Welcome to the “Village Sea House” a new Saint Simons vacation home.

We are minutes from East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village, which serves as the downtown hub for shopping, dining, and enjoying island life. Both are easily accessed on one of two "Village Sea House" golf carts FREE to our guests.

Spend your days soaking in the private pool, enjoying cocktails on one of three covered porches, or exploring the island on our two golf carts. Regardless of how you vacation, the “Village Sea House” is where stunning design meets southern lifestyle.

The house is tucked into a neighborhood and a quick (4-6 minutes) golf-cart ride to multiple public access areas for the beach as well as the Mallery St/Pier Area. The house is perfect set up...Big common kitchen/dining/living room. Huge screened-in porches on both floors and the pool is clearly well taken care of. The two car garage is a nice thing because it was easy to access & store our beach stuff...plus they had a bunch of stuff too. Gas grill is also hooked into the gas line of the house, so that was easy. Only downside was I had to follow up multiple times with the property manager (Not the owner) because there was only one golf cart, when listing said two. Apparently the larger of the two was in the shop, so we couldn't fit all 7 of us. The property manager instructed me to contact owner via VRBO regarding a refund and I did so, but they are experiencing some weather from Hurricane Debby, so I'm sure they will get back to me when they can with a fair credit. There were also a couple of small repairs I performed while there (stuff that happens to rental property). Set screw on fridge door handle was loose & gate latch was broken (which was kind of a problem because it led to the pool). I let property manager know about each. If both carts were there...this place is a 10+....it's just we had an issue that is just "one of those things" that happen. We dealt with it and I'm confident the owner will be fair regarding a credit.

Not all bedrooms had Ceiling fans. Kitchen drawers not secure and lacked utensils/ knives. Thermostat was difficult to operate. Overall we had a pleasant experience. Golf carts were very helpful driving to the beach.

House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It also had lots of kid cups, bowls, and plates, etc.There was also a good supply of pool toys. Location was very convenient. Golf carts made it easy going to beach and village. Layout of house is convenient for big family. Would definitely try to stay there in return trip.

I’ll start by saying the house was wonderful. This was our 9th year to St. Simons Island and our 2nd year to stay in this neighborhood. It’s nice and quiet and tucked away but still convenient to the beach and the village. We made good use of the golf carts. We rent one every year so it was a huge treat to have two available for our group of 11! We spent a lot of time in the pool…loved the loungers. We also spent a lot of time utilizing both screened in porches. A few books were read and afternoon naps were taken on those porches. Everyone in our group enjoyed the space and all said the beds were comfy. Even though there are no dressers in the rooms there is plenty of space in the closets to unpack for the week. Oh and the master bathroom was dreamy!! All in all the house was well stocked (especially with towels, toys and equipment for both the beach and the pool). We didn’t pack anything but sunscreen for the beach and pool and everything we needed and more was provided!) Highly recommend booking this house. Megan was great to work with and stayed in contact with me whenever I had a question. Book now!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property! We loved all of the gathering spaces. The indoor porch was a huge bonus! A patio umbrella for the lounge chairs would be a great suggestion and hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Village Sea House is a beautiful new home tucked in to a quiet neighborhood. It was absolutely perfect for our group of seven. The pool and patios were great for hanging out. And, we thoroughly enjoyed having the golf carts available; there is no better way to see the island!

The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were super comfortable with soft sheets. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we loved the easy access getting around town in the golf carts. Great location close to the pier and excellent restaurants. Only issue was the TV /WiFi went out a few times and unfortunately interrupted a SpaceX launch we were watching. Otherwise, a wonderful home we will definitely rent again. Great job to the host on a detailed and well informed Welcome Book. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. It was super clean and roomy, the beds were comfortable and the screened in back porch was just perfect. The owner put together a great brochure with details on the house, restaurant recommendations and activities. The golf carts were a wonderful way to get to town. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Village Sea House. The house is larger than anticipated even based on the listing and we were all able to spread out during our stay. This is also possibly the best-stocked house I have ever rented. The attention to detail was fabulous and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

This place was as good as it gets. The process was flawless and probably the best communication I have had when renting. The place is well located and having the golf carts was a bonus! The house was really well stocked. The host was amazing. I can’t say enough about that. We had a medical emergency on our last day and they went out of her way to help us out. So beautifully furnished throughout the home. All the rooms were big w room to spread out. We had 10 w 3 little boys so much activity going on. Since it was Christmas week, I put up a 7' tree artificial so the big kids were able to decorate before the 3 Littles showed up. Lots of fun w nerf guns outside competition, adults vs kids, Yes we won. Totally furnished w all items to stay, beautiful bedrooms W comfy beds & pillows & throws througout/ bathtubs for the littles and paper goods to get you thru the few days. Kitchen fully stocked up as we had each family make a meal of choice so we all had a little break from preparing but certainly many takers for sharing.Great that the fireplace was gas, a little tricky getting started but was able to return all the logs I bought. The weather was very very cold so unable to use the pool & and golf carts but definitely a winter wonderland after Santa came. The owner Megan was easy to reach along with Beth on ck in details and we were all able to get in much earlier to get unpacked. A definite winner for sure. Enjoy 😉

This house is great! Amenities were as described and then some. This house is ready for your vacation down to the kid’a supplies! Communication with owner prior to arrival was fast and informative. Close to beach and golf carts made it easy to travel around the island. Will definitely book again!

The property itself was very nice. Beautiful decor. Great pool. Not far from the beach, pier, restaurants. We weren’t sure how we would like not being within walking distance of all these places but the golf carts ended up being a huge bonus that the kids were excited to jump on and go! Overall, a great experience. St. Simons had a less busy, more relaxed feel. Much prefer over Hilton Head.

Village Sea House is the perfect family vacation house. We had 7 adults and 5 children (ranging 9 - 15). I have stayed in larger more expensive houses and smaller, less expensive condos, and this house was, without a doubt the most thoughtfully appointed. They provided everything we could have needed, from beach bags in every closet, to multiple types of coffee maker (and milk frother-- nice touch), to the coziest throw blankets, floor pillows, etc. The house was clearly designed by a family for a family. The home design was exquisite -- looked like a catalogue shoot for Serena & Lily -- such a beautiful coastal aesthetic. The home was spotless on our arrival and the only time I had to reach out to the property manager, they responded within minutes. The internet service was spotty -- but we were there for the beach and the company, so who really cares? The location was AMAZING! Less than a mile to the beach or the Village. And the inclusion of the use of 2 golf carts for the week made access to restaurants and public beaches so much easier (especially for the busy 4th of July weekend when the island was packed)! I really can't say enough wonderful things about this home. I would go back in a heartbeat!
