THE SPACE
Ocean’s Edge 3B is spacious and beautifully decorated in a coastal appeal with large sofas, natural hardwood tables, pillow accents, and a 50” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room has a large table with 8 dining chairs. The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinetry with natural stone countertops, wooden bar chairs, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to create a culinary delight. There is a sliding glass wall system along the perimeter of the living and dining area that faces the Caribbean for the most impressive views throughout!!

A large, beautifully outfitted master bedroom sits just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with a shower and double sink vanity. The other two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with showers, 1-King bedroom, 2-Twins or 1-King (if twins are combined) bedroom. The suite also has a half bath and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

**All rooms are air-conditioned.

LOCATION
This great location is not only in the coveted “safest area of Ambergris Caye,” but is also only a short drive from all of the great restaurants, shopping, and fun beach bars San Pedro has to offer. The charming town of San Pedro, as well as many fun locations (such as Secret Beach) north of town, are a lot of fun to explore. This condo is professionally managed and you will have access to a professional and attentive team for help with things such as: golf cart rentals, transfer flights, water taxi information, shuttle to/from island air or water terminals, grocery provisioning, tours and activities, restaurant reservations, private chef services, “what to see in San Pedro,” and much, much more.

In addition to the rental rate, there is a $200 USD cleaning fee (plus tax). This is for your arrival/departure clean plus one mid-stay cleaning visit. You may purchase additional days of housekeeping, if desired.

THE SITE
Ocean's Edge has a large beach with a seawall, a shared pier for swimming, lounging, and access to tour boats, plenty of beach loungers, two palapas for shade, hammocks, and free access to kayaks and paddle boards. The pool is fresh water with plenty of loungers on the pool deck + a guest access bathroom. There is golf cart parking on the street-side of the complex and an elevator for floors 2-5.

Our family of 5 had a relaxing 3 days at Ocean’s Edge 3b. The property manager and grounds keeper are wonderful-professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The property is beautiful, quiet, relaxing, comfortable. Ester booked our flights via Maya air, our snorkel experience via Yolo, our ground transport and our golf cart. Our favorite food was from Robin’s- try it! We loved snorkeling at Hol Chan but next time we will book a different tour- the yolo was more party than snorkel- really fun if that is what you are looking for (not us). We noticed people being picked up at the dock for Hol Chan snorkeling so we will do that next time.

This condo has a great layout, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The view is stunning. Loved watching the osprey hunting every morning. The paddle boarding was fun but don't expect to swim in the ocean here and secret beach is n hour away by golf cart. We would certainly return here.

This property was perfect for our adult family of five to experience Belize for the first time. We stayed over Christmas, and the people of Belize really work hard to accommodate tourists. Everything was open over the holidays. The condo is very well stocked with dishware, cookware and paper products. It was very clean. The view is spectacular. Paddle boards and kayaks were available to use. This is the first VRBO property I have rented that came with a personal concierge. Ester was amazing from start to finish and took such good care of us, including getting us help on Christmas day when our golf cart would not start. She made the whole experience stress free from booking airline transfers to making dinner reservations. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at Oceans Edge for a week in July. This place is amazing in so many ways. First, even before arriving, Ester from the property management company, contacted us with all the necessary information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible: flights to the island, golf cart rentals, excursions, groceries, etc... Even during our stay, she was pretty much our own personal concierge that responded via Whatsapp very promptly to all of my questions and requests. Next, the grounds were immaculate. The groundskeeper and his assistant helped with kayaks and paddleboard usage. The seaweed was cleared every morning and the beach was raked to perfection. Each day, they were happy to see you and greeted you with a smile. And finally, the unit itself is beautiful. It is large and has everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. And obviously you can't beat the ocean front view. The location on the south side of the island is quite and is the perfect distance from the downtown area. It was like we had our own little slice of heaven. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you. I was a little concerned at first about this. The management company just took over the property earlier this year. I was so happy that I chose Oceans Edge.

Please be aware that you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to put it in the trash. This is quite common on the island. However, this was not stated in the listing, so was a bit of a shock for me and my group. This absolutely should be stated in the listing. Other than that, its a nice condo with a great view. You will need to rent a golf cart. Best restaurant from our perspective on the island is south, about 1/2 mile or so, of the condo called Playa Del Sala. Small boutique hotel , adults only. Food is delish. New chef started a few weeks ago. If you stay make sure you visit.

Our family had an amazing time staying ten days at Ocean's edge. The photos on VRBO do not capture that you wake up to colorful sunrises over turquoise waters. Rays and other ocean life can be spotted from the end of the dock. If you want to venture out on a tour, your guides can pick you up from this spot. Ester, the property manager, was a miracle worker with hard to get holiday restaurant reservations. She found us a golf cart when I was having trouble myself, and most amazingly, found a tour group to take us out for a combination snorkel and dive trip to Turneffe Atoll, something I had not been able to find. And it was an amazing tour with nurse sharks, rays, turtles, schools of blue tang, and angle fish. And, of course, living beautiful corals. Hope you can go, and remember to bring your reef safe zinc sunscreen to protect all that ocean beauty.
