hours of pickup and dropoff of these items weren’t convenient but the amenity was nice. Overall I would recommend this place but know communications and willingness to fix issues are lacking.

We just spent one day here along our travels but it was a relaxing stay. The comunications to access the property were detailed and accurate. The unit is as described and nicely furnished and equipped. It is well suited for a relaxing enjoyable stay. Views from livingroom and deck space are great. Morning coffee outside enjoying the views was very nice. Having a dedicated parking spot is a MUST when staying in downtown Canmore. This unit has one in a secured underground garage with direct elevator access into the building. The spot is good for any mid sized SUV. But it will be tight for trucks and Big SUV's. One tip regarding the garage access to help you start your stay off right. This is a little tricky until you do it once. Then easy... Read and fully understand the access directions before you ariive. Acess to the garage is from a one way narrow and busy alley way. You will be parked and blocking traffic while you perform the access directions. So be prepared with a plan before you arrive so as to make a quick entrance. Maybe google street view it first.

Canmore Place 312 is an excellent vacation rental. Location can't be beat, and the condo amenities were all excellent. Very well stocked kitchen made it simple to do our own cooking when we wanted to.
